Like new, clean and located right in town. Friendly staff, but they're not there often. Had issues with broken heating in room, ran out of toilet paper and common area hot like an oven — all of which couldn't be remedied until the following day. When we called the staff contact number, they said nothing could be done. No toilet paper on New Years Eve with all shops shut!
5 stats for Location, location, location… clean and very nice interior design. But finally 4 stars because of the notice from common area and the street. We stayed in the room with private bathroom and the room was just great.
