I've read a lot of negative reviews. I don't understand. I just spent a weekend and I haven't seen anything they're saying here. The three receptionists I dealt with have treated me well, with education and even offered to call for dinner to be taken to the room. The two bar waiters are also correct. There is a buffet breakfast for 6 euros but we had breakfast at the bar at a good price (omelette, toast, colacao and cocacola 5'50 euros). The rooms are clean and comfortable in size. I have not heard noises from the gym as they say in any comment (I still touch room to the other part) and I have not noticed bad smells. It has a front parking for 3-4 cars and another larger rear. It is true that they focus more on the gym and spa that we have free for being guests. Overall it has been a satisfactory stay without setbacks.

The room was spacious, clean, the bathroom large, the bathtub came in well sitting with feet outstretched, the TV although small looked good. They have 2 parking one small and one large, gym and spa is free to hotel guests, bar with breakfast buffet but if you don't want buffet there are also pintxos and coffee. I treated with 3 different receptionists and I was attended by polite ness, they even helped me find area for dinner. The only catch I saw that they have to update it a little bit.

If you go with dog as they are admitted give you a crappy room without reform and with many things to improve since there are many broken things (more, when explaining it at reception they admit that it is), little say when making the reservation since the price you pay is quite e levado just like that of a room that does not allow dogs and above adults to give you a crappy room make you pay also the instance of the animal and 50 euros of deposit in case something breaks, after the conditions in which the room is. The spa leaves a lot to be desired since on the phone they tell you that it is included in the price and on arrival and complain about poor hygiene, breaking pipes so the icy water (which supposedly tell us we were unlucky) and the contrast showers tell you not come in, tell you it's a gift the hotel gives you. "Blessed gift", on top of that you explain everything well and in good ways because I besides taking the hotel for the animal I caught him by the spa and I find it superexpensive and they get doped… I don't come back.

Very good option to stay near the center of Santander. The service is a bit limited considering the price (too high) and the hotel's stars. But the service is very good, the rooms are large and clean, and the breakfast buffet is very good. It's a bit noisy, but the rooms facing the back are not so loud.

Horrible, hotel has very little. The bed super awkward and the pillow more of the same, in the room the blind did not work (it did not go down) and the cistern lost water. Lack of total maintenance, at most one star.

The only good bar waiter, lovely and great service.

No hassle, very convenient for town, El Sardineiro beach and the Faro… or the ferry to the UK! The hotel feels like a ski hotel perched upon a hill overlooking the suburbs and the mountains in the background. The staff were great, really friendly, patient, bi-lingual and very helpful. South facing terrace with a beer and tapas cant be beaten on a sunny day.

Hotel Enclosure that could improve investing in the expansion of swimming pools, changing rooms and adding Finnish sauna. The Room as soon as window leaks flies and bugs from the trees and is a very annoying so mosquito nets would come in great. The shower curtain stays a tad short as well as the mattresses that sink a little. The TV for my taste something small for the room size.
You Should leave the available rooms from twelve or one in the afternoon and not at three, then you have to leave the room at 12:00 p. M.
I Deal with attentive reception staff but could improve on their efficiency in terms of their work and focus on checking out users and not deviating from other provisions. Personally attend to the customer who arrives and do not take calls or other needs for you to feel well attended but include a receptionist more for you to feel corresponding Dido since you do entry procedures.
Housekeeping somewhat slow but due perhaps to staff who are scarce in that area. My Room No repair except small TV, the TF does not come to dial reception number or I did not see it.
Attractive Gym for how many machines for both cardiovascular and muscle strengthening.
No rules followed after midnight silence by a group of kids rowdy knocking on doors, hitting…

Excellent value for money! Nice, basic hotel but with an indoor pool and fitness centre. Good value buffet breakfast.

Excessive supplement of 20 € because someone accesses the room with you. In any hotel I had not spent two hours to charge you something and less than 20 €. You can't use this hotel for business. A supplement should be if the companion spends the night or also breakfast, etc. But you don't even need to register if it's to spend 2 hours. It seems to Me a robbery and therefore I will warn of it in all possible platforms, apart from having requested the corresponding claim to take it to the OCU and direction of tourism.

