I felt so good there and already miss this fantastic place! The receptionists are very kind and nice, always ready to help!
I really recommend it!

The hotel is in a fantastic location just in from La Rambla, near to the Licieu Theatre (opera) and metro station of same name. Waking distance to Plaça Catalunya and Port Vell and so much more … The rooms are well equipped and the bathroom fantastic. Love love the tall ceilings. Rooms have self regulating air. Staff friendly and very informed. Only room for improvement: add USB ports in the electrical outlets.

Pretty much everything. Especially carlos and his staff. Overall a great place to stay when you visit barcelona.

I would put 0 stars if I could. Just arrived to the hotel and the room is horrible. The beds are clean however the walls are extremely dirty with shoe marks and black streaks everywhere as well as the bathroom. The door to the bathroom is broken and the roof of the shower has mold. I asked the front desk to switch rooms or refund and they refused both because they have no rooms available and can not refund. I would not recommend to stay here. There are better hotels around for the same price ($150/night). Pictures on yelp and trip advisor.

May ramblas hotel is a very nice 3 stars hotel. With a excellent stuff very helpfull very good experience for us and we recomended.

Rooms are great and very cozy. However the concierge (man at the lobby) Manel is not friendly at all. He only wants to get his job done and by doing so he won’t care about taking care of those who came first but those who are a “priority” in his mind. He is also very rude, when asked for my room to be done at 1 pm after being out of it for a couple of hours he replied “It will get done when it gets done. ” Very rude, would have been better without his attitude. Apart from him, great hotel.

Buena ubicación cerca del metro, tiendas y restaurantes, sin embargo la señora que estaba en recepción es bastante grosera la vi tratar bien a ciertos clientes y a otros no, al parecer nos dieron la peor habitación con un olor espantoso a drenaje, sin vista y con botones de luz rotos. No volvería a ese hotel, hay mejores y muy bonitos por el mismo precio.

Great location. Super friendly staff, all the staff there is super NICE. The room was very clean with good vibes. But tiny toilets — which is actually okey. I would defiantly stay there again and recommend this Hotel for friends.

A lot of noise in room at night from bar across road take ear pkugs. No tea/coffee facilities. Room/bathroom comfortable and staff very friendly. Location excellent!

The location was very good in the center of la ramblas street, the stafs was very helpful and always smiling to u. But I don't like the room size for three it to small and the room was not clean the bed also and there was alot of dust.

Located just of Las Ramblas this is a reasonable but basic hotel that does the job, not too expensive but no food in the hotel.

Located right downtown where the action is. For the price I can't complain as I was there recently in September 2017. I was solo and got lucky to get upgraded to a room but unfortunately it was right at the front. Every night you would hear a lot of noise until five in the morning. Just the downside of the convenience of being right on Ramblas.

Room was nice enough, very small, not particularly well presented. No in room safe. Good location, very close to Liceu Station.

Don't be mistaken, this hotel looks NOTHING like the pictures! All walls are dirty, floor is dirty, the room smells like it's been closed off for a hundred years, nasty moldy smell! The AC takes about four hours to cool the room. The staff even managed to not take out our bathroom trash one day. The location is great if you're here to party, and you hear every bit of drunken loudness from the street, inside your room! This is NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY place to come, you don't want your kids to walk around this area at night to get to your hotel, or to hear all night noises from outside. All in all, this would be a 2 star hotel! If you're looking for 3 stars, clean hotel, this is not it!

Excellent location in the Gothic area. Receptionist is friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant is also handy, good quality and reasonably priced. Overall a good place for a weekend break in Barcelona.

The hotel seemed like it had been recently renovated, everything was really nice and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Great locations near café's and tapas bars.

Convenient location in the middle of La Rambla and 30 meters from the Metro stop. These comforts are important to compensate for a bathroom without windows and without suction. Clean room but empty bar fridge. The hair dryer is missing and should be asked in reception. Friendly and helpful staff. Only great for a holiday: the lobby is non-existent and, from what I understand, there is no kitchen.

CLOTHES MISSING & RUDE MANAGER One of my long sleeved clothes is missing after the cleaning service on 27th September (though I hung the "do not disturb" sign on the door). I think it could be the cleaning lady accidentally took it away with the bed sheet. This is fine, I just asked about it and wondered how they would do. During the time, the manager's attitude was rude and showed no respect to us. Even worse, he implied that we are liars. This is not acceptable! Though the manager said he would send the clothes as soon as they found, so far, I didn't receive anything or even an Email! And, I sent the hotel another email about this via their website, AFTER SIX DAYS there is still NO REPLY!
