Spent a day on a seminar, food was below average, toilet had no toilet paper, used to be a nice place, beautiful food, the standard dropped a lot. After the seminar I sat down in the lobby bar, I was acknowledged by a staff member, but after 10min I had to walk up to the bar to order a drink as no staff member bothered to take my order. Please improve your service, and regularly check the toilet paper — a 5star hotel cant afford this, especially now that Crown Plaza and Skycity opened, Sofitel and Marriott are coming soon.

Slept like babies. Great overhead walk in shower. Nice and clean.

Honestly can’t really recommend — not a great value for your money. The best thing about it is the location. Rooms are dated. No valet. The water in the spa is cold which pretty much renders it unusable. We stayed for our anniversary which was mentioned in our booking — it wasn’t even acknowledged by any of the staff members. The breakfast doesn’t have much options at all. Not even a proper coffee which doesn’t come from a machine. Neither I nor my partner drink a full cream milk due to a health issue — hence we had to pay for our coffees every single day, in addition to already paying for breakfast. Lol what a great service. Definitely not the Hilton I remember & love. The staff has been mostly lovely and the cocktails in Collins were great, also big thanks to Peter from magic for helping me get back my Camilla top which I accidentally left behind. However a lady named Helen working the kitchen during breakfast has been exceptionally rude to us in front of other people during breakfast when we accidentally entered from a wrong entry point — she kept talking down to us in an extremely disgusting manner for the whole of 5 minutes. Made me feel like a school kid once again, not in a good way. I honestly believe people like her don’t belong in the hospitality industry and this has really put us off. Don’t think we’ll be back — other chains seem to be doing much better even with all the covid restrictions.

We had a great stay with an amazing dining experience, the staff were so friendly.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, it’s very clean and quiet the views of the city are amazing day/night. They have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
They is a heated pool and spa that guests can use and a bar and restaurant for guests to use.

Unquestionably the worst Hilton in the country. Stayed in an executive room. Lucky to be be a cheap room in a 3 star hotel. The executive lounge is terrible. Cheap wine. Terrible food… literally deep fried dim sims as canapés. Terrible service. But rest assured you’ll get 5 star prices. Be ashamed Hilton. Be very ashamed.

It is like a breathe of fresh air, with lovely, well appointed rooms, convenient location and friendly proffessional staff.

I caught an early morning flight and arrived at the hotel at 8am. The concierge found me a room I could check into at that time. Room service was quick (bit expensive but nice). Great view of Victoria Square. The gym is a proper gym with everything you need. The Hilton is a short walk from everything including Rundell Mall. The room itself was a bit outdated but very clean and neat and the king bed was stunning. So comfortable. Two bottles of free water each day.

Amazing old fashioned helpful Service. Staff were so kind with all my needs, especially with having a Service Dog.

Typical hotel rooms with nothing much to add except the blockout curtains have encouraged us into a much needed 10hr minimum sleep. What the standout though is impressive service. The bar staff make the lobby feel like a home away from home. Comfortable for the single traveller sitting at the bar to large groups sitting in the spacious lounge lobby leather seats. No request seems too hard for the staff at the Hilton.

Birthday dinner. Had the black Angus steak asked for rare but like the rest of the table received well done. all the stakes were different sizes mine was thin and small where my wife's was huge. She asked for medium and probably as it was way bigger it was rare. portion control needs to be fixed. other than that… great service friendly atmosphere and ambiance. will go again if the fix the steak problem.

Hilton Adelaide is a lovely hotel, with pool, gym and tennis court. Foyer and dinning areas are lovely but the rooms are quite dated. If not from Adelaide it is hard to find to entrance and when entrance if full valet can take a while. But overall great hotel!

Definitely recommend coming in for breakfast even if your not staying the night. The $37 is worth it. You can park at the central markets for under an hour for $0. You'll be greeted with a smile, be shown to your seat then 2 seconds later you already have your tea or coffee given to you. Eggs cooked to liking, fruit juice juiced in front of you with a large choice of fruit and veg. Plus everything else you would expect in a full buffet breakfast.

