Relaxed hotel great location. We upgraded to a terrace room with sun loungers. Would recommend. The pool bar was a lovely touch. Bar staff work very hard providing a good service.

Very good hotel, both accomodation and food.

Nice clean rooms, tasty food with a good variety to suit all tastes.
Pool bar and good solarium areas over differing levels. 16+ Hotel with friendly helpful staff.
Pool area could have been a bit livelier with some music.
Otherwise had a great stay.

Just returned from 3 nights at JS Palma Stay. And what a stay it was!
Upgraded to a lush corner room overlooking the sea as it was my birthday on arrival. The rooms were spotless, the pool area large and clean and the food was fab. The staff were a highlight. All super friendly and more than willing to help with any query. The hotel is very close to the beach and all the local amenities. A bus to Palma down the road was only €1.50. All in all a perfect break away that went way to fast. I would definitely recommend and definitely return.

This is our 6th time here since it opened in 2013. We like the place very much and the area. The Hotel is we’ll situated for transport and various beaches.
Forgot to mention the fantastic food.

I had such a great time here — great food, great staff, great location. Everything was really clean and I had no complaints about anything. Even the bed was really comfortable and I slept well — this ones a shock as I always whinge about being uncomfortable. … Will defo visit again!

We have a lovely stay in the hotel! Everybody was very friendly and prepared to help you if necessary… The room was a little bit small, but everything was there what we need…
The food was also very good with a lot of choices what do eat and every evening another theme of food…
Also a very big thank you to the bartenders / barwomans : when it was very busy, they did their best to get to you as soon as possible to help you…
We only came home with very good memories of your hotel…

Very nice area but quite a lot of noise from the planes coming in to land at Palma airport. The hotel was in a convenient location with plenty of shops, restaurants and the beach only a few minutes walk away. The hotel rooms were compact but had enough storage space. The only real negative was that the food was not hot. When a member of kitchen staff were told they said "it doesn't have to be hot "! We would've been happy to use a microwave (as we suggested), but this wasn't provided. Also, some of the food being cooked to order in the evening didn't look very fresh so we avoided that.! Sadly, we won't return because of these issues. Shame.

Nice hotel with good rooms. Everything well organised and all facilities worked well. Breakfast food array was very impressive. Small issue is the lack of a view.

Modern and quiet hotel
The only thing that left me disappointed is the cuisine little Mediterranean but adapted to German habits. There is a greater focus on German tourists given the large presence on the island. In addition, water is also excluded from the meal as a drink that costs or even exceeds a beer or cola.

Warm and friendly staff who make you feel welcome straight away. Nice comfortable rooms and great food. The pool area is well laid out with lots of loungers and there are no screaming kids to worry about! Great hotel and a great holiday experience. The perfect setting for our wedding anniversary today!

I had a great time. We stayed for eights days and seven nights. Sadly neither of our rooms had balcony but they were disabled rooms. Breakfast was a buffet with a vast collection. My favourite was rice pudding for breakfast. Dinner was also a buffet with fish night, neat night and a range of other nights. The bar had nice entertainment. In addition there is a large outdoor pool with a car. An indoor hydropool, gym and sauna. Great time had by all. Staff are friendly and everyone is 16+ so there is no kids screaming. Relax and enjoy.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The facilities are modern and well maintained. It has two fantastic pools, my room was small but with a spacious terrace; especially very comfortable. The price-quality ratio I think is very good. They provide great buffet service both at breakfast and dinner. Highly recommending.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was perfect. We requested a room with a sea view a week before and we had one of the best rooms they had to offer! The facilitates are exceptional especially the pool and the spa! Location is great and the beer and food is well priced, breakfast buffet is amazing!

Beautiful hotel, very large and clean. Neat exterior, large but very quickly invaded early in the morning.
Spacious room, soundproofing — good, we hear the doors slam from 7am!

Unfortunately, we only spent two nights in this hotel, but were more than thrilled. The staff were very friendly and always helpful and the hotel's facilities were a dream. The food was delicious and the whole facility very well maintained. From the pool to the spa — or fitness area, everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay in the fullest of trains! :)

We really enjoyed our stay at palma stay. The staff was really friendly and the rooms were a bit small but nice and clean. Breakfast was great. The location is really good and close to a small beach and a nice hiking area along the coast. A bigger beach is a bit of a walk away. The location close to the airport is both a blessing and a curse. The transfer to the airport took about 15 minutes with the bus but airplanes can be heard almost all day long inside the hotel. Overall we had a great experience. I would really recommend this hotel to anyone.

