Pension Nuevo Pino Guesthouse

We booked this place for the good price and location, but woke up in the middle of the night with bed bug bites all over, and an ant infestation in the bathroom. I’ve stayed at many budget pensions and got along just fine with the limited accommodations of a guesthouse, but after staying there, I know all the “glowing” reviews are clearly fake. They are all from “travelers from London” who may seem legit, or from the owner. They didn’t even give us a refund for the bed bugs. Definitely ruined our time in Seville. I highly encourage travelers to look elsewhere for better accommodation for the same price.

Central place in the old town. Good value for money. It is an old building but has air conditioning that in summer is always essential. Bed linen, towels, shampoo, etc. Are available.

It is a nice cozy place nicely located in city centre… one can get great right downstairs at adafina…

I do not recommend, then: true that it is a pension but for 50 euros a night I expect that there are at least no insects, instead it is invaded by bedbugs from mattress that come out of splits in the walls and from the skirting boards, positive because in the center but if they do not solve the plague I do not recommend to go there. Nice staff but aiming for the number is not to quality, in fact they didn't change rooms because every day they said they were full.
If they solve the invasion even fourstars, for now they don't.

Quite good for a hostel. Perfect location — shopping, site seeing and restuarants. Stayed 3 nights — its decent for what it costs. The air conditioning worked well and the room very clean. No fridge in the rooms if you are expecting that sort of luxury. Reception staff very pleasant and kind. If you are coming from the airport by bus, consider using the Plaza de armas bus station,. I found the hostel to be conveniently located, clean, and safe.

Bedbugs! Chinches. I got there at around 11 pm and woke up to a bedbug biting me at 5 am. I caught one in a plastic bag and left the hotel as soon as possible. They offered another room but I refused and I asked for a full refund. They didn't give compensation for a ruined night. Stay away from this place.

Pension in the centre of Seville.
Location: Perfect. From there walk you can get anywhere.
Price: It's pretty good. It would define it economically.
Service: The workers are friendly, always greet but do not entertain much with the guests… But well, it depends on what you're looking for.
Rooms: clean. The normal bathroom. Only they gave us a room in the hallway and from there they listened to everything that was going on outside: it seemed to have people in the same room.
You could improve bed, it makes a lot of real noise!
Breakfast is not included, Sale €3… For being a hotel I found it expensive… The truth.

The hotel is fine if you go to sleep only. Breakfast costs €3 and does not offer much variety, although it is free bar. But the worst thing is that the rooms (at least ours, which was next to the front desk) are very noisy and the bed creaks a lot, which limits you to do certain things, other than sleeping. Yes it is close to the center and the staff cannot be more friendly. Plus, you can have a coffee or an infusion whenever you want.

My experience, Mala. I made a orientandome phone reservation in the photos. It turns out that the photo of the façade is not that of the pension but of the hostel next door. When I arrived I did not want to stay and demanded to pay the full night for which, between the signal and the 52 euros that I asked, amounted to 84 euros. It's a place I don't recommend. Old, outdated, small… I think I've been deceived. I've filled out the claims book and missing enough leaves. I don't recommend it at all.

I highly recommend this small hotel very close to the Center, the train station, the bus… The welcome all smiles, the help of the staff to visit, to find at the last moment a ticket for the Flamenco show, the smile, the friendliness, everything is made to feel good. Small double room but with window, clean and good bedding, nice decoration. And price more than affordable!

Perfect for those who like to stay in the center friendliness guaranteed.

They left me "Tiraillo" before 12 pm, but good… The 24h receptionist did not "get it", I was charged nothing more…
Otherwise, location well located and very nice staff. I recommend it for what it is. Go for work one day and be downtown. You fold the corner and you're in the bell and the tillers.

Pitiful hotel, dirty, 8M square room, nauseating smell in the room as well as in the dirty bath, obseulette material, tele of 1995, old heating and ventilation. Bénoire rust, decoration leaves desired (room Viollet and yellow. The main decorations are stickers on the wall). The terrace naporte nothing because SAL and cluttering and a view of the walls of neighboring buildings. The only good new these is that hell and finished.

A very big disappointment, the pictures have nothing to do with reality. Clean if but cracked walls, black tubs of how old they are, etc. I do not recommend quality price.

We have traveled a group of 10 people to spend 4 days at the fair in April. We really liked the place. Very quiet, very clean and also with everything you need to rest. Clean beds, towels also and ample bathrooms. The reception was very friendly and always attentive to help us with everything. Highly recommended.