Amazing food and coffee, impeccable cleanliness, and comfortable rooms, outshone by outstanding staff and service. Multi story hotel with well planned conference rooms, ground floor mini mall, atmospheric lounge, brilliant restaurant, and lively bar. Couldn't review deck facilities due to weather. View is excellent on all sides, position in the heart of the city gives central access to transport, local produce, business and civil hubs, and casino by 3 minute tram ride. Taxi rank directly fronting is tended to by experienced and professional staff. Management are understanding and conscientious. Service staff go out of their way to meet guest needs, are very knowledgeable of the local area, and utterly professional. Deserving of every star in their rating. Great coffee.

A spacious room, equipped with every comfort, very capacious closets in which are located, in addition to the safe, phon, iron and cobblers. The bathroom is very comfortable and very nice with a shower size above normal. In the room there is also a desk and a minibar where there is really everything. The bed as in every other hotel in the chain is very comfortable. Hilton never disappoints is a guarantee! 100% recommended!

Room 1322 views not from the square. The room is spacious, with desk and corner bar for making herbal teas, coffee, chocolate. The bed is large and comfortable, there is an alarm clock with USB socket. We found complimentary chocolates and a bottle of wine. We couldn't see a movie on TV because it wasn't working, just normal cable TV.

After going around Australia for 5 weeks and coming right from the Outback we can’t say enough about this hotel. Adam the concierge and Kostas in the restaurant were very professional and it was from the heart. Along with the rest of the staff at reception and the executive center. It was indeed a pleasure to stay at the Hilton in Adelaide! Highly recommend.

Hilton's feel like home to me and know what to expect, it's great. Staff lack a bit of friendliness a little too Professional for me. Been to the restaurant a couple if times for steak… Was great both times, Side portions are huge for around 12/14$ great for sharing, I was by myself and ordered 2 which was far too much. If your off to the exec lounge expect to be well looked after by Amber, she is great. New at the job but seems like she has been doing it forever.

I expected better service for breakfast. I was ignored and no one attended to my table. The best service I had from the concierge very attentive and friendly.

A solid hotel, always pleasant, well located but it really is quite dated now in terms of layout, decor, colours etc. No longer the best hotel in the city (Hotel Intercontinental is better and arguably several others too). Still good for a (very very expensive) after work cocktail, mainly due to the location. Reliably hits the 70% mark every time.

We have stayed here a few times and are Hilton members when we checked in we were told our room had been "upgraded" I'd honestly hate to see what our room would have been if it wasn't upgraded! We were very disappointed to find that our bed was infact two single beds zipped together to make one large bed with a big dip in the middle of the bed. I was told when checking out that they'll put a note to ensure next time this doesn't happen and that I should request 1 bed. We did however get two free drinks from the mini bar because that's the least you could do right. I booked a 5 star hotel and had two beds put together I'm highly disappointed!

Awesome Hotel service. I have given 1 less start because one particular food served at the dinner menu in their restaurant downstairs. Its the Prawn Squid with Asian salad. Way too much onion on that item and charged $55. It was barely eatable and I didnt want to make a scene. If you are in this hotel, do not order that item from the menu!. Otherwise all good.

A standard Hilton hotel… Clean decent sized rooms, welcoming foyer and staff. Sadly the windows are shocking at filtering noise and there can be a lot coming from Victoria Square if there is an event on! Really hampered the experience for us when we just wanted a relaxing night away. The restaurant is top notch though… Great place for a steak in Adelaide.

Great staff and friendly service. One of the card readers of the far left of the lifts doesn't work. Executive lounge could do with a bit of an upgrade. We had a free bottle of champagne as a a little congrats for our anniversary which was a nice touch. Very close to China town and great location.

Very nice breakfast. The room is huge and mini bar well stocked. Executive lounge evening offering is nice too. Although the room is old fashioned maybe a refurbishment is due. Overall a very satisfactory stay.