You get what you paid for. The drinks are cheap and bad. This hotel has a beautiful pool bar with many visitors from many countries mostly 60+ the singers at night are great but they only play old 50 and 60+ music. So if you like Polka, John Denver and Dean Martin, bring your own Kool — Aid to avoid the drinks… but the music is good!

Brill location quite, room with sea view, service and staff brill, would come again, 10/10.

Clean and upscale hotel, just a few hundred meters from Palma airport which you can hear a lot, of course. A constant hum could also be heard at night.
The rooms and bathroom have only the minimum space.
There are two beautiful pools, but there is no parking or parking service.

The Hotel in general is very good. To improve Buffet I did not see it suitable for the hotel category. It is directed that type of meals for foreigners not for Spanish public. Well, it's their customers, 90 x 100.

Very modern hotel with top facilities. A little too noisy in the morning as all guests are waking up and making a fuss around hallways and cleaning staff start knocking on your door incessantly from 9am for cleaning.

Nice hotel, 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool. Reasonable bar prices, looses stars as rooms are tiny and ours had a very damp smell in the bathroom.

Modern and functional Hotel the suites comfortable. Super wide bed. To improve Buffet. For, my taste given the category of the hotel Deveria be of better quality. X the rest happy.

Renovated and modernist rooms. Everything looks very new. The breakfast buffet was very good. Highly recommended. The only objection is that half-liter water costs 2.60 euros… Amazing!

We stayed here for 6 days in late March 2018. The hotel is very clean, the hotel staff is very friendly and the restaurant had a good selection of food each day. The outdoor area is cozy and social. The gym is nice and they even have 2 indoor swimming lanes for those who wanna get a little extra exercise. In the future I'd like to have a more reliable Wi-Fi connection :) See you next time :)

It had everything… Sun, sand and sea. Shopping, f good wasn't bad, shopping around the area was expensive. Spa was awesome.

If you are looking for a lovely peaceful stay in the sun with the beach only a short walk away this is your place. Lots of great restaurants around for a bit of dinner. Poolside is nice and quiet. Fabulous all round.

Too bad to have no more stars… great place for various reasons. Convenient because near the beach, a wonderful S:P: A, and especially do not accept children…

We checked into the hotel on Saturday, May 21! It was like coming home. The staff is so helpful. They ask every day about my wife's condition. She pinched the sciatic nerve on Sunday, October 22, 17. She hasn't been pain-free since then.
Today is the first day where things are going a little bit better.
Just recommended.

Very modern hotel, very clean, relatively quiet despite a somewhat light soundproofing, very helpful staff, smiling and welcoming. Immediate vicinity beaches, shops, restaurants, car rentals, city bus and airport. Catering at will and varied, super CEO, not champions for desserts. Sauna + whirlpool baths very pleasant in the evening after the walks.

Good quality hotel, excellent location! 10 mins drive from airport, 1 minuet walk to beach! Lovely pools and gardens! Friendly staff! Standard room is quite small but you can upgrade to a suite for €30 per night.

I have only spent one night here because my hotel was overbooked but the hotel is very nice for cyclists riding well suited clean a nice pool with pool bar Who is sensitive to noise the disturbs the aircraft noise as the airport is only 3 km away.

The room was new and tidy, and the hotel is comfortable, but the stuff was not very polite when I asked for a room switch because they had given me the handicapped room. The breakfast buffet was nice with many options, but the dinner was poorer with low quality and re heated dishes.

We stayed here for 7 nights half board in September and found the hotel to be very comfortable. The room was of a good size with enough storage space for a week's worth of clothes. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well every night. The hotel was very clean in the dining room and all the public areas. The food was adequate, with the breakfast being the best meal of the day. Having said that the evening meal had plenty of choice and was cooked well but my wife did struggle to find something on occasions. There were snacks available from the bar during the day and were of a high standard. The only real failing of this hotel is the satellite TV which only had 3 English language channels, all of which were news channels. So if you want to watch TV while you are there learn Spanish or German or download lots onto your tablet before you go. We did manage to use apps to watch ITV, BBC and Channel 4 but you need a VPN connection to a UK server to fool the apps. Wi-Fi was intermittent but nearer the bar the better.

Beautiful place But the noise of from the Aircrafts taking off one after another and the Smell was really too much for me. "also the irritating thing was the Towels placed on lounges around Pool area. Before actually used.

