Great hotel. Spacious room, quite large double bed and very comfortable, very friendly staff, excellent situation. Overall we loved it. 'll.

The good thing is centrally located, almost attached to the main square. Otherwise regular. Somewhat small rooms and they need maintenance. Good breakfast and really bad lunch buffet. He's got a star left over.

Good location, close to the main square, not in it despite the name of the hotel that may induce deception. As a hotel is not bad, central, good hotel chain, with a large bathtub or rooftop pool (capacity 4 people). However, compared to hotels of the same chain this hotel loses points. Even if you want in a double room they have sockets on either side of the beds, or for example, despite having dictated when booking mobility problems, the bathroom lacks a shower, having a bathtub. These are details that in other hotels of the chain and of the same category do not occur so in this hotel can improve it. The other comfortable beds, as always in a catalonia.

The Hotel is very comfortable, very centrally located, very cosy, clean and pleasant. Plus we were able to take our little pet without inconvenience.

Centrally located 4-star hotel, right on a back street to Salamanca's Plaza Mayor, and connected to it through a covered passage.
Great service to Tento and large waiting area in reception, highlighting a small boudoir with a fireplace of steam and a bookshop to be able to read something while waiting.
Very spacious and comfortable rooms, with a welcome drink and a bottle of water as a gift.
Negative point: the bathrooms. I'll talk about room 505, which is the one I used. Tiled and elements somewhat outdated, with bathtub instead of shower (a bathtub of small dimensions) and above all a very poorly located WC. The toilet was literally stuck on its left side to the wall that closes the tub, making it very uncomfortable to use. This point should be reformed.

The room was very clean and very comfortable.

Very friendly and efficient service. Aditen pets are given special treatment. Newly refurbished. Breakfast very varied.

Very well placed Hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. It has a terrace upstairs with a small pool. When we were we were in construction and were not warned.

Central Hotel, 5 minutes walk from the cathedral.
The best of the hotel, definitely the bed, is huge and comfortable!
The bathroom is distributed in a somewhat odd way as it has a door for the shower, another only for the WC and the faucet is in the room, just by opening the door…
The minibar is empty, but they leave a free bottle of water in each room.
For putting a couple of snags, we asked for a room as high as possible to go the views, and we got one with a view to the wall of the terrace where the pool was, which was also closed by works. We could only see bricks…
Another detail is that we rented the room "at the best price, cancelable until 48h before" and past those 48h went from €110 to 70 a Easter Saturday. Of course it pays to wait at the last minute to book, besides that on the web they charged to €15 the breakfast and there they offered it to €10.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good.

In emblematic area of Salamanca, comfortable, practical and pleasant, the staff is very friendly and attentive, I loved being there, I will definitely return.

Very nice room and the bed was really comfortable. Complementary bottle of water was a plus. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Nice buffet breakfast too.

We went to spend a weekend in Salamanca and stayed at this hotel. We warned that we were going to bring a dog that in the end we did not take it and we loved the detail of nothing else entering the room we had a bed and a trough and a trough for the dog! Well-equipped and very clean room. The huge bed! A joy! When we went out to visit the city when we came back we had made the bed and we had folded up to the pajamas, thanks to the cleaning lady! The only drawback is the parking as the hotel does not have, but it has places in a nearby parking where you have to leave the keys because there are many cars put in front of others and you have to leave in case you have to move. In short a stay 10. The people at the front desk were very friendly. On Sunday we left at 12 in the room and kept our bags to finish our day in Salamanca at no extra cost. If we go back we will repeat this hotel without a doubt! Thank you so much!

Fantastic venue for a bit of holiday shopping and also a great selection of eateries with plenty of choice. We have visited a few times and have always found a bargain and never had a bad meal.

Fine food of reasonable price.

Nice hotel that backs up to Plaza Mayor. In most cases, a double room is two twin beds pushed together making it had to cuddle or do "other" things. The hotel offers room service, however, I did not get to use it to give an opinion. The rooms all have AC, so comfort is a plus. If you have never been to Salamanca, it's s through back to the old world with pleanty you'll want to see.

Enjoyed the rooms, Wi-Fi was decent, pet friendly, great location. Parking was quite close and luggage can be dropped off at the door. Roof pool was a nice idea but too small to swim in probably ok to take very young kids to splash around. Good city scape views from the roof.

Fabulous, quiet hotel in central Salamanca, 2 steps away from the Plaza Mayor and main sights. Bright, comfortable modern rooms and friendly, efficient service. Would definitely return to this location.

I loved the hotel, the location is very good (although very difficult to Park). The deal has been good and attentive.
The room is rather tiny but perfect for what you need. The basin not this seperate from the room but the shower is great in a room apart.
You repeat without hesitation.

There is No other square like this I like to give the round around the square and take a cafe that worth not being able to do each and every day by being away Adeli.

Regular experience for a 4 star hotel. Stay 3 days and 2 nights. — During the shower, two days, fluctuations between hot and cold water. Regular temperature impossible. — Shower with all the silicone suicia and chipped. — Dinner for 2 days, regular to bad. They served a heated cream of asparagus in the microwave. The oxtail, beef was lack of cooking as not you took off the bone or teeth. Hake, frozen or very last; It was as a straw. — The cafeteria next to the reception and the relaxation area. When someone asked a cafe, it was impossible to continue the talk because nothing could be heard.

LEGOLAND two nights at Easter and were delighted. It is less than a minute from the plaza mayor. Another thing I liked was the breakfast buffet style. They replenished constantly and there is lots of variety. Now count the bad things. On the last day was all afternoon a dog barking. Not be that villain leaves a dog locked up all day or as they left to come to the hotel. And finally I would like to emphasize that the finishings and the bathrooms are more typical of a hotel of road, a hotel that is supposed 4 star may not have these details. By what others recommend it for tapas and discover the Centre of Salamanca.