Everything about the stay was excellent. The service at the hotel was some of the best I’ve encountered around the world. Everyone was very accommodating to any (of a few obscure requests) and did everything to make the stay easy and comfortable. The room was spot on, as was the breakfast, where you could eat for hours, all really good food, and the location was ideal for wandering in the city and to get out to the hills. Definitely would stay there again when back in Adelaide’s.

I went to see the California Crooners matinee show on Monday public holiday here on sfrlside. The show was absolutely fantastic, but when my friend came back with two glasses of white wine and told me that the bar did not have a sweet wine namely moscato I was disappointed. I asked what was the wine that she gave me and I was amazed to be told the the bartender had mixed two white wines together hoping that it would be sweet enough for me. This wine was terrible to say the least. I would have thought that the Hilton would have had a better variety of wines to cater for all tastes. Will not be going back.

Great costumer service. We had a very stress free stay. We departed to the airport and forgot my insulin in the refrigerator. We called the hotel and Adam Forth, the Chief Concierge, hired a cab and delivered it to me before my flight left. He saved our trip and wouldn't allow me to even pay for the cab. Thank you, It's hard to find customer service like this anymore! Scott.

Simply the best… All our Expectations were met from this 5 star property from the moment we arrived all the through to our checkout. The staff are excellent and very accommodating to every need and were very knowledgeable of the city and its surroundings.

The Hilton is a great place today especially if you manage to land one of the renovated rooms. The retro lobby and bar is so cool and the toiletries are lovely but a toothbrush wouldn’t go astray. Friendly staff and they responded very to a colleague’s complaint by changing her room immediately and giving her access to the executive lounge.

Nice hotel in the middle of the Adelaide CBD — Staff are very professional and helpful. Rooms are nicely appointed with great views. The executive lounge is only average for Hilton normal standard, but still a welcome respite when you have finished work or what a quiet spot to continue work! Coal Restaurant is a great place for a steak (try the tomahawk — I dare you! )

The Service was as you would expect it in a Hilton. Everything was great. We had a small incident but they dealt with that very professional. The Room was great. Very spacious and clean. Nice view to the Beach. The Bar is really nice and has a good choice of evrything. Only the Breakfast was not so good. The choice and quality was not as we know it from other Hilton Hotels. I would give 4.5 stars but that is not possible.

Hilton?! The three stars are only for the staff, the facility does not deserve it. Central location, view of the square but how the heck does the fan turn off in the bathroom? No one knows, (never goes out) … The rooms are not soundproof, at least not those of the seventh floor so good rest!

Hotel is a little dated but mostly still in good, clean condition. Aircon in the rooms lacks in performance and quietness and the entertainment system needs to be replaced… That said, the staff were very helpful in accommodating my request for motorcycle parking. Restaurant in lobby is solid but a little expensive for the standard of food, local twist is nice though. Things like delivery fees on room service and surcharges on credit cards (how else do you pay for a hotel? ) drag the rating down a little…

Checked in early and room not ready. Upgraded to deluxe room which cost 30 dollars per day more. Room ok with good view. Comfy bed. New gym not quite ready. Used the gym daily which sometimes got a bit crowded but adequate. Pool small but popular. Position of hotel is excellent. Can't comment on the food as never ate in hotel.

Very Poor Service, booked Executive Room, condition of the executive floor is not good at all. Filthy Rooms, duty manager have no etiquette. When complained she said, it is a smell of pasta and she will raise this with concierge staff. No apology, no customer service at all. Paid for a luxury hotel, and service is not even for third class motel. Left the hotel right away. Intercontinental Hotels is the best hotel to stay in Adelaide. Do not waste time on Hilton Adelaide.

I stayed at your hotel on Saturday night and unfortunately it was very disappointing. I expected a nice room for $354.
Our room was tiny. Also it says that your pool was heated, but the pool was freezing! The pool was old and dirty, the gym wasn’t good at all. It was definitely over prised for what we received.
Unfortunately I will not come to the Hilton. This was a special night as I don’t normally stay in hotels and I was terrible disappointed.

