En la cafetería el servicio y trato son correctos aunque los precios elevados.

The place is amazing, there is plenty of site yo have a drink and work with your computer. A bit expensive but nice. Just at the entry of vitoria.

Very good hotel near Vitoria, easy to get to, friendly staff but not all speak English a pity. We eat very well in their restaurant. Do it again without hesitation!

✅ The best breakfast buffet is very varied and of a lot of quality, anchovies, salmon, ham, sweets, breads and cereals of all kinds as well as drinks, in addition to being attended by a couple of very friendly waitresses. So do not hesitate to get the room with breakfast included ✅ the very spacious room with a great bathroom and a very comfortable bed and most importantly zero noise. ✅ you have at your disposal pillow menu, and a wide assortment in the bathroom, comb, toothbrush, shower cap and other accessories that is appreciated. ✅ I make a special mention that you have at your disposal bathrobe and slippers which I find a great detail✅ the room very clean and very well prepared, especially the bed. ❌ as a negative thing when ordering dinner in the room, this took longer than they tell you it will take, the food arrived cold and also was not prepared very well, here I recommend you to look for a restaurant and eat in it, because in addition the hotel menu is expensive having the result.

Not even close to declared 5-star. The lobby bar is very poor and one is to enjoy himself more in an attached cafeteria. I give four stars just beacuase of the rooms and the housekeeping service which is very good. The rooms are large enough, providing all neccessary amenities. The price is not good for such a hotel on the outskirts of Vitoria.

Very good service and modern facilities.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. But not 5 * exactly… I myself, for this money would not take, there are 4 * better… Breakfasts as everywhere, fruit, many kinds of sausage and ham, fruit, berries… There is no omelet, scrambled eggs, French fries, in short from a substantial only tortilla! I have eaten ham and fruit, all 14 days and do not complain! ) ) ) I got everything arranged!

We were a big group and they put us in a dining room that although it was big we were super tight. To be a previously organized thing should be better.

Very good, friendly people, Trankilo neighborhood and with parking no need to take the hotel. Bars in the surroundings to eat, nibble and alternate great.

The hotel is great! The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is not in the centre of Vitoria but it is a great place to sleep.

I am a user of your cafeteria for its uniqueness is ideal to have a coffee and improvise an informal meeting without having to drive to the center of Vitoria. Coffee and tortilla skewer within the Basco country standards, very top. Sometimes it's hard to find parking at the door but it couldn't be perfect.

Nice place, although sometimes the volume of the TV is very high. They cater well and I like to watch football games.

I was six nights, full board, on an organized trip through the community of Madrid. The Hotel is good, the rooms are great and clean. The meals are plentiful and well-cooked. I wouldn't mind going back. In addition, Vitoria is nearby to travel to the entire Basque coast. Also note that Vitoria is a city that you fall in love with the tranquility, its history, monuments and tapas are great in almost every bar.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a presentation, the room very well, and very well equipped (blackboard, markers, folders, paper and pen for the attendants…). Highly recommended.

The hotel was initially created as a 5-star hotel (although they have subsequently lowered to 4) this makes the dimensions of rooms and bathrooms are very good.
However it has some crappy details that are not own or a 3 star. Like the rugs on the sides of the bed, and above all the service. I requested at reception a corkscrew and they made me leave a bail of 10 euros.
Prices for breakfast, bar and room service are exorbitant. €15 for a continental breakfast! Not even a buffet. €10 for a mixed sandwich. And they don't let you bring food from the outside, something I've done in 5 * hotels like the Carlton.

We went for dinner on New Year's Eve, and the experience was overall satisfactory. The waiters attentive and friendly, helped us with some allergy that we had not previously reported, we were able to repeat some dish, so very well. As for the food, the lobster salad with avocado and mango, just spectacular. The Iberian ham with great glass bread, the monkfish buenisimo and without thorns. The foie sirloin, super tasty, perhaps very little done, but come on, I had an arrangement. As a loose spot, no dessert. They put us in a sorbet, but in my opinion that's not a dessert. The other small dark spot, the grapes, which, despite being from our land, were flojitas of quality, clearly improved. In any case a good experience in a great hotel.

The hallways are overheated like our room where we are refrigerated! No extra pillows!

Travelling with car is a good safe option staying the parking is expensive 15€/ night.

It's the best hotel in Vitoria-Gasteiz. It has got 5 stars. It's on Lakua. It haves suits, normal apartaments and it havs very good service. It's a little bit expensive.

We had high hopes for what appeared to be a decent hotel restaurant. The food was awful, only exceeded in dreadfulness by the rude slow and incompetent service. This is rare in Spain and should be noted. Avoid! Really! Note the second photo shows my food, with wife still waiting for hers. For ten minutes! The first photo show my plate after I had eaten all I could and my wife had given me her meat (she could not eat it at all). The meat was barely edible and mostly gristle. The chips tasted off as fried in bad oil.

Did not sleep in this hotel. From the exterior very average building, and unkind staff. Indeed the double room is well at €60 which is very reasonable, but triple room at €120! For our family of 5, it was not suitable at all, no commercial gesture, nothing… not worthy of a five star!

If in every city there is a hotel like this 5 * and three star prices could be more tourism, rooms and spacious bathrooms with qualities of 4 * superior bed linen and beds, for the price of 400€ + — six nights is very but very well, if you don't have breakfast the cafeteria is phenomenal, repeat without hesitation.
