The hotel is a very well-located hotel (10 minutes walk from the city centre via a green park). Parking 10 is essential. Room very design, very spacious and air-conditioned. Friendly and smiling staff. Restaurants and bar nearby.

Newly renovated hotel with very spacious rooms and very good services. Cheap and quality breakfast. Reception as very friendly waiters. Next to the center a nice 8min walk. The hotel is three stars but could well have four. It has bike rental with battery, curious fact. Highly recommended.

Located within walking distance of the city centre, but I would not return to this hotel. Adequate if staying overnight only, but for longer periods very basic, apart from the bar, no additional amenities. The staff are friendly and welcoming, rooms quiet basic but double glazed windows keeps the traffic noise down. Buffet breakfast very basic.

Hotel that was five stars now has stayed in three I think because they did flats with certain rooms and for capacity it has stayed in three stars clean and the cafeteria is really cool.

We were in a company meeting with training and information days for guests, the truth that the site very well and the attention on the part of the people was fantastic.

The hotel is comfortable. Staff helpful but the restaurant food is not good and they do not cater well for vegetarians or people with gluten problems. Rice with tomato ketchup — really!

The first day was good. The receptionist (Andrea) was welcoming and polite. The second day I was taken aback by her lack of courtesy. She must have been having a bad day. She suddenly lashed at me because I handed over a €500.00 bill. I was going to offer my credit card until she said I should go to the bank to exchange the bill! She kept throwing words and there was no end to her speech. I tried to calm her down by saying sorry but that didn't work. She kept letting out steam. Finally, she opened the safe and said I'd left the hotel without any change. WOW! I didn't know what to say. Then she slapped the bill on the counter and let me go. After all, I was still going to say thank you but she just ignored my presence and served the next guest. This kind of boorish attitude is so unbecoming to a receptionist. I was there with my family and the experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. I'm so disappointed.

Beautiful, clean and spacious room (except for the shower, maybe they forgot that during renovation? ), comfy bed, good breakfast. Please make sure you (and your car) are ok with the elevator you have to use for the underground parking! If I remember correctly, it was for cars with max. 1800kg weight, 4800mm length. Not 100% sure — please check if you're in doubt.

Great place to hire group dinners. It is the second year that frequent and attention and food have been very good.

The service is magnificent. Despite being 3 stars it's better than a lot of 4 stars I've been to. Very spacious rooms and the bathroom and shower very neat.

Good location very close to the city center no need for car. It has an underground parking it is convenient. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is very good the price is reasonable. I recommend.

Located in a quiet area but close to the bus and train station and about 10 ' walk from the center. The rooms are spacious, clean and functional. The furniture is well preserved. The staff at the front desk are very attentive. The breakfast buffet is small but varied. I recommend it.

A conveniently situated hotel for people working in the area. You're 10 minutes walk from pharmacy, tapas restaurants, bus stop across the road. There's a car park charging Euros 9 a day. Using the coolest old fashioned lift — beware using large vehicles, it's a tight spot. The hotel has a restaurant and bar. Laundry services are available. If you want quiet, choose the 9th (top) floor. There tends to be many guests' kids running around the floors below causing a racket. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. There's also balconies on the 9th floor overlooking the city. Please note, the hotel is positioned I the corner of the map. There's a big sign outside on the top floor saying ". OTEL" you can't miss it!

A pleasant place, a bit old but well placed. It is one kilometer (in Spain we don't use prehistoric systems of measurement) from the center of the city and near both stations (train and bus).

At the beginning of the lodging already we surprised to see us in a room that the front door was hanging, in addition to the floor of the hotel works and which with a lot of dirt. To make matters worse the parking is not able to accommodate vans since one enters an elevator and finally had a tremendous heat in the room.

Food services are good. The pillows and beds, not so much. There is no way to charge the phone near the bed.

The worst hotel I've ever been in a long time. Dirty, the bathroom was gross, the walls renegridas, plugs, broken bed of shit up to the top and, to top it all off, the staff quite dry and not friendly. For a long time was not in such a bad hotel. If you have 3 stars will be by the size of the rooms, because the other thing… it is One thing to be old and have old-fashioned decor, it's quite another, to have it all dirty, broken, and neglected.

Avoid if you don't speak Spanish. Rotten home. The receptionists are unsympathetic and speak only Spanish. Only the woman (seen on Saturday) speaks french. Correct room. Price as shown. Good location (close to train station and taxi). Good but not welcoming.

Need a facelift to be a three star hotel and loud for the part of the overall regular bus station.

Hotel value for money is good. Rooms very spacious, a little old but OK.

Good location. The decor is something old, but okay, the table that is in the room, to work is uncomfortable since the Chair is very low with respect to the height of the table. Room, if the road is very noisy due to the traffic and that it has sliding windows that aren't too good respect has acoustically insulated.

Very good deal. Unbeatable price. And nice room. It's a shame having room for disabled, with a huge bathroom, bathtub and not a shower tray, which would be very convenient. Support bars are well placed both in the bathtub and wc, but lacks soaring, making it extremely low for a person in a wheelchair. And with one of 15cms would have solved. I should buy one, when other hotels already have this, by 32Euros, he had no choice!
The bed was also rather low, but I placed another mattress and thus give one greater height. Without further complication. Excellent location, especially if you come from the station, as is a scant 5 minutes.
