The staff were friendly and helpful. Small restaurant only did breakfast but plenty of restaurants in the area. Good place as a base.

We had a wonderful stay in Santander even though weather was very changeable. The hotel is very good and the male receptionist gave us an upgrade to an executive room on 4th floor, which was fabulous. We had a coffee machine which was replenished every day. The hotel was very clean and had air-conditioning which was lovely at night. A fantastic bed 200x200 and very comfortable. The only downside at all was that there was no bar — but plenty of lovely bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is opposite the bus station, so very handy for the 15 minute journey to the airport. Thank you very much.

The room was clean, large, and had good amenities such as a fridge and kettle. The Wi-Fi worked well. The hotel is situated near the bus station and train station so there is easy access to the airport and trains, but the neighborhood is still very nice.

Very nice Hotel near the bus station. It is close to the train station, the cathedral and the centre of Santander.
In the rooms you have all kinds of details for toilet, hairdryer, iron and coffee maker to have a coffee or infusion courtesy of the hotel.

Excellent hotel with very good service. Very comfortable rooms and a very complete and quality buffet breakfast. Very well located in front of the bus station of Santander and in the heart of the city.

Good value for money The only thing against it is that the room 501 is right next to the boiler room and a room where you must have relays of the electrical system and there is a lot of noise.
Avoid this room, otherwise perfect.

Ideal for me by its location, next to the train and bus stations, in the heart of the city. The room was very nice. Attentive and correct staff.

The hotel has a great location, next to the bus and train station. Nearby you have city bus stop. The room we stayed in was very spacious, with balcony and all very new. The bathroom was spacious and with lots and variety of amenities. The breakfast is very complete, it has everything, even typical products of Cantabria. The receptionist of the Hotel (Nacho) was very friendly and explained everything interesting about Santander and the way to get more comfortable. We also recommended several places to eat and dine.
The hotel has a great value for money and although it has 3 stars it surpasses many 4 star hotels.
Without a doubt, if I visit Santander again, I would stay at the Abba Santander.

It's a nice hotel where dogs are allowed. The receptionists are friendly and willing to assist in any way they can. We were given a corner room. It has ample space, a huge bed, clean and lovely interior, although the curtains can be improved. Breakfast is served in this hotel, but lunch and dinner are not. However, food can be ordered in from the hotel's list of restaurants. People from Santander are generally nice, hotel personnel are too.

Excellent hotel but parking was difficult due to roadworks. Managed to find 24 hour parking 100 yards from the front. Would stay here again.

Nothing special but the room was clean. Breakfast left something to be desired.

The staff at registration were very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean. Air conditioning was very quiet and worked well. There was lots of hot water in the showers. The location is excellent for shopping, restaurants and sight seeing. The staff at reception gave us helpful advice about the city.

The staff gives a great deal. The beds very comfortable, Wi-Fi free and parking right at the door. Cleaning of the rooms was not at all good, since had plugs of items under the bed and bedside of former customers and the bathroom floor was not very clean. But the wc and the shower was perfect, very well made beds. Detail of tray with coffee and you for breakfast very nice. Very good situation. We went with pet (dog) and not had any problem. In general, all very well. It would repeat.

I state two nights in your hotel and the experience the qualify of very positive. Staff friendly and helpful, very comfortable bed, very good bathroom, excellent location of the hotel and the truth is that I don't have any negative review. Thank you.

Hotel Downtown (next to the station of buses, to 1 min of it of trains and to 10 minutes in car / bus from the airport), clean, comfortable and with personal nice. Indicated to visit any point of the city of Santander. Quiet despite being big week. With terraces and bars to your around.

No opinion about Internet and breakfast, because they were not used.
Its central location, nearby Renfe and on the same side of the bus station (as an option to move to the airport by public transport), is an aspect to be considered. From the airport, it is just 20 minutes.
The value for money on the date in which I stayed, truly remarkable. And although the score is 3-star, well could be 4, in accordance with the services and quality of everything said.

they have a general of a slight odour problem to cloaca probably due to its proximity to the sea and the effect of the tides. Nothing important.

Only object to the lack of free parking for hotel users.

Well located and correct rooms. The worst, at the entrance to smells a bit to sewer and the reception can be improved.

A things that I liked were: The form of "rental" of the parking spaces in front of the hotel, is the first hotel where if I go out with the car, I do not claim that it has the reserved place to the back. The second is regarding the cleanliness in the breakfast room, which covers (I think that is methacrylate) food, had a coat of considerable dust, and in the days that I have been, has not been cleaned, like the floor, where it is noted that the cleaning not done correctly. And to finish off, put a long lamp life that falls just in front of the door of the closet, it is quite uncomfortable. (Hab. 203)

Central hotel with good services.

Excellent treatment of the staff of the hotel making it easy for us to change of room if we are not satisfied, a late breakfast… It is an old building with charm with modern facilities. The breakfast is a bit poor, especially for the simplicity of the raw material. The rooms are in general spacious, especially the corners. Clean and care.

Hotel central (next to the bus station, 1 minute from the train station, and 10 minutes by car/bus from the airport), clean, comfortable and with nice staff. Indicated time to visit any point of the city of Santander. Quiet area despite being Big Week. With terraces and bars around.

During the 3 months that I stopped at abba santander hotel, the staff of this I has echo feeling in my home and that is something invaluable, from management to the people who cleaned the room, ultimately a warm and comfortable.
the facility has everything you need for a comfortable stay, excellent beds, bathrooms, continuous cleaning, satellite TV, wireless Wi-Fi, very good view of the Bay of santander from the rooms, there is no better location so if they go as tourists already that is close to everything, you have opposite the terminal buses and trains, near the Centre of santander and the ferry, and if you go down business equipped with the necessary for your satisfaction.
