I found this hotel by chance on my journey to Cadiz, and what a find. The friendly staff make you welcome the moment you walk through the door. The rooms are what you would expect from a four star ⭐️ hotel and the food in the restaurant is amazing. And all for a price that won't break the bank.

We stayed for the Recastilla y León triathlon and couldn't choose a better place, perfectly located hotel, our bikes were saved, the rooms were very good, the treatment was perfect and we couldn't eat better. Next year we will return even if only to try the restaurant's Avila steak.

Upon arrival we were given a very small room that had been put in two beds, the receptionist denied that it was from a bed although on the floor plan so it looked. In the next room the headboard was glued to the fireplace, we had to sleep with plugs for a incessant hum. Finally, when we changed again we were able to sleep normally, but like in Belmez there are faces on the wall here there were hands. The walls need a hand of paint, more cleaning is also needed.

Good hotel, although in the rooms, they could reform some small details, such as changing the paperones on the walls.
What I liked the least is its location, in a small polygon, on the outskirts of Valladolid. You need to have a car, to get to the city, with one, it's ten minutes.
Also I missed, buffet at breakfast, was just coffee, juice, pastries or toast.
My room had a large terrace.

All great! We were 4 people (2 girls) We were accommodated in the suite with extra bed, very comfortable bathroom with jacutzi, all very clean and very attentive staff. Excellent price quality to repeat.

I think it's way below being a 4 star hotel as it is rated. While it is true that the toilet is impeccable, the fact that a hotel of this category does not have breakfast buffet is distressing. On the other hand, they are attentive and friendly, but they lack the smile you expect to see in those who work in the hotel sector. The wallpaper on the walls is poorly glued and grasped in certain parts. It did not meet my expectations of a 4 star hotel.

Important! Before you book the hotel you have to make sure if you are celebrating communions, because if so, do not try to dine! Since the waitress, very kindly that if, will tell you. UFFFFFF We are full if you want I put some fried legs of bag… Anyway… I can no longer comment on the rest.

Normal room, no great things to be a four star hotel, but just right without more. The good deal and the cleanliness seem good. The temperature of the shower water, from cold to heat and from heat to cold. Mid-morning we were sleeping and the hotel's megaphone rang to call someone at large volume and we were charged an extra for staying until later than 12 (prior notice)

We just arrived and the room was not ready, waiting for half an hour. The entrance now… leaves a lot to be desired.

It is a very friendly hotel in all respects, the staff treatment is very nice and familiar, the cleanliness is very thorough.
The situation, although not in Valladolid itself, has easy access to the centre in 10 or 15 minutes.

We have celebrated our wedding and have been delighted, all. Service of 10. Great staff attention. Everything's perfect. 100% recommended.

I went to a family meal. All the first ones had shellfish or fish, which I found to be little "versatile". One second of the menu was not left and dessert had to give all the same cake because they could not offer different desserts for everyone. A very better experience.

Horrible. We've been on a New Year's Eve celebration 7 people. We were placed on a table where it was impossible to see the stage. Tickets were purchased several weeks before and the table was allocated and reserved.
Because a 4 star hotel with the prestige it has and the ways it has to act in this way so cheap to put customers anywhere? Don't you understand that this is not good? They didn't even have all the Cotillon bags!
I can only define it as crappy. I will never go again and I have filed a claim, even though the New Year's Eve Cotillion won't come back.

The room was clean. Pretty hard bedding. At the edge of the big road so you hear the cars pass but it does not bother too much. Very basic Breakfast: 1 toast, 1 hot drink, butter and jam and a real orange juice. If you're going downtown, take your breakfast over there. The staff at the front desk was very friendly but at the Cafetería, it was rather like disturbing them at first, after that improves. There is a lot of air flow in the Cafetería which should be a rather cosy place.

They moved the salon to the last minute and without warning. For the rest well.

Years ago that VAT, and I observe that they have improved quality price well, what I did not like was the crowding and asking red wine as they made us a favor and not see the metre, I imagine that would be a joke, but I did not like anything, and it seemed that they were not amused to replenish more wine, was arranged menut for 40 people. The hotel is ok but far from the center and in the middle of nowhere. Comfortable room and full bathroom. The very high work table in relation to the Chair. Bus in front every madia hour.

Hotel with clean rooms, comfortable beds and good air conditioning. The continental breakfast was good but very basic and with little to choose from, it is in the hotel's own cafeteria, not in the restaurant. Very friendly staff, good value for money.

First of all to say that in this hotel it is possible to differentiate and with different name the restaurant (the mansion) where you can come eating through a menu weekly rather wide and well (acceptable) although the price is not admissible… (€22)
The case for two minors to distinguish and consider it, a plate is ordered for each one (chicken breast, two croquettes and potatoes — bread, water and dessert) with the detail of charging €18 per plate.

Well taken care of. The ladder to get in. That's the only bad thing.

We travel from Essex to Portsmouth, ferry to santander, then drive to valladolid, to hotel conde anzurez. Every year for ten years or more we always stay here for 2 nights then make our way to Portugal over the next 6 nights. Hotel is so comfortable, rooms are spotless & price is just right. Downside, @ 8euro breakfast very poor. We don't. Lovely people, restraunt great.

Not a good place for tourists no staff no lunch except 3 to 4 things for 10. Euro and supper room opens too late and chest walked not.

Nice rooms. Price kwaliteit is good. Friendly service and the restaurant is good. Breakfast is more based on Continental breakfast type.

Hotel with parking in Valladolid and easy access. Transport is needed to access the Center. It is all very well for weddings or communion. The rooms are clean and comfortable but perhaps slightly old furnishings. It eats very well. Good attention.

Good website and service, were in a megasalon with a table for more than 30 Diners.
As for the food, I ate lamb and salad of bud, and very rich, the Red House is a good wine, but the tenderloin called for other people, regular (dry and strong tasting), and dessert ice cream was burned to spend much time in the freezer.

Food very good, as always. At a super price and below the average. A little expensive the price of the menu for my daughter.
It took a little in answer once seated what is usually not dish taste and blurred the food. If it had not been for that 5 stars are.

Good hotel a bit far from the centre (20 min walk), the better to catch a taxi room was excellent, room a little classic, think I remember parquet, marble bathroom with tub, a bar where breakfast and restaurant with menu and a la carte excellent, well located to get out quickly of valladolid.

Exquisite attention. A hotel away from the hustle and bustle and the Centre of the city with five-star services. Highly recommended.

I was at a wedding last Saturday. I will be brief:
-Super the food and the service. They are well prepared for this type of event.
-The drink at the after party at the nightclub of the same restaurant was the most horrible garrafón I've tried in a long time. It is shocking to find it in any bar on a weekend, but in a four star hotel, with free bar hired, is simply shameful and unacceptable. Because a wedding is not the time of Assembly, and therefore give garrafón, because they know that no one mounting anger, but is to denounce them.
