Good accomodation, nice and clean aircondizioned hotel.

Very friendly, and helpful. Easy to fly in and take a single bus to this hotel.

Located in the center of Barcelona 2 steps from the metro. Rooms are very welcoming and equipped with TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Great service.

Great location, pretty clean but terribly thin walls. Been kept up all night but hotel staff have just told me that it’s not their problem that other guests have been banging doors and making excessive noise all night. They pretty much said that I was lying. Disgusting service. Do not stay here.

A decent hotel, I hate the placement of the wall outlets, however, I have to charge my phone through the bathroom. Other than that the place is absolutely great, the reception people are very nice and helpful. Just don't forget to ask them to set up the air conditioning, because you can't do it yourself :) enjoyed my stay here.

Very friendly staff. The room was super clean but very small and noisy since it was on first floor by the main road and also next to the kitchen. I could also hear when other people take shower or flush the toilet.

It was a short standing on the restaurant for a workmates dinner. Good atention.

Good location, clean tidy rooms free Wi-Fi and friendly staff however there was lots of noise from adjacent rooms so not good for light sleepers. There was also a damp musty smell in the bathroom. We didn't try the buffet breakfast but instead ate breakfast in a nearby cafe.

If you want to come to a hotel that knowingly rents a room with NON-FUNCTIONING air conditioner (obvious by the fan in the room and then even more obvious when the concierge tells you that you SHOULD NOT have that fan in your room) in which the other concierge and searched his girlfriend behind the counter with him then come here to HAVE A HORRIBLE TIME. Then they'll tell you to wait for a technician the next morning, while knowing that you are on vacation and busy. Even though the air-conditioner non-functioning is guaranteed they'll tell you that you have to pay full price after a night of sweating five pounds off. WORST EXPERIENCE IN A HOTEL EVER! If you want a nice, hassle free vacation DO NOT COME HERE. If you get to faulty room they MAKE YOU DEAL WITH IT. Spanish: the name does not deserve because of splendid has nothing. If you want to pass in a hotel that knowing you rent a room with air conditioning that doesn't work (obvious by the advanced in the room after the concierge said that not have because being in the room) and in which the concierge has his girlfriend behind the reception area with the it come here to have a bad time. After this they say that you wait for a technician in the morning knowing that you one is here of vacation and busy. Even sudandote the night for not providing this promised installation say you so you will charge equal. Experience more dreadful I've ever had in a hotel.
