Hotel very near calle Laurel, rooms are ok but not excelente. There's a free parking near.

Well, I put only one star because I was wrong.
The truth is that the treatment, the attention, the cleanliness, the breakfasts… And up to two bottles of water that we were given for the return trip were the drops q filled the glass of the treatment we have received… ALL SPECTACULAR. I hope we can go back to Logroño and of course to your HOTEL.

I liked it in general, very good hotel.

Location is pretty good but the walls are incredibly thin here, we were put in a room next to a couple with a small child who woke us up screaming quite a few times.

Great place to stay, nice little bar next door with outside area, staff very helpful nice start to the Camino.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The beds are a bit on the firm side, but I was incredibly comfortable and slept well. Their breakfast was outstanding! Very fresh.

Attention! There are two NH in Rioja and this is definitely the best located very close to the center 5 minutes from Laurel Street.
Breakfasts as in all hotels in the chain without expensive (€16 person) but very good.
The rooms are spacious but with no plugs on the two bedside tables.

My friend and I were in Spain for a wine trip in early October and stayed at this hotel. The service was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, the staff went out of their way to be helpful. They offered to park our car which was really appreciated. After a long day of driving in a different country it was nice to have that one extra task taken off of our hands. We went right up to our room and our luggage followed later. The front desk staff were so helpful in giving us information and directions and making phone calls for us about bus schedules and telling us about other interesting places to go. As for the area this hotel is in, it is a great area for walking and very near all the little bars and restaurants for tapas. The rooms were clean and comfortable. If I were back in Logrono, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable.

Nice hotel for business trips to Logroño. Well located close to the city center, nice breakfast although is not included (13eur). On the other hand the rooms are good but a bit cold in addition the marble floor make it super cold and difficult to walk through bare foot (bring your sleepers). The parking is really small but the hotel staff bring the car to the front door. Good hotel for summer time.

Pesimo to be a NH! Total disappointment! He's got half the stars left. At reception three quarters of an hour to get up to the room! The Parking is very small and very expensive. 18.70 Euros a day. If we just chose a NH it was for being aware of the quality and comfort of other NH hotels we have stayed in.

The power to leave the room an hour later. … a detail… but the truth is that we could have left at ten in the morning when the Escandalera started. The first comment of the day of the four people lodged… go ESCANDALERAAA! With this I do not want to "crucified" the cleaning staff… for nothing… the rooms were spotless! But come on. … a little more tact. That there are people asleep! Constructive critique.
Commenting in the morning with the receptionist… the answer was… I take note. But they will have to clean for the customers who come… perdonaaaa! And what about the customers that we paid for sleeping!

The check in a disaster. We arrived yesterday at seven and it took us forty minutes to get to the room. The parking don't even offer it to you. They send you straight to the Gran Via.
We had Q insist to park one of the cars at the hotel.
The parking is ridiculous for an 8-storey NH. The price per double room 150 euros with nothing. And do not expect to sleep a lot pq The cleaning for ten seems to throw Q the room septum with the punches Q Meteo.
Do not you think eating the gominolas of the room PQ put you 6 euros.
The Beds Well.

Next to the old town. Very convenient location. Room very big. Bigger than expected. Breakfast superb. There are a lot of free parking spots near the hotel.

Fatal, we were one night, and breakfast the people that we attended at the buffet very unpleasant. And for more I'm forgotten a shirt in the room, the claim several times on the phone was a friend of mine to look for it and still not gave it a shame. I do not recommend to anyone.

The hotel is a 15 min walk from the centre of Logroño. The rooms are very clean and well taken care of hotel.

Attention and exquisite treatment. We had some troubles with the remote control of the tv, with the air conditioning… things specific to the maintenance of all the hotels. The staff was very friendly and very resolute. I recommend it one hundred percent. We will come back sure.

Enough away from the Center (there are to go by car) but has a perfect walk and relax by a turning. Close has a large shopping centre. The rooms are a little small but the price is very good.

We decided to stay in this hotel the night of Aug. 3 because we had seen the website and read opinions on it. When we arrived we asked the receptionist of the breakfast, we had paid the hotel with buffet breakfast included, this very kindly told us starting at 7, 30 pm but that we could opt for "early bird breakfast" or, if buffet breakfast was already riding we could get into this. We opted to get up earlier to start the stage and take the "early bird breakfast", have spent three years doing "The way" and know that these breakfasts are very good and strong, our surprise was when we saw of what comprised the breakfast as well as a space so tiny: coffee or tea, a little juice bottle, milk (it was in bad condition because of the heat) a minicroassant and an Apple. We try to access the buffet which was almost finished riding by the waitress and this in a fairly dry tone told us that we could not access because it was not yet time. Discussed at the morning receptionist and told us the waitress like and what we could not do what we had told his companion the previous evening. In addition this told us that "early bird breakfast" was courtesy of the House, over that we had paid the buffet in advance, not even told us money back. You can not imagine the "picnic" or "early bird breakfast" have prepared for us in another one or two stars hotels, fantastic and of good quality. From now on we will avoid to stay in the NH chain.

Great, good location, good breakfast and provided prices. Quality nh at competitive prices. I certainly find that the peripheral nh located outside the urban centre of the cities have a relationship interesting value for money.
