Fabulous location. The only 5 star resort only 35 mins of Barcelona to disconnect.

It is a little piece of paradise, to disconnect, exquisite treatment and facilities created for it… it's our best getaway.

Excellent service from a 5 star hotel, I also go to their gym regularly, a complete and very quiet space, towel service, water, tea and shampoo.
Also occasionally we will eat both at dinners and lunches, the restoration is good and the service exquisite.
I recommend it.

Everything was so nice and clean! They just need more waiters at the pool bar so they can take card of the pool visitors.

Nice but also big hotel on the outskirts of Sitges with a lot going for it. Rooms were
normal size, even though we had the superdeluxe with jacuzzi the sizes seem all similar, the tub was a great gimmick and for some of the days we even had no neighbors which made it extra special. The bed was ok, the breakfast tasty and the Spa / gym were nicely equipped. A absolute winner was the pool area, 4 pools, enough beds for everyone towels included it felt like a oase. Food is great albeit not cheap as are the drinks…. Friendly and helpful reception and a majestic entrance finished it! Worth the stay but count on taxies to the city and so (roughly 10-12 euros)

An oasis of luxury and relaxation in Sitges. Ideal for disconnecting and recharging power. Excellent facilities, gastronomy and above all the attention and quality of your fantastic human team!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool area with many hammocks and surrounded by palm trees and vegetation. Nice weekend.

I've been twice in this hotel in a couple, once overnight, and another by booking a spa for celebration. A hotel of 10, modern, meticulous, with good service and in an environment very beautiful. The restaurant we ate served delicious food and the girl who greeted us was very friendly and was very attentive to make our stay luxurious. The environment for walking within the gardens, facing the sea… a past, too bad we were not summer and we could not enjoy it at all! Sure that we will repeat, my husband and I are thrilled with the place.

A low key luxury resort hotel at the top the hills with amazing view of Sitges and the beach line.
Restaurant service is wonderful!

The renovated rooms with sea view and lack of noise isolation and it looks like that the train goes in your room. The food is expensive and basic quality. The room service is overpriced and the portions are ridiculously small. Some rooms are not renovated and are sold at the same price as the other… such a Shame, the hotel has potential.

Beautifully presented hotel and surroundings. The pools and their views were phenomenal. Plenty of places to lounge and relax. Spacious rooms with great views and regularly checked and updated. Well equipped gym and spa facilities and loads of toiletries/amenities for those packing light. Bar food and breakfast were plentiful for anyone wanting a healthy start or an indulgent kick. Bar, room and spa staff were attentive, quick and very personable. The only negative would be …the front desk staff. We were staying here as a result of cancelled flights, and despite showing up well presented and grateful, the reception we received was cold to snobbish. This continued throughout our stay despite our not having any requests. Some manners or a smile wouldn't go amiss, especially as all the other staff were so helpful. Plan to come back as a regular guest for a future break in Sitges, but shall be sure to avoid the front desk beyond check in.

Stayed for 4 nights. Really enjoyed the hotel. Pool — Great set up, always got room for you so no fighting for a lounger. Drinks hut good too. Shuttle Bus — The free shuttle bus to the beach is great. The young lad who was running us down was brilliant and always made sure we got a lift. The bus drops you at the bottom end of the beaches, as they can't go to the top (agreement with bus services). We found this okay as the 15min walk looking over the beaches towards the town i…s great. You can always take the service bus from the hotel (think it was 2 Euro), and that takes you all the way into the town. Just make sure you press the button at Dolce bus stop as the service bus will only take this route if it knows someone is there). Room — Happy with the room and air con worked well. Room service polite. Some people have complained about the walk to the rooms, but we didn't find it a problem (it's a big hotel). Room had loungers on the back with views. Breakfast — Breakfast okay, service was good and cleaned up very quick. A few items changed on different days. (No beans on one day). We had breakfast outside every morning overlooking the coast. Great set up and views. Evening meal — We arrived late in the evening on the first day so had a bite to eat at the bar. Burgers and sandwiches were nice.
On our last we chose to eat at the hotel again. It was a Mediterranean theme, and only 2 out of 4 of us wanted it, so other 2 were going to have bar food again.

Nicely designed hotel in pretty setting. Ruined by truly terrible service. From check in onwards the olace has been shambolic. Staff grumpy, disinterested, glued to computer screens and generally incompetent and unwelcoming. Would never book the place if I was paying. Certinly would never recommend it to a client.
