Magnificent treatment and excellent rooms where rest is assured.

Expected quality for a four-star hotel. Amenities, breakfast, room size… Pretty close to the train station and the city centre.

Good location, elegant and charming interior in a silent area. The service in the counter are top, there were cristina and a lady from galicia, both super professional and welcoming. We were surprised by the great service, keep it up!

I loved the stay at this hotel. It is quiet, very well located, 10 minutes walk from the station and 10 others from the main square. Very spacious room just like the bathroom. Very clean and quiet at bedtime. Very highly recommended, have been two full days along with the charm of the city.

Hotel located in an unbeatable area of Valladolid. It has what I value most in a hotel and it is a spacious and comfortable bed, and a good bathroom. The rooms are located on the top floor and are spacious.

I hired the room with breakfast because the chain breakfast is one of the most complete and the dinner we did one night at the hotel was fabulous. This, said by someone who like me lives in a city famous for its gastronomy, I think it is something to consider.

New Year's Food €50 menu. Very acceptable hors d'oeuvres. Insipid hake, I knew nothing and half raw. Filet of raw bait, you should ask the diner how they like meat, if made, to the point or raw. Half of us asked for a little more. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In sum a little disappointing.

Beautiful hotel with big rooms in a great placement, 5 minutes away of the stations. The views from the rooms are amazing and the hotel is beautiful, with a small restaurant and a meeting room. There is a yard in the back where cocktails can be served.