Perfect location, very nice people, and clean guesthouse :) I spent 7 nights on March with my friends at nuevo pino. We arrived early morning and there was no problem leave our luggage there until late check-in. People on the reception are very nice and helpful (I have also very good experience with email communication before booking). Hostel is in great location just about 10min walking time to Alcazar, Giralda. Building is old but rooms are nice and clean with every day housekeeping. Our room had balcony which was great. If I come back to Seville, I will book the same Hostel for sure. Thank you.

Nice pension… big rooms and nice staff. For those who don't have too many claims it's a really great place. The pension has a breakfast area which we also used bringing our groceries. Ottimissima position.

A perfect place to spend a night if you are passing by. With free breakfast included, clean and spacious rooms, attentive staff that pays a very polite and correct attention. Many hostels can take note. I'm rated 10.

Low cost guesthouse for young people. Decoration somewhat extrafalaria.

The location is excellent. In the middle of Seville center. Calm and very clean. The housekeeper even hang up my clothes. Unbelievable service. Deserves 4 or even 5 stars. Julian the Receptionist was very friendly and gave us a lot of nice inside advices. Our rooms were cleaned every day, the rooms had airconditioning, the location was suberb!

Ok for the price, well situated, a big room, but a bit old with bad olor, and the worst thing: bedbugs. We really got a lot of terrible bites. I let the hostel know and they told me that they will fix it. Hope, they did that…

Only worth it if on a tight budget and you really, really want to ensure you book a room with a patio and private bathroom. The location is perfect though.

We finished our stay at the pension Nuevo Pino… minimalist and very very cold rooms! Some need absolute renovation as they are full of cracks on ceilings and walls; Some rooms need at least a minimum of closet or shelf. If you go in my winter turn on the thermoconvectors immediately so that the frigid is… the room for breakfast is also cold because there is an open terrace on the ceiling! In favor of the availability and courtesy of the staff and always have coffee hot, water x tea or chamomile and the use of the microwave in the small kitchen always open!

Very well located Pension close to the English court of Plaza Duque and the mushrooms. And a few 5 mins from La Giralda. Decorated in a basic way but all very clean and according to what a low cost traveler can look for.
The room was not small, it was outdated but very clean. The bathroom with bathtub and in good condition although not refurbished. The Recepcioista showed us a room I think it was the 216 that was even bigger, but we decided to stay with ours the 210 because it had a large balcony facing a very lively street with lots of light.
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. It can be a pension but in human quality they are a 5 star.
Value for money = 10.
We will go back and recommend it.

The truth esque leaves much to be desired the only good thing is the location, otherwise not worth it, I recommend you pay a little more and you will be much better. It's a real shame you don't want to be there for five minutes.
In our case we asked to change the room and they charged us €45 more for 3 nights, and to top it off, the sink smells terrible, and the TV doesn't work.
Fatal fatal. You really don't fence. The comments that puts everything gorgeous will put it themselves. But when you fence you will tell me what you like.

I stayed for 3 days with my daughter at this hotel. Great central location convenient to the means. Staff very friendly and efficient! I recommend it to families couples who want to visit the city in a family environment and in a totally safe location!

My stay at the pension was very nice and a positive attention on the part of the staff. The rooms I booked were very nice and clean, a kind of open patio with pretty apecibles chairs. It also has a terrace on the top. You can have breakfast inside and they will clean your room all the more days, which I really liked. In my opinion quality insurmountable price!

The quality of the place is high and the prices are decent. The location is great and you have many restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and hardworking. I recommend this place to people that want to relax and feel like home.

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Rooms not huge but that meant it was easy to keep cool with Air con, seeing as temps outside was in the high 30's. Staff were friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. Central location within short-walking distance to shops, cafes and tourist attractions but the hostel itself was still quiet.

The location is excellent. Rooms are acceptable clean. Seville is well known for its hot summer… My room air conditioning was a wall unit and didn't work properly. The receptionists are friendly and helpful.

Clean, comfortable and excellent value for money considering the prime location next to " Las Setas". Ask for a room upstairs because this will be quieter, although with the windows closed I didn't hear much outside. Some great restaurants just around the corner. I truly recommend This place for people/couples who want an affordable place to stay while visiting Seville.

I stayed at this hostel for 7 nights and it was incredible. It's one of the cleanest hostels I've ever stayed in, the rooms are air-conditioned. It's in a great location, close to the bus station, and the city centre. The counter French girl was friendly and helpful with our accommodation as well as making reservations for our night plans. There's also a kitchen to help the commun life which was great. I absolutely loved hanging out in the patio and would definitely stay there again.

