Bathroom well. Rooms a little fair, modern but very used and size pulling to small. Views, nothing. Common areas also small. Hotel to go to work or to use only for sleep. Parking with spaces too narrow, with large car sure that a rubbing you take.

Passable… Room rating for three was too expensive for what it was.
Yes It's pretty, it's modern but the cleaning is not faultless, the bathroom with a glass door makes light when your friend goes to the toilet. You have to think about putting sheets in addition to duvets. We had a parking space too, hard to park it's very small.
Comfortable bed, nice shower in any case dramatic but for 160 euros no.

Hotel an guter Lage in der Stadt. Es befindet sich zwar an einer Hauptstrasse und kann zu Hauptverkehrszeiten laut sein. Ansonsten freundliches Personal, einfache aber gute Zimmer und ein etwas zu kleines Frühstücksbuffet.

I want to write my tremendous discomfort with this hotel and ask people not to stay at the. In May 2018 I stayed for work in Vitoria in the AC general Alava for several days. How it was with many meetings arrive at 11, 50 to do the checkout, having only 10 minutes to pick up and leave. While it is true that 12 o'clock is check out well they could be a little flexible and leave 5 minutes of courtesy. Instead the woman very rude and unpleasant answered me that there was no more time and to pick up fast at the most until 12. By the haste leave me a charger in the room. There are mobile chargers and chargers. This was special and it was the one that came with the phone. Well it turns out that the first time I called they had it and they kept it in a drawer. When a partner went to get a couple days later, they didn't have it anymore. They lost it to Me or they left it. So fatal. I felt mistreated and robbed. In addition to the price we paid in that hotel is not too much for you to hurry up to get out of the way they did and stay with your stuff.

By parts:-The best place for a training or Congress. Large rooms, impeccable toilets and water in recycled glass bottles.
— the service is most enjoyable and polite.
— a gym in the basement, next to the sad and lonely corner of thinking.

Calidad AC, buena habitación, buen baño y super desayuno. Personal siempre atento y eficiente.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Located in a good position close to the center of Vitoria. Very good buffet breakfast. Nice employees.

Would put better score, but that in full 2018 a 3 * hotel does not have free Wi-Fi… It's a basic thing that even 1 and 2 * hotels have included. For everything else very well (cleanliness, comfort and breakfast)

Hotel with comfortable rooms has a Minibar with drinks not too expensive also in reception you sale of drinks and snacks as the cafeteria is not in operation. The law firm is correct. Is well located is close to taxi rank and bus stops of tram you can also go to the center by a walk. You have the possibility to leave the car in the parking lot of the hotel with a price of 15€per day. Very friendly.

Good hotel, location relatively close to the historic quarter, well-soundproofed and cosy rooms.
As in all AC what I never like are the glass doors of the bathroom that give no intimacy. A bug that they have been dragging and repeating since their first opening and which they could correct with relative ease.

We stayed at this hotel during the holding of a sporting event and were delighted. It is well located and we are very comfortable.

Hotel with the standard AC of modernity and cleanliness. Very friendly staff. My problem was to end up in a very small room overlooking a horrible inner courtyard. They must have different qualities.

The Hotel was very clean and comfortable.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can walk to all the sights of the city.
The only downside is that it is a bit noisy because you hear a lot in the rooms noise from the street even though the windows are closed.

Fresh orange juice and pan y. Small breakfast room but never crowded during rush hours. Rooms are small but comfortable. The view of some rooms is on a internal court… not so fancy.

The gentleman of the reception is unique a very good smile very acueillons change anything you're on the right track. A recommender like hotel in Vitoria.

I arrived late at the hotel (12pm) and was greeted by friendly staff. The room is very clean and comfortable, I'm staying on the 8th floor and there is no road noise at all. My only gripe with the room is some of the wallpaper is starting to come away from the wall, but that is purely aesthetic. Breakfast is fairly basic Scrambled egg and bacon is the only hot option aside from toast, but it's enough to keep you going through the morning. I haven't eaten any other meals in the hotel so can't comment on that. Overall a good hotel in a good location.

