➜ We were in July 2018. We had a great time. The rooms are the same as what you see in the photos. Some do not have a terrace with sea view, but they are very comfortable and functional. They do cleaning every day and the attention of all the staff is very friendly. It is a place to be with family, quiet, pleasant and facing the sea. In addition, a few streets there are several buses that in 30' leave you in the center of Palma making it very accessible place.
➜ Unimpeachable cleaning; and that's where the positive part of the review ends. Parking impossible, the nearby beach is perhaps the least interesting on the island, the locals and restaurants in the area are very expensive and mostly don't look like much. The apartment that touched us had views of a ruined courtyard; laundromat, 3 euros, difficult to operate; tiny rooms, kitchen equipment reduced to the bone with electric stoves whose directions were erased from time. Good air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The staff spoke a stunted English, and they shared with the playroom attached to the hotel, so you had to go and look for them there. No leaflets or suggestions for guests, just a stack of Swedish and German mystery books.

A nice apartment and not so expensive. Shop near the hotel, the beach came out and already in the bay calm from the waves, for the kids super.
Lived on 4, there is no balcony, and air conditioning on the street dripped on balconies of the 3rd floor, the clothes there were set up. The fridges are cheap, they work, but had to defrost in 3 hours — because of the large amount of ice did not work.
The staff are nice and quick if anything to ask for help. There was no kettle in the room, we were immediately given a brand new one.
There is not enough children's chair and most importantly there are no ropes for drying laundry.
Change towels and take away garbage every day.
Wifi pulls everywhere, but they are two different with the same password. In the hall one, on the 4th floor of the other.
There is an elevator up to the 5th floor, works well, old and often goes to 5 and then to 4. And you can only press 1 button at a time, but better than walking.
Overall liked it. Everywhere its disadvantages and pros.
