The hotel is ok. The rooms are correct. Very good cleanliness. The service is a bit slob. Throughout my stay they were heard arguing, fighting and quarreling with each other in a bad way. The food was very good. It's homemade and they cook it.

For a two star hotel, it's great. Large double rooms, spacious bathrooms with super showers, hard beds. The fine pillow for my taste but ok. I'd come back again to stay.

Cleanliness quite sparse not to say non-existent. Breakfast was very good. I honestly don't think I'll come back. Not at least choosing/paying me.

Went for the triathlon, the whole experience was amazing.

Very simple Hotel with some infrastructure problems. We travelled in group and some rooms smell a lot like tobacco, others have locks with problems to open. The dining room is a little small. I don't think it would hurt to give him a ride around the hotel and put him up to date.

Very cozy; The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely a good place to spend a few days.

Next to the Teanvia idea to go to the centre of Vitoria.

I liked this hotel very much. When we were in the area, Nois had taken the habit of Nois directing to the Duque de Wellington. But it will be Bieb the last. We booked a room by phone. Arrived on the spot after making a long road with children EB Small Age, we realize on our arrival that the room is occupied. We had to wait a long time in the hallway for the officials to release the room.
Moreover, it seems to me that hygiene standards are no longer as good. They use blankets in beds with bedspreads which we see well that they are not changed very often. The breakfast is very poor.

A great hotel The only downside is that it is not near the center although you can go by tram quickly.

Comfortable, quiet and cozy.

Fantastic. I come four times a year from 2011 and enjoy every time. Excellent service, fabulous staff each and every one of them, the facilities are fantastic and very cozy (rooms, dining room, etc…) and the bar that they have inside the hotel (an Irishman, the Duke) is the perfect complement to enjoy without having to Move and with the same treatment (they are them same). And their prices are cheap to the extreme. The value for money is unsurpassed.

Buena relación calidad precio. Disponen de un bar con muy buen servicio y práctico si estás de paso por trabajo y estás cansado para salir. Tube un pequeño problema con el ambientador de la habitación porque estaba muy fuerte y el olor era bastante molesto pero hable con el personal del hotel y fueron muy amables, tomando nota y dándome una solución. La habitación era amplia y completa. Recomendable.

Hotel simple but enough to spend a couple of nights, small but clean bathroom, space scarce rooms. A two star with the benefits of its category. Parking is available at €6 per day. Poor Service. We left the hotel at 11, 30 hours leaving the sign to clean the ROOM. When we got back at 14, 45 The room is about to be done.

Whenever I go to Vitoria to work I like to stay at this Hotel, quality price of the best I know. Clean rooms and enough to spend a few days, bathroom with shower tray and Screen.
The hotel has a small restaurant that eats and dines at an affordable price, variety of portions and combined Dishes.
There is a shopping mall and tram stop next to the Hotel.

Parking is available but st an extra cost. In need of refurbishment.

Usual step on the way to Portugal. I recommend.

Room and water room clean and spacious, restaurant breakfast very decent. Quiet Hotel.

Very convenient location with tram to the side, a 2 star hotel, but with the comforts of a 3. Very advisable.