It is located in a large avenue, has charm, is endowed with all services, within a radius of five hundred meters has palace congresses, courthouses, hospital, Town hall, important restaurants, sports areas, etz, etz. L.

Very expensive for what it is. The walls are folios and you hear everything from the street and from the other Rooms. It also smelt of piping the bathroom and hence the room. Location is good and the fitness room is not bad.

I thought it was very expensive. Few views. There's no food service. Just breakfast and Dinner. Clean and nice deal.

A lovely, very comfortable modern hotel. A very friendly concierge who spoke beautiful English and helped me when I was fiddling around trying to get to my room. The lovely lady in the bar made me a hamburger iberico because it was the Assumption of Mary and everything else was closed. Thank you for my stay.

Hotel within walking distance of city centre. Wide and clean room. Parking. Bit slow room service.

Very comfortable hotel. Not expensive. The room was spacious and bathroom had the bidet (very important item for italian people). The position was not near to casco viejo (old city centre) but at walk distance (10 minutes).

Nice and quiet hotel. Beautiful and modern decoration. I just visited some overseas friends while they were there. Most interesting and atractive things regarding this hotel is its location: really close to the downtown but you can drive wherever you want from there in just minutes. One of the best choices to stay in Vitoria.

The only bad thing is you have to pay for Wi-Fi conection.

Very nice hotel. Great location enables easy access to the old center while allowes easy in and out of the city. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was a bit less than expected from a hotel if this sort. Rooms are cosy and have a porch looking on to the main street.

Very good service, rooms very well, has a gym to do some sport and the breakfast is good.

The hotel in general is not bad (if a two stars), but for people as I travel much (more than 130 nights a year) and have card Platinum in the AC, they have no detail, no courtesy or consideration, as it occurs in other hotels of the same chain, so in my opinion, if it is possible to choose another hotel is preferable, even if you can choose prefer to do many kilometres more.
It is the first time that me abut with a remote control of the TV with all the deleted numbers and must be used intuitively.

Very central. The rooms are very well, heating, beds comfortable and clean and well-equipped toilet.
The breakfast area is very wide, it has a great variety to be a three-star (coffee, cereals, fruit, pasta…).
Highly recommended.

Looking for a hotel with fitness centre in Vitoria, rejoice to see that it was an AC. I'm quite in this chain of hotels by treatment, pleasure, quality and of course, the gym (all, or almost). Is important to know that my work brings me to spend 3 to 4 nights in hotels in Spain almost all over the country. Upon arrival, the illusion changed to disappointment. The parking lot is tiny, and even taking the car stuck to the wall, comes out a little square (and is a capture, not a limo). And get charged me €15 per day for that. Then the price was high compared to the other hotels, but can understand it by the most expensive area and could assume it. But it came out that in addition to being the most expensive room that never pay at a hotel, is also the smallest. A shame. Soil for 10 or €20 for a room 2 times more in the same chain. I am looking for an extra blanket, but I have no furniture, then a blanket, nor speak. While I'm writing, cleaning this girl doing an amazing in-room noise from next door. It seems that doing works, while I try to work, which means phone calls… The window of the room gives on a sort of courtyard which form other buldings, whereupon there is little light. But but still is that I only have the option of a completely opaque curtain, or leave the window without anything.

It has no Wi-Fi in the rooms, is modern and some fixtures such as SOAP in the showers and some things you are missing more, no longer be pijotadas but be accused fairly. Moreover, the people friendly, sympathetic and helpful.

Rooms are nicely appointed. It looks like there was a renovation of an old building, but my room had two light bulbs out. Limited television channels, only about 10 and only two are in English. Bathroom is very small. No facial tissues in bathroom. Room service is very limited. No. Business center so not really set up for international business traveler. No place to print a document. Front desk personnel limited in English. Front desk personnel did not know how to produce directions using Google maps so training is needed badly. Refrigerator in room is noisy. Not really up to Marriott standards.