Were on a weekend in Seville and stayed at this hostel. Впринципе There is everything you need, comfortable bed and cheerful interior. Breakfast was very good. And the most important thing is that we were near the cathedral and Giraldoj and other places of Suit Si) ) )

Great spot to use as a base for the marathon. Great and friendly staff who pointed us to some good places to eat away from the main touristy parts too. All in all a wonderful place with a friendly atmosphere.

My second time in this cozy “Pension”, and not my last for sure!
While not exactly luxurious, rooms and bathrooms were always clean; located right in the Heart of Seville; the friendly staff provided and excellent, oustanding service, and its low cost made it a perfect choice for a travel wise experience (money was best spent on the city’s many attractions). Highly recommended.

We spent 3 days wonderful in this pension. Welcoming and wonderfully situated to visit everything on foot without the need of get car. The habiación was very spacious and clean. Without any luxury, but aorde with the price paid. The staff very friendly and attentive. It also has an interior courtyard for desayunr and watch tv. If we return to Seville we will repeat without doubt.

Great location for a short stay and for those who are not going to sit in the room (a bit crowded after all…), all very close. The breakfasts are great! The staff was very helpful, gels-shampoos-soap every day, replenished, cleaned well. Good free Wi-Fi, free.

Almost Moroccan feel which was great. Fantastic location (only 5-10 mins walking to Cathedral) and very friendly staff. Hotel has a great rustic feel, and a great roof terrace.

It is very nice hostel. Staffs are very kind and speaking English. And transportation is very nice. Doque plaza is very near. There are el corte engles, star bucks, macdonald and many good restaurants.

A 10 for attention, location and cleanliness.
We were with my wife for a few precious days in Seville, stopping at the B&B new pine, good close of the most interesting places of this incredible city.
The staff helped us to plan some trips, they gave us maps, guidelines, helped us with the luggage and until they put together free tours to discover Seville as they should.
We thought just sleep in a nice pension and everything was much better than expected.
Mention apart for breakfast, cheap, without limit and abundant.
It is noteworthy the cleanliness and comfort of its rooms, showing that without great luxury you can also find the warmth that you are looking for. Along throughout the stay, the staff kept our room in perfect condition.
WI-FI is like a plane, very fast and our room also included bath.
By way of comparison, shortly before we were a few days in Barcelona, where we pay 3 times more and a really poor hosting service.
100% recommended, will return safe and hopefully be next summer!

We repeat in this pension each year and we love it. It is located perfectly, next to the corte ingles and within 10 metres of the street of Sierpes, which is a walking distance to the Giralda tower in 10 minutes. This street is full of shops and bars, is the best area to stay to be able to walk to the places you must see in seville. The rooms are basic and simple, but what is more important is that you are clean. The staff very well and the breakfast for the price you pay for it. Kings.

Bad board, bad service, bad taste but very good location. Upon arriving there, you find yourself with a never ending, messy, claustrophobic, and neglected stairs to access reception. Reception: to call it somehow, it's a desk poorly organized, with a box for keys and remote controls… In the reception area are all the doors of all the rooms, shared bathrooms and "dining room". Dining room: also to call it somehow… it is a pseudo-enclosure within the same reception composed by four tables, many chairs and a bar with water and sachets of coffee, all perfectly arranged as if they had thrown from the fourth floor. Rooms: mine in particular was great, with a large bathroom and or shower great, everything great as the cobwebs and the brush with which they had tried painting part of the cabinets to cover any of the decades, that towards which they had to throw them away… The bed cannot be worse, almost was more comfortable on the floor than on this mattress and the pillow… the pillow is to make it a review, it looked like a bag of doritos crushed… Services: a few… the only thing that offered this accommodation is free coffee and tea 24 hours, I say it only because they also offered free Wi-Fi but the connection was null. Price: when I hired him I found it cheap, when you view the site I made it pretty expensive. Recommended? If for haloween.

Very well located, the employees are of 10, very nice and you explain very well the most emblematic places of Seville. The comfort of the guesthouse is great and the cleaning perfect, come back to repeat.

We just got back from a week's stay in Seville, in the board's new pine, and we can say that the location is perfect … easy access if you arrive and depart by bus because the bus from the airport leaves you very close to the door of the hostel, are also housed in the center, is a walking distance to all the main tourist sights. It is therefore an ideal location to visit Seville and go back to rest at noon or to leave purchases without the need to go out for the day because the hostel is close to everything, to the side there is also a supermarket where you can buy products. Rooms comfortable, clean with air conditioning. Everything clean and very well taken care of. Breakfast within by very little and worth the effort, and you also get coffee and fruit for free during the afternoon. The treatment very pleasant. We will return when passing through Seville without a doubt.

