Clean cozy situsto two steps from the center.

The worst customer service/ reservation staff. We are 2 Couples and had booked 2 rooms almost 2 months ago for our honeymoon. 3 days before our arrival in Barcelona We received an email that our reservation has been cancelled. So simple. I contacted them and they informed me that they were fully booked and couldn't accept us at their Hotel. They destroyed our vacation and of course they didn't mind. What is frustrating is that if we, ourselves had cancelled our reservation 3 days before our arrival, we would have faced a penalty. But now that they have done it, they face nothing and we HAVE to accept it. In conclusion we dont recommend this Hotel.

The location was worth it. In the centre of city near the university. The rooms were always cleaned. The court yard they have is a great area to relax or have a gathering of friends instead of the hotel room.

Quite a bit of noise. I could hear the next hotel room closing their curtains and opening their door for a smoke each night. However, the location is great, you're right in the middle of lots of good restaurants and bars. The rooms are a bit on the small side, and I found bird poo stains and some yellow stains on the duvet cover. The shower room facilities were good and the reception were also good. Aircon is noisier than usual and you can hear the metros running past underground.

I visited Barcelona for a couple of days looking for a student flat. I stayed at this hotel for the night. Very clean and cozy rooms and very impeccable service. I would definitely recommend it. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. You have a small card to put on your door if you want your room to be cleaned or if you do not wish to be disturbed. The cleaning is very well done, the sheets are clean, the rooms are very well I have nothing to complain! Thank you to the team of the BNC urban hotel.

Negative. Very good location Only window from the lobby with no air exchange. Mandatory to keep the air conditioning of a noise that does not allow to sleep. Breakfast and discreet. Non-existent staff.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was great. Responsive staff to customer requests. The must: the breakfast basket when you take the plane very early. Small problem is the sound of the Metro but it is done.

Great Location — directly on the "Universitat" station, Placa de Catalunya within 5 min walk, many 24/7 supermarkets as well as bars and clubs. Friendly staff, clean and cosy rooms, Netflix, great breakfast and typical Spanish terraces, which you'll fall in love with :) ) Its great value for your money, I can definitely recommend it!

Good hotel in a great location 500m from the Rambla and 500 from Plaza Catalunya. It also has great connections with Metro and public transport. Only problem, the rooms are not soundproofed.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is top, in 10 min at Placa de Catalunya, yet rather quiet. From time to time you can feel the subway in the room, but it hardly disturbs, especially because we were mostly sleeping in the hotel. Apart from that we were already in the hotel and knew what to expect. And we will certainly not be here the last time.
I can't think of anything negative. Possibly. That the breakfast is disproportionately expensive. 10 Euros per person, so you can have dinner in Barcelona. We went directly opposite to "pans% company" and have eaten excellently without having to depend on the breakfast prices for about 10 euros for both. That is why we generally book in Barcelona without food. In Barcelona you can eat well and cheap everywhere.

The hotel is really good The room looks perfect and the bathroom too. It is very clean everywhere and there are a lot of stuff in bathroom like toothbrush, toothpaste and not only. The stuff is welcoming and always smiling, they also helped me with organization of a surprise.

Old and threadbare as they could clean it always seemed dirty, bed awkward and noisy, noisy room because of the quiet tram from 00.00 until 5:00.0 am. Positive side near the Metro. The photos published by them perhaps go back to the opening.

When I got to the Hotel, people at the reception were nice, they have asked me to show my credit card, I did not have one because it was the company that I work for booking my stay, once I told them that, they became very cold and weird, they have starred at me as I was an intruder, the situation was very awkward and I got the key to my room only when I have paid the deposit. I have received card with information saying "your breakfast is served from 7am till 10" so I figured the breakfast is included in the bill… Turned out I had to pay for every single one at the end of my stay. It's ok it wasn't a big cost but there was no information about the breakfast price anywhere in the hotel, neither the employees bothered to inform me. To be fair, my room was nice and clean and the food was very ok. However, during the cleaning time it was very noisy and once I heard very long, very loud argument between a cleaner and one of the guest.

The breakfast is very good, quite varied and tasty. There is a terrace in the courtyard with lounge chairs. The air conditioners work well. The location is also great, 10 mins walk to Plaça Catalunya. We were satisfied! Recommend.

Very quiet place in city center of Barcelona.

Ok hotel, it's clean and in a good location but the rooms are cramped and the walls paperthin prepare to not get a lot of sleep due to noise. I will not book here again.

Excellent location but the rooms with a view inside are a rip off! They do not have adequate air conditioning and to sleep you have to change room paying an extra.

Under the metro building, periodically shaking. In the room there were no Windows and no air conditioning worked.

The hotel seems like it was very stylish after its last remodel, sadly they haven't done anything to maintain it since. The laminate floors are pretty severely torn up, the light fixtures are missing parts and the tile in the bathroom needs some serious TLC. The floors are the only thing that is really noticeable at first glance, and in the bright side, it's clean and the staff is friendly.

A good hotel in Barcelona. The rooms are spacious and complete, the room was quite spacious. This centrally located, and you can go to almost any site walk. We were very happy with the staff and cleanliness of the room. To rest is perfect, no noise even if they are near the street.

The main point is the view from the Windows! There are rooms with windows in the elevator shaft-that is without windows. The view of the street must be extra! Estimated time 11.00.
