Amister Apartments Apartment

We were with my family staying just before quarantine and loved it! We take a beautiful memory! On the one hand, the facilities are very cozy and with a great level of details that add up; on the other, the people who are in charge of the place are very warm! If anyone asks me for a place to stay I will obviously recommend Amister Apartments! We hope to soon return! We are from Argentina!

Great place to stay if you are in Barcelona. Perfectly located and right in the middle of the city. Ariadna was very helpful and did her utmost to make our stay a pleasant one. Very nice. If we go back to Barcelona we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you.

We have at least 50 mt from hotel pay for what is really the taxi.

Great location, right next to Plaça Catalunya and two metro stations for easy connections. Ramblas a stroll away. Everything you need in and outside the apartment. Smart rooms. Water bottles on arrival, cleaning kit for dish washer and washing machine. Secure storage for bags on last day. Only issue, Wi-Fi was a bit weak but you won't spend much time in anyway. This is very central, so expect traffic noise.

The place is great! There is everything you need in the kitchen, it's clean and location is more than good.
I was also fascinated of the property management. They were very kind,
responsive and answered all of our questions.
We had a misunderstanding with the website from which we booked the apartment, they didn't mention the additional charge for cleaning.
I spoke with the manager of the apartments about this and explain everything. …
The manager contacted the website to clarify things with them and eventually as it was negligence of our website recovered amount.
Particularly want to thank the manager Ariadna! When she found out that we were on honeymoon she make us a great gesture.
With a pleasure I will rent the same apartment next time I have the opportunity to visit Barcelona. Thank you, Ariadna!

The location is very well equipped apartment. Receptionist listening and who answers every question :-).

Great location, convenient, clean, BUT! The apartment is at a great location very convenient to many shops, restaurants, bars, and many attractions. The receptionist was very friendly and provided us with a lot of great information. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Our stay was perfect, except for the last day. Around 9:30am I heard a sound in the apartment door and didn't pay much attention, since I thought that the cleaning lady was just passing by the apartment. When we tried to leave the apartment the door will not open. It looks that the cleaning lady locked us in the apartment. The door has a very good security system/lock that has several metal bars securing the door. We called the main desk over 20 times! Called the apartment manager over 10 times without any success. The worse was that we needed to leave by noon to catch a cruise. We called a taxi that luckily for us helped us call the police and the fire department! Yes, you read right, the police and fire department. There was no way to exit the apartment safely, as we were in the 3rd floor! We even tried yelling for help and knocking very hard in the door to see if anyone could help us. However, nobody answered! Even though we later found out that the cleaning lady was in the room next to us! It was not until the police and the fire department arrived that she went out of that room. They had to open the door themselves!