My family was in Seville in October 2015 and stayed at this pension. I must say that many were pleasantly surprised. The location of the elegant historic centre, very close, within walking distance, morning can, if desired, inexpensive Breakfast (buffet), it is important for us. The room is cozy and clean, with air conditioning!, private. All very cheap and with good quality, Separately about the staff. Young guys and speak many languages, and ha-ha-ha in Russian (from former Soviet republics as it turned out), polite and helpful. Don't know of course, we will in a short time in Seville, but God willing, we will stay in N. Pino, which is what you want!

Perfect choice if you seek for a night-over in the very centre of the Old Town. Location is just great — — many sight-seen stops, tourist attractions like Cathedral, Metropol Parasol etc are very near, plenty of bars, restaurants to choose from. If you are on a low budget, then the price is affordable for you. To stay the night, eat breakfast and be away whole day on foot anyway. By the way, breakfast is average: coffee, tea, juice, bread, cereals and some cheese/jam. Be sure to wake up early to catch up the breakfast! Rooms are small, but 4 people merged into them, so don't believe other comments about the pension. Bathroom is good, no complains. Separate Thanks to the staff, and especially Oleg. He was always there to help around the city, with suggestions to see and eat, to watch Flamenco (ask him definitely! ), shopping points etc. I'd come more if want reasonable priced stay for short-term.

Very nice place, close to the old town which lies only 8 minutes walk. Very quiet and clean, its interiors are really cool. There is a Wi-Fi network that works to perfection. Also good cleanliness. Also the receptionist is friendly and very helpful.
Excellent value for money.

This is a very good option for anybody who is looking for a affordable and yet comfortable stay in Seville. The staff is helpful and friendly. They even accommodated with our room changes since we did not liked the ground floor rooms so they had gladly given us another room on the top floor with a little balcony and view. The rooms are what you pay for. They are spacious comfortable and convenient.

Great and clean hostel with an excellent location in case you have a limited budget. The best hostel I've been in the whole Europe. The room was spacious with a large bathroom — nothing luxurious, but incomparably better than I've ever seen in other hostels for the similar price. I was surprised that for all that time that I've spent in Sevilla, the personnel kept room clean and fresh every single day (in comparison to other hostels, where room is cleaned only when you are settle in). Specific attention I want to give to hostel's staff — personnel was extremely polite, ready to help in case of trouble and knew English on high level (there was no a single case, when they were unable to explain something or understand me). The reception works 24 hours, without any exclusions — I was returning to my room in 23 pm or even in 1 or 2 am and staff always was there ready to help if their help is needed. Also hostel is modern in terms of technologies — Wi-Fi works perfectly in a descent speed, and, what is even more important, it is free of charge. In case you have no device that is able to give you an access to the internet there is always a public PC (my girlfriend used it, when she forgot her smartphone in my backpack). As I already mentioned — hostel is situated in the city centre, that is why you can always find cafes, restaurant or even a supermarket nearby in case you need to buy something (water, snack-bars, whatever).

Clean and good location. We travel several times a year to Seville for work issues, or visits on weekends, holy week, etc. ) The past three years we have been alojandonos always in this hostel. We always come out satisfied, clean rooms, with air conditioning, good Wi-Fi, with possibility to have breakfast in, and in full bell (center of the city), what more could you ask. In addition to the very cheap prices for the area in which this. No frills but being in that area is not much needed. I highly recommend it.

I spent a long weeked in Sevilla with my partner, our room was clean and tidy upon arrival, rooms cleaned and clean towels were provided everyday. The hostel was situated in a great location close to all sights and the restaurant district, Wi-Fi was very good in our room, perfect for uploading our photos to facebook! The breakfast was really good for the 2.70 euro charged. It was lovely — great terrace overlooking the street. Great value for money and a big thank-you to all staff for being so weloming and helpful.

I stayed in Seville for 3 + 1 days, and I had choosen this Hostel because of its location, the relatively low price, and the reviews. LOCATION is the best. The ROOM was common, but comfortable and clean, contains TV, wardrobe, air conditioning. The breakfast was good for the price with fresh fruit and good coffee. The Wi-Fi connection was strong. Would stay again. Loved Seville.

The staff is nice, speaking very good the french, and good advice. The room was spacious. We enjoyed the patio where we could have breakfast in the morning. It's very user-friendly. A great setting exotic with all amenities and in the heart of the old town two steps from monuments and shops.
If we go back to Seville, we will return.

Every Easter we repeat at this Inn. Quality price 10. All clean and next to calle Sierpes, next to everything. You can not ask for more for less and also staff very nice. No frills but perfect for saving.

The location is great, in the heart of Seville, you can walk to anywhere. There is old, it makes failure restoration especially stairs to the rooms, are narrow and are broken. Good price, is cheap.
