Very cozy apartments, very well located place and the staff who attended us very friendly. I recommend it.

Penalty Weekend! In the apartment The radiators do not work because the installation of the power is not well made. Only one worked in the hallway. I have showered 3 days with cold water! 3 Days! The announcement says that there is air conditioning and there is cold and hot air but they do not facilitate command as it is general with the reception. The unfinished walls of painting. The painful cleaning. On Saturday at 5 a. M. The card was lost to enter the building and the emergency number is out of cover. What I meant was two hours in the street until my partner opened when he arrived. I found a couple of cockroaches in the room. With a good cleaning it wouldn't have happened. But the worst is the lack of response and solution by the reception and especially the management. I can continue with the security measures that were not in the apartment and this is reportable (lack of extinguisher, lack of emergency exit light in case of fire, lack of luminous evacuation plane) This is the most serious of all because they are the minimums required for you NER a tourist apartment license, if q are.

The floor was of fable and the rooms. I recommend it.

We use this for groups and have had a great experience, great concierge. The competition must be leaving the bed bug comments because we've done very detailed checks and never found anything, very clean, nice neighborhood, great place to connect to the metro etc. Great location and good value.

Very strategic location, less than 10 mins walk to nearest Metro station (Espany Station). Rooms of the apartment are clean and good size. The checkin receptionist is efficient and helpful though the counter is located further down the road.

Check bed for bugs. Concierge sucks.

It wasn't the cleanest apartment but still decent what surprised me was how much of a good night sleep I had each night plus they gave a TV with Cartoon Network kind of channel as well as a BIG backyard after my first night the hotel wasn't that bad it was kind of good.
