We enjoyed our stay: the superior private double ensuite room had a ton of space, A/C, and comfortable bed. Location is only a 10-20 minute walk to more historic areas and close to the park & plenty of local restaurants. Cons: Wi-Fi is a bit slow though functional, and all noise from the hallway seeps into the room at all hours which is directly next to a shared bathroom.

Friendly, helpful, clean rooms, great area, recommended.

My room n 705 placed on the 7th floor smells of sewer, disgusting and uninhabitable… The shared bathroom reserved for the room is very narrow and to move inside you have to do the contortions.

A special site, excellent staff quality and very good quality relation price. Highly recommended!

Good beds, very clean, just right for a few days city trip… unfortunately a bit noisy.

Very disappointed: The room did not correspond to the description provided and with a terrible hygiene, it was impossible to access the bunk as the stair climb was against the wall, likewise, I found short and black hair on the pillow of my bed.
On the other hand we received a lousy deal on the part of Ramona the hotel receptionist. That when I went to claim that I had hair on my pillow not coming from my hair and please do the favor of changing the sheets, I replied that it was 20:01 and that he would not lose a single moment with me, because his working day ended at 20:00. The outcome of all was a claim and some sheets unchanged. I do not recommend it at all.

I was a few days on December 2016, I selected bathroom own which I thought was inside the room but no, it's the only downside I saw. Everything else was great, the room was comfortable with its towels with its wardrobe, a good window and a mirror.

«Edited second day of stay» I have lowered the opinion to 2 stars because the hot water cuts to the minute to start showering seem unforgivable, apart from the lack of pressure. The first day were cuts of 20 seconds… But the second day was kind of brutal. I'm not a maniac, but at €52 the night the hot water seems a little basic. I leave the original opinion under this issue that I am making and returning from the trip.
«Initial Opinion» Very friendly just arriving. The location is perfect, close to the centre (5min) and the City of Sciences (15/20min). We took the superior double room with bathroom. The room came with a fridge, microwave, sink and a table with two chairs. Super spacious and with a small terrace with another table and two chairs. We prefer the things you practice to luxuries and in that aspect the site is fine.

Close to mercado de colon and about 10 minute walk from the center. Has some very nice places close by for breakfast or dinner. Rooms are quite nice but nothing too fancy, beds were above average I'd say and the price for the rooms is very good (as in not expensive for what you get).

Good value for money Uncomfortable Bed. Very small, shared or private Toilet, but always out of the room. Shower that is flooded and enrobinado metal drain broken. Gel and shampoo scarce. The price, expensive, does not include breakfast. Very noisy Rooms, you will spend your stay listening to open and close doors with normal key to: exit the room — close the same — open toilet — close the same — reopen toilet — close the same and finally (which is OK) Open room and close hab Itación (multiply all that for every guest in your hallway) ; Besides being in the center and not being soundproofed you will hear annoying noises at all hours. There's No 24-hour reception.
In short, everything you'll find in a hotel almost imposed here shines by your absence or costs money. To top the receptionist wanted to charge me for something that had already dealt with booking before my refusal, far from checking in reception without failing my word, contradicted me in a rude way making me feel like a liar and From the problem. If it were not enough tell me to pay for breakfast (in a bar that have hired outside the hotel) because on Sundays are the bars closed in Valencia, who thinks that?, no strain… a disaster!.
The best, honestly, the location and cleanliness, maybe the Victorian-style rooms and not having to see the face of the staff again.

Good value for money. Those who sleep so favorably must not expect luxury. But it's fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very well located to the central shopping street colon and walking distance to the Mercado colon.

Very good location and very friendly staff. I stayed in a single room with bathroom outside. The reason for the low score is the very bad smell of the inner courtyard. That even without opening the window, it seeped and came to the bedroom.

It was very nice to stay at this B&B because it was super clean, very central and close to the old town of Valencia. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The only negative thing is that it was quite impossible to find a parking spot close to the house. The easiest way to success is looking for a free space in the evening when the locals leave their workplace.

Our room was lovely, bed was comfortable and air conditioning was fantastic. Bathroom was small but updated, which was appreciated. Location was decent. I enjoyed the surrounding neighbourhood, though if you're looking to experience more of the older city, there are many options closer to this area. Breakfast was not worth it; rates seem cheap, but you can get the same deal or better at any cafe in the city. Service was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable stay, well situated close to the centre of Valencia.

Really quite and nice place to rest. But since the bathroom and the bedroom are separated, it might be slightly inconvenient for some people and the door was a bit squeaky, too. But people are very kind. The location is just perfect to visit the old town and shop.

My wife and I stayed at B&B Valencia for only one night, but we were amazed at the level of personal service we received. We were there from August 4th to 5th and the same staff member was working the entire time (wish we could remember her name! ). She was so helpful throughout our stay and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. She held our bags, provided us with information about the area, upgraded our room to a private bath, and even allowed us an area to shower and change before we headed to the airport even after our checkout.   The room was larger than many we had stayed in during our trip to Spain with plenty of room for us to spread out and settle in. The beds were comfortable and we had no issues sleeping after a long day in the city. The location was great as well. Just a few minutes walk to the metro, gothic quarter, and Turia Park made it easy to hit all of the attractions we were looking to take in.   It was a fantastic stay to end two weeks of traveling across Spain. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Valencia!

A pleasant surprise! In the center of Valencia, in the eixample. A huge room with a bathroom. It also has a large fridge and microwave. And a small terrace. High ceilings and with a moulding in the ceiling, precious. Great price (we stayed a weekend in November) … go already where to spend my summer vacation!

I stayed here in a very early life of Spain as a exchange student. All of staffs were nice and kind, clean and fresh atmosphere, shower booth, neat bed sheets, perfect. I would definitely go there again :-)

It really is very good and I was surprised of the atmosphere. Everything is clean and tidy. The only problem is the noise. You hear every person passing in the aisle and every time someone goes to the bathroom… But that's okay ;)

We spent 11 days here and had a wonderful time! Although we used to book without our own bathroom, we still got one. Super service and nice reception that helps you with everything. Very clean!

Clean, right in the middle of everything (ciudad de las artes y ciencias, ciudad vela, russafa etc) but unfortunately I had right the room they so NOT show. Pictures give the impression that all rooms have big windows and daylight. Not in my case. It's a bit noisy, walls are thin so you hear almost everything happening inside. Besides really nice hosts and for few money quite nice and an ok choice.

Clean, pleasant, Nice at one more than reasonable price, this well located, in a very nice area, for walks, and well communicated for sightseeing, highly recommended.

Treatment of magnificent, personal and always the well-being of guests. Excellent, Central but quiet location. The value for money is excellent.

Very good location, clean facility, only flaw is the service: we were given appointment x check in but the room was not ready and we had to wait 50 minutes, they made the payment to the credit card without authorization 4 days before arrival, superior room with no TV and with broken shutters. The girl at the reception is very rude.

A place with charm and an unbeatable price. Perfect.
