Roomin Hostel Hostel

Regular hostel very well located in the city. I had a regular stay. Nothing crazy. Not much is happening there. It was relaxing for me.

Cozy and comfy hostel in the heart of Salamanca. Great to visit the town for a couple of days. Nice balconies, tidy rooms, reception desk open most of the daytime.

Hostel well economically, however, the cheap comes out expensive. The silence and tranquility does NOT exist in this hostel. The common areas are very close to the rooms and the people do not respect the silence, in fact they played the gitarra and sang as if there was nobody. Looks more like the house of some friends that a place of accommodation, there are always people talking and laughing, without any respect. There was a lot of noise at night, people were chatting in the common room, regardless of who people want to sleep and with music starting at 12 in the night. A bathroom floor was dirty since I arrived (14h) until I left (7h) and impossible to use, I had to wash the teeth 2 in the morning and piss, mission impossible, a only bathroom and busy with people to get the plates. I was one night and not again nor I would recommend it to anyone that wants to relax after seeing the city, or want peace of mind. And this is the fault of the people running the hostel, who are the first that don't send silence nor do they have respect, staying up until 3 in the morning laughing and talking in the common room. I do NOT advise to anyone. I have to give a star because otherwise it won't let me post the message, but you should not have any. This is the first time that I value negative in my life and I have stayed in several places and even cheaper than this.

There's no rules about night silence after 10 pm in this place. They had a party (on Monday) till midnight and no one cares about. I've been traveling a lot and never seen anything like that. It's not for me.

2 nights stay, although the hotel is small and does not have many services is very good in quality-price. At least one of the plants has two common bathrooms for 4 rooms, in which there are 6 beds per room. Breakfast is free, without a lot of variety and the table where it is served is small, for 6 people in a comfortable way.

It's a modernized hostel. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast simple but rich and all the amount you want. We took 2 double rooms and the beds very well.

At 2, 25 at night they are riassettando and cleaning with no attention to avoid noises. I'm still awake.

I have been to several style hostels and this is definitely the worst of all. The mattresses are books, the common areas dwarf and the breakfast mediocre.

I Don't know where to start. It is clear that it is not a 5 star hotel but could meet a few minimums…
The bathrooms are dirty, very dirty. It is disgusting to shower there even with flip flops and on top there is almost no shower water. There are Only two bathrooms per floor (one of boys and the other of girls) for 8 rooms of which in each room there is 8 beds environment.
On the other hand, the rooms do not clean them between each other. They pick It up a bit to make it look clean and change your sheets. Under the bed there are fluffs, butts and everything you can imagine. The Quilts were dirty, between changing a guest and another only folded them and did not put a quilt or anything (one of them smelled of pee). I know because I saw with my own eyes as they did in the next room.
The rooms are very small, there are no bedside tables and no place to leave the backpack or suitcase or anything. The common areas are for 4 people, tiny.
There Were two bulbs in the room and only one of them worked. And in the hallway access to the rooms there was no light, we had to walk with the flashlight of the phone. We Lived in darkness.
Very poor breakfast is only for making mini toasts, cereals of a type and already this. But Well that can be put quick remedy at least.
In short, a disaster.

It's clearly a hostel, but that doesn't mean it doesn't have to be cleaned. The Room was Sucísima, the bathroom was cleaned (say something) once a day, so after a while it was disgusting… There are only two bathrooms per floor (one for boys and another for girls), so sometimes you have to wait a long time to get in. The water in the shower came out with very little force, and even with flip flops one bathes at ease in such a dirty place. There was No hand soap and the paper was finished noon, so until the next day you renew it to "clean it" you better take Kleenex.
The quilts give them without a cover, full of stains of go to know what, smelling fatal (one of them to pee).
I slipped a coletero under the bed and there was such a lot of dirt under there (even Butts) I decided to leave it there.
The light in the hallway did not work, and the one in the room was a power-free light bulb that did not light anything.
Breakfast was acceptable, but it would be appreciated if there was real coffee and not just soluble. In Addition, there was a lot of lack of space, in a 4-storey hostel with rooms in each of them, we had to apañarnos with a table for 6 people and a couch.
In short, that despite being a hostel could save a little more the minimums.

Good place but no parking.

Very nice hostel, the staff is very friendly, but some only speak Spanish. The rooms are clean and the communal space/kitchen is well looked after.

Terribly expensive for what it offers. Small rooms. The enormous bed double king-size bed were two single beds put together. The staff fantastic, yes. Location away from it all. Parking easy.

I'm looking forward to returning and even I have not gone! The service is spectacular, they are super nice from the first moment and you bring breakfast to the room at the time that best suits you… I have loved my toast! The rooms are small but with everything needed (I'm in love with the bed on which I slept).

A very good place to sleep. Affordable, quiet, well located. The reception has been very friendly. If I have to put a but, is that despite having gone in winter, it has been very hot in the rooms.

Good food, very quiet and good treatment.

Salamanca has a lot of suites for enjoy and to go with friends. I Love it.

Do not book this hostel if you arrive after 23.30. We had a reservation last Friday, we when we leave Madrid (21.00 h) and we were told it's best not to try to get that best travel the next day… We made the trip anyway, we arrived in Salamanca at 23.37 and left us in the street. Very poor attention, and apartments very noisy.

The restaurant food is very good. And the quality/price of the hotel is very good.

Interesting to rest a few meters from the center. Good facilities and economic.