I don't suggest this site under any circumstances. The service is bad, cold in the rooms, the Wi-Fi does not work, enough dirt in general.

A real SHAME. The rooms are not bad but the service is lousy. Specifically, the receptionist. If you call her to ask for something, she answers that she can't do it. If you insist, it ends up telling you that they will do it when they have time. It's a shame. The hotel we like, and we have been staying here for several years on the trips. But all the changes have been worse. I insist, some employee seems to be bent on getting you on your nerves. Recommended to spend a single night, not for a stay of several days. I hope the staff changes.

The hotel is good except that the receptionist (Secretary) is a rude, an impotent and very unpleasant! The other workers very well although they can't make a decision without it and she leaves a lot to be desired! We were a group of friends and wanted to put us in the rooms as she wanted and after making changes on our own we were angry and we fixed that because we had done without his permission. The spa is nothing like the photos they publish as half of the Jets do not work.

Hotel too simple for the stars you have (3) although it was clean and the rooms are large. They cut the heating at night.

I usually go for the gym and it is very good although it does need maintenance. The hotel and restaurant I have not tried it because I live nearby.

Highly recommended. Good value for money.

Simple Hotel. The staff is very attentive, also the restaurant. I asked to have a double bed (in Booking indicate that they only have single beds) and they gave me a room with a double bed. For the price it has includes SPA and Gym, I find it quite well priced.
The rooms are quite spacious and the bathroom too.
How disadvantage, that they should asphalt the parking (which also have and is free) and the doors of the rooms that are very old. I'd like to give you a 9/10.

This hotel is out of the centre of Santander. About 8€ in a taxi to Santander. Some really nice bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is above a gym so I would recommend asking for a room on top floor. The hotel a little dated but very comfortable. Breakfast is okay and plenty of choices. Better prices if you book direct with the hotel.

Although a bit out of the center, it was a good experience, with clean locals, good breakfast. Experience I would do again.

It has been a very good experience… There is everything in the hotel we have been very August until the last minute… The staff were friendly and helpful. I'll be back for a lot more days…

It was a very nice Hotel because of the gym below the rooms. Too far from the center of Santander. Mandatory car. Insignificant restoration.

Slightly remote and quiet, I picked this place based on the fitness center. It's got a full gym facility, and entrance is included with the room — — a rare find. Breakfast is paid separately in the café and is a bargain at 6€.

The room was nice, clean, and includes spa and gym access. The negative point is we had to wait an hour past check-in hour for the room to be ready (supposed 3pm).

Basic breakfast and does not accept a single dog in the room. Hotel Noisy.

Nice cozy hotel, rooms have a really big bathroom. Gym and spa is included in the price which is nice. Free parking and you will need the car to go to the city center.

I found the staff friendly & helpful. Price of rooms was cheap in comparison to other local hotels & although they were basic, no frills, they were comfortable.

Very noisy because of the gym part, no air conditioning, bathroom with bathtub, no French TV, parking too small, cons personal very friendly and available, not worth 3 stars.

Staff were lovely, breakfast good. Advertised as having full restaurant but it doesn't open at weekends, and stops serving if they run out of food at lunchtime. Not great after driving 5 hours to then have to search out food. Spa very small and hot, swim hats compulsory.

When I arrived the lady checked me in and offered me a complimentary drink. Then a strong young man carried my bag to my room and refused to take a tip. The room was more like an apartment and included a large fridge, a large bathroom, a double bed, ample drawer and cupboard space. The spa facilities were great and I had free use of the gym. If you are looking for a good deal and staff that go over and above the call of duty, then come here. And it's close to the airport. My only complaint was there were no sausages on the breakfast menu.

The situation a tad away from Santander. It has a small Spa. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Again to repeat in case of return to Santander.

Comfortable hotel, to get around in the Cantabrian area. The price is right.

My gym membership and its facilities are perfect.

It is more than a hotel gym.

I can only assess the part of the Gym.
Super schedule open, big, but perhaps maintenance lack above all with the cardio machines (elliptical, tapes).
Regarding the Spa called Spa anything.

Very very very noisy all night.

It is a nice place, people also and very interesting prices.
It was all very clean.
The rooms already requested a renewal but this very well when you consider the price…