I stayed at Palma Stay for 6 days. I came down for a cycling holiday and for that purpose I could not picked a better hotel. The view from my room was not that good, but I know there are serveral options, so next time I will make sure I get a room with a nice view, beacause I know they have many. The pool erea was perfect for me. I mainly used it after a long trip on my bike. The staff were very helpfull and the food was lovely, spesially the dinner. So much to choose. I liked the atmosphere of the hotel, if you want a carefree calm holiday, choose Palma Stay. For cyclists it is the best. It has a big cellar where you can store your bike at night, they even have a bikeshower. If you want to wash your dirty bikeclothes the washingmashines are often free to use. I recommed this Hotel with all my ❤️

Smart, modern, clean hotel and nice to have adult only break away from screaming kids and parents about to have a nervous breakdown looking after them. Breakfast has all it needs for a good buffet including omelette station. Coffee, like most hotels industrial machine type but overall v good. All guests disregard the 'do not put towel on sun loungers' before 9:00 bit there are a lot of Germans staying here so…

We loved our time at the hotel. The food was really good and we were so happy with the evening meal we ate there every night. We chose a fab spot on the roof terrace above reception every day to sit in the sun on the lovely padded sun loungers. The staff were happy and really attentive. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

Nice, modern and clean hotel with good facilities and breakfast. Close to the beach and a short taxi or bike ride to Palma. Rooms are quite small but still comfortable and functional.

The staff are this hotel's selling point. They are unfailingly smiling and helpful. The food is good and varied but much better dish contents signage is required to help those with religious or medical food intolerances. The rooms are modern and fresh but exceedingly small, as is the shower room. The air con in our room was not very effective consequently it was like being in a permanent sauna! Pools are lovely and like everywhere else, are sparklingly clean.

Very clean hotel, 5 star restaurant.

Rooms are clean and the facilities are very good. Location is very good. Air cons not brilliant in the room and you can hear everything from the hallway as if its in your room. Staff are friendly and helpful when approached but dont really make an effort to interact with guests. Food is good in the restaurant and varied.

This is a really nice hotel, especially for the price. The location is right next to plenty of places to eat and to the beach, and a short walk to a bus to go to other parts of the island. The rooms are clean and modern and the staff is very friendly. The standard rooms are pretty small, so you might need to get creative with your suitcase placement if you have more than one. And the beds are two twin sized beds pushed together, so you might fall into the crack in the middle during the night. The breakfast is really good with lots of choices for everything. The pool area is great, and it's arranged so that it gets the sun the entire day.

We booked through Expedia including flight at an unbeatable price. The rooms are small but perfectly adequate and offer thanks to built-in cupboard lots of storage space. The Breakfast is in order. Indoor Pool, Spa area and Gym are outstanding for the price. The staff is also extremely friendly and helpful. All in all a Top Hotel.

Hotel fully refurbished and with a modernist style. Cerquísimo of the airport and the beach. Lovely staff. It has a SPA that is completely new and very complete.

Lived here so faar couple of days. Lunch here is not that great. But service, location, rooms and everything else is really great. Nice surroundings. Close to harbour and local restaurants. Only 15min with buss to Palma.

Nice modern hotel, good food and location if you do not mind landing planes and like Travel around. Lot of bike and car rental opportunities. The bus goes 45min To Palma so not practical. By bike Palma is 20 min. Palma beach is 5 min walk away. Inside the hotel not much To do and the own sweeming pool is OK but noisy due To the planes. We had really goed time here. Around Palma is much To see.

We were looking for calm holidays and high quality food. All this we got. No children (I appologize at all parents), the sand beach was very close with a beautiful sea. We also were looking forward to enjoy breakfast and dinner every day. The food is of high quality and not all ay the same. Service is overall very good (room, restaurant, reception). I have to mention that the aitport is very close (means short trip from plan to hotel — transfer bus will take you within 10 min. From the airport to the hotel) but you have the staring and landing noise from the planes until app. 0:30am. The windowas seal the noise quiet well and with the aircondition (free of charge, also Wi-Fi is free of charge) it is not a problem at all to sleep calm — if you want to sleep. Overall a very new and modern hotel in a good located area: public bus station to Plama or S' Arenal appr. 5 minutes walking distance, sand beach is also 5 minutes away, small shops and a pharmacie are 2 min. Away. One of the best holiday locations I ever had.
