The wonderful hotel … The spectacular rooms, the perfect service, the fact that they left our pet was fundamental because for us it is one of the family. And everything was possible thanks to Isabel of reception that from the first contact we had by phone at the time of booking made everything very easy. Without a doubt we will come back and it is a perfectly recommended hotel 100% thank you Isabel for everything!

Great hotel very close to the Palais des Festivals. Very comfortable beds, very good breakfast buffet. Parking space. Very friendly service.

The hotel is extremely expensive for the services and quality it offers. The location is correct but without any uniqueness. The rooms are comfortable but the bathrooms had to be updated. The general aesthetic is absolutely anodyne, with no element to highlight. Breakfast is the best.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Tea. And infusions … Bathroom products quite good.

I liked the big bed. Very nice prepared and very white savannah. The only thing for me likes a little harsh… but for the other reason perfect.

It is a small hotel that is located in a central area, within walking distance of the Sardinero and the streets of Pinchos. It is in a high area. The room is a little small, the truth, at least in the one I've been to.

We decided to stay at this hotel in Santander because the rest of the people who were traveling with us so decided, and in no case will I repeat at this hotel.
After paying more than €80 for one night on a single-bed accommodation on a spring weekend, and on a chain like NH, we were expecting a lot more from this hotel, but for that price it is a scam.
The rooms are small and the double bed is ridiculously small. Not only that, but also incomodísimamente hard, which does not rest well. To complete the lack of comfort, poorly soundproofed rooms with which the departure of other guests to the hallway is heard as if they were inside your room. To round it, a horrible heat in the room and a thermostat that is completely inoperable, because it does not matter the temperature you fix that the heat is insufferable and does not let you sleep at ease…
I hadn't stayed in NH for years because of its corporate social responsibility policy of sponsoring clubs and foreign handball teams (German and Dutch) while being a Spanish chain does not sponsor anyone here, which is Stay in their German and Dutch rooms. I made an exception for the group decision of those who were traveling with us, but never again.

Nice hotel near the tapas area with parking both indoor and outdoor at good price the rooms not too large but modern clean and with the necessary services the best of the hotel without a doubt the breakfast.

It is the third time I stay and it is very comfortable and clean and the breakfast as all the NH super I always come for work and it is ideal because this in a very quiet area, I do not value with 5 due to the pàrquing of the hotel it is very difficult to park with large car and very few squares.

Right but another NH K is no longer what it was… Limited staff and services. Room cleaning could improve. Very small and slow access garage.

This time NH has failed me, I have located in a minimal room and with a tiny bathroom, I could hardly move, specifically the 201. The bed and pillows are still great for a restful break. I hope that if I return I will assign some other room more comfortable.

Nice little hotel, also called the NH Ciudad de Santander. Parking is very tricky, by the way for anything bigger than an Opel Insignia saloon. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The AC is a bit noisy, seems like a refit rather than built in to the ceiling. The staff are very good, the breakfast is very nice. They have a corner for local food from the region. No room service over the weekend and nothing but breakfast service infact, over the weekend.

Great experience at the hotel but with some deficiencies. Excellent staff in every way but on the subject of services very poor, the Cafe closed or for a coffee in the bathroom were missing walls contraptions that a good 4 star hotel should have as a toothbrush and best shampoos and gels. The terrace of the room was very dirty.

Good location, close to the shopping area and next to the restoration area. The hotel is well equipped. Advisable to put the car in the parking lot that parking on the street is complicated. That if access to the parking can be difficult.

It is a 3 star that outclasses many of 4, located in the centre allows you to leave the car to get out meal, shopping or visiting the city.

The breakfast is very complete, fruit, sausage, various types of breads, etc. Parking costs 10 euros night x covered no and 14 by the garage, although do not guarantee you your place on any of the two. They allowed dogs, and there are rooms for non-smokers.
It seems to me a very recommendable hotel.
