Very modern rooms with new sommiers, new sheets and duvets. Spacious and the bathroom an outrage.
The staff were very friendly and attentive.

The Location is very close to all the major sights in Salamanca. Rooms are and clean and nice but show some signs of usage. Two fresh sets of towels are provided on a daily basis. Staff is helpful and very friendly but their English is a bit rough at times. Drawback is that you walls are thin and most noises from rooms around are audible.

A very close and high quality treatment at a reasonable price in the heart of a city as monumental and beautiful as Salamanca.

Ideal Hotel to discover Salamanca, Central, quiet and good beds.

The hotel is close to Everything. In good condition and very nice service. But: I don't recommend it to Rest. Very noisy, being in the historic center and just us had a room with the door and windows badly sealed in which some Fresh. I don't recommend it to go with KIDS. If for passing trips, friends etc…

It is an old hotel, refurbished, without luxuries but in an unbeatable place. 2 min from the house of shells and just over the Plaza Mayor. Recommended for a getaway.

A great hotel in the heart of Salamanca, the staff very friendly, the breakfast very good, the huge room with two bathrooms and two TVs, is noticed recently refurbished what makes the hotel a cozy and great place to spend a few days and be able to get to know the city. The cleanliness is great too, change of towels daily, all tidy and clean. Detail that we liked is that we have left bottles of water in the refrigerator of the room for free consumption. If we go back to Salamanca we will repeat experience.

All right. The Hotel is next to the central area. Rooms with large and comfortable beds, free Wi-Fi, TV, safe and fridge. The bathroom looked a little older but it was clean. Friendly Staff and private parking for 15 euros.

Great location New, refurbished rooms. Great deal… Good quality and price to be a two star. If something bad I have to say are the parking spaces that if your car is wide you will spend a little dodgy to park… Quite a challenge!

We hired 2 rooms for 3 nights and we could only be 2 days, because it was a cold mountain and did not catch the heating. Very kindly told us the day following q addressed it, but us lured, as q, we learned they would not light 2 heating circuits, but only 1 circuit, and that the rooms of other circuit remained unheated, 2 our case.
At 12, 30 h of the night of the 2nd day of stay proposed us with very kind gesture change to another room, when they could have it offered the day before instead of lying saying repaired it q. The next day we went, not could take so kindly liar and deterioration in the room. We have put quite a few photos, but not is if you go all out. Rafa and family.

The ceilings of the rooms were very low, with cracks, very small rooms and meals have to improve their flavor. What saves it is education of waiters and members of the hotel and the location of the same.

For not re: no Wi-Fi in the rooms, noisy, ugly, old, personal, historical center, smells bad, reception; only good thing the situation, but better to stay a little further away and be well.

The food was incomible, the waitresses were a few unpleasant and quite careless (I threw rice on top), I slept two nights and I did the room.

It makes sad, very left at the hand of God. Best hotels are in the area of Los Domínicos or Paseo Canalejas (are new AC, Melia, San Polo, Ibis, etc. ).
