Very bad treatment by the staff, nothing recommended.

Bad hotel. Poor service.

Fatal. They do not respect reservations and cancel them at the last minute. Very little seriousness.

We only use it for sleeping, the location is excent and the room very correct and also the friendliness of the staff.

Buen hotel. Bastante grande. Tiene como dos zonas de habitaciones. La zona alejada está bastante bastante lejos, siempre yendo por dentro del edificio. El garaje es un poco pequeño y entran los coches justos.

Sólo fui a la cafetería pero muy bien.

Little better to do for a starry, we had an old room with our daughter, with a very old decoration, too old for our taste… Nothing transcendent. But the staff are very friendly and helpful!

Well-placed hotel just a step from the city centre and the train station. Clean rooms and friendly staff. On the other hand for a 3 star I think it lacks a bit of "standing". But I'm not used to staying in hotels, my judgment may be exaggerated.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Valladolid with very good services and attention. We went to ask to organize a family event and the truth is that what we have proposed in terms of venues, menus and personalization options is very good. And at very competitive prices. It's worth getting close to asking, even if it's a comparison.

I was at a social event and they attended us very politely and very well in a private lounge. The food was very good.

The hotel is very small. We went there a week ago.
The must: 3 lifts to arrive to our room: one first of the car park on the ground floor, then another up to the second stage, then a large footbridge and finally a 3rd lift from 2nd to 4th. After 5 minutes of wandering you finally arrive in your room. A tip: Travel light!

Central Hotel in Valladolid. Great year's Eve dinner, and good party atmosphere. Bad noise down the hallways or with the street noises. Very good deal.

Overall it's pretty good, the room is spacious, the bathroom quite modern, all very clean.
We were left in mid afternoon a tray with fruit that is appreciated the detail.
The breakfast buffet is quite good, there is a great variety to choose from as much pastries, juices, tortilla, etc.
For putting a stick that to go up to the room you have to do elevator transfer.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is what I would highlight besides the central location the view was unbeatable from my room. However, they are rooms that require some updating and what I see a problem is the little isolation between the rooms. This point should be improved. Because in my case I heard at night the conversation of some people who were talking normally and I'm just not good at hearing. And of course, I can say that of put earplugs in the ears… But anyway, I hope the next time I return, this will have it solved… if not… algodoncitos…

Excellent rooms, very clean. The kitchen is very good, especially the tuna that is buffet. I liked it as it is in the center Yse can walk to the leisure sites, bar, restaurants, parks, square, etc… Repeat!

It's a classic place in the city. The attention of the cafeteria is always good. A good place to look good.

We went to eat on Christmas Day and the dining room is immense and impersonal. Being almost all family groups the noise and the layout of the tables makes it impossible to talk beyond who you have on your right and left. The food pretty mediocre.

I was there in a proffesional event. I only stayed un two rooms. Everythin was clean and tidy. The bathrooms were a bit small and not too much clean. Snack/lunch tasted good.

Dinner and New Year's Eve party. The attention of the excellent waiters at all times. The Cotillon is totally recommended. By putting a got to improve maybe I could be in the quality of the dinner. Otherwise to repeat.

Company dinner. The worst of my life. The sirloin like a shoe sole and the cod dry and rough as the Estopa. The bartenders are saved, they've been very kind.
To not recommend and less repeat.

Nice hotel spoilt for us by thin walls and a small child constantly waking us up every hour or so. Felt sorry for her and her parents but 7 hour drive next day was a trial of keeping awake. Staff very helpful.

Good drinks, food is fine too but quite expensive.

The place was good, nice people at the reception. Wifi was poor in the room, and better but not great at the reception. The pillow was too thin for my liking, but other than that everything was ok.

Outdated hotel. Shower had a rather indecent bumper, no plugs, had to unplugging the air conditioner to charge mobile, and to make matters worse the receptionist moved list alluding to my girlfriend in a very rude way. Pretty bad. At least it was cheap.

Hotel located in a central and quiet area next to the Park of Campo Grande, has near the station of trains and also stop close to the hotel from the bus coming from the airport.
Normal and clean rooms and breakfast buffet extensive and rich.
I had to ask to reception they imprimiesen me a document and response and the treatment received by the staff was outstanding.

300 m from the Plz. Spain, 700 m from the greater Plz and 200 m from the Campo Grande is a hotel very close to the Centre.
I consider it an extension of my home, the times that I've been and the remaining.
The rooms are OK, size rather small but comfortable. Very clean as well as the bathroom. Missing plugs, I resolve with a protractor and a triple that I always carry in my suitcase.
The 1st striking upon entering the room is to see a welcome message with your name on the screen of the tv. And in addition you receive with a tray with fruits of the season very well presented. Very simple details but they do that customers decide to look no further and choose this if they return to Valladolid.
The front desk staff. On a couple of occasions they have resolved any incidents quickly and effectively. A special mention to the maintenance personnel, professional and likeable as few.
Access to the parking is by the street Colmenares, a little later. The ramp is steep. It is broad.

We came in a group and hired the breakfast! And it was a real pity, because put k was buffet but. There was no fruit, or toasted, juice was unhelpful and the little bread bar q had was hard do days and heated in the microwave! A disappointment, because by be group us away from the main hall and I think that put us.

It is a good hotel. Is very well located, a few minutes walk from the main tourist attractions and shopping streets. The treatment of Grand staff and the service that we received was excellent. The room was very well. 100% recommended to stay in it, for many unknown, beautiful city of Valladolid and enjoy their Holy week processions.

The price was a bargain because the breakfast included and card tourist for a day with free entrance to a lot of museums, tourist bus and boat ride. Excellent, room exterior was large and very clean and breakfast excellent as well as the great location very central but quiet, if I return to valladolid seemed safe hotel.

The hotel was OK, although some things a little "served".
What seems to me a robbery it is Internet, €10 for 24 hours, and was not over Wi-Fi. At this point in life that you charge internet is not acceptable.