I attended a work Christmas party. The food was delicious and the venue was modern and lovely. The staff were also very helpful in assisting my friend and her wheelchair out of the car and into the venue. Thanks for a lovely evening Hilton!

Great hotel with large rooms close to the city center and main railway station of Adelaide. Breakfast buffet is large and has a wide selection of food and drinks. The hotel also provides meeting rooms and a fitness center. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Some rooms offer great sights over the city of Adelaide with a spectacular view onto the far Glenelg Beach and the colorful sunset.

My second visit and review of the Hilton Adelaide. Not as special as my first visit with one of their elevators out (maintenance), and the room didn't have the same 'wow' as on the first visit. Lack of parking (only valet available) was a bit of a disappointment, however the attendant was super helpful. 4/5 because I had an expectation of amazing from The Hilton, and this visit was 'only' very good.

I attended for a professional seminar, making use of ballrooms A and B. This is the third time I have attended such an event at the Hilton Adelaide. The audiovisual equipment and acoustics were good, and there was plenty of space to stand and sit. There were no disturbances due to outside noise. The only downside for me was that, with nearly four hundred people in the large space, it did get rather warm. I would use the venue again.

Nice rooms, with a good sized comfy bed bathroom with shower and big desk. Tonnes of cupboard space. Coal bar currently running a champagne happy hour between 4 and 6pm. Don't mind if I do.

We had a all day conference there and it was all good. Plenty of staff. Coffee was probably best I've ever had in my life and I've had a lot of good coffee. Rooms were big enough, clean and in very good condition. I would get rid of the orange tiles in public bathroom. Overall a great day and place.

Construction on the balcony by the pool prevented the use of the pool. I hope that it's completed by January when I return. Breakfast is nice and the restraunt staff are attentive. A room is a room is a room, if you know what I mean. Nothing out of the ordinary, but the sunrise is nice and the sunset from the lounge can be spectacular.

Place and location in maps is very good! The services are nice, the multifunction room is a little bit small for the event I go, as it's quite packy. If ceiling is higher, then it would feel it's a bigger room.

I've stayed at both Hilton's guest room bad deluxe room. Both are spacious, deluxe rooms have been completely renovated, while guest rooms partially (I hope renovating all the bathrooms is also in Hilton's plan). Good location, close to good restaurants and city centre. Breakfast was very good, with fresh juice and good variety of choices; apart from all this, friendly staff made my breakfast more enjoyable.

Fantastic restaurant. Best steak I've had in years. Had to give the five star rating as the room was great. Modern and super clean. Overall faultless choice for business travel. Minor niggle with the gym, which could be better.

The main foyer is a great place to catch up for a quick meeting with clients. Nice and quiet.

We stayed at the Hilton for one night on 25 June. We had arrived before check in so left our bags and went for a wander. Upon check-in we were upgraded and check in was easy. The room was on the 9th floor overlooking Victoria square with is a nice view. The room wasvery quiet, tidy, the bed and pillows comfortable and the amenities excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, the staff was nice. The standard rooms were looking a bit dated, decided to upgrade and those rooms were nice. Had some issues with billing but the staff sorted it out after speaking to turn about it.

The hotel was very welcoming and was as expected as all Hilton hotels were. We did get a complimentary upgrade due to hhonors status and was treated to a very good delux king room. Overall, it was a pleasent stay.

Visited Collins bar. Great cosy space to enjoy a cocktail.

Drinks service is excellent, with a wide range and very comfy relaxed setting.

The standard rooms are pretty shocking. Very old, kinda dirty and in need of an update. The facilities are nice, and I'm sure there are nicer rooms up higher.

The room feels a touch tired and old. The bar and lobby are beginning to show their age. The hotel is conveniently located and is only 9 minutes from the airport. Someone had drunk from the minibar then refilled the bottles with water and placed the water filled bottles back in the minibar.

Generally good hotel. Rooms and bathroom were clean and a good size. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Only thing that wasn't great was shower water pressure.

Got upgraded to the executive king suite. Great views and comfortable room.

Excellent location. Arrival Little bit annoying due to fringe traffic but that's to be expected at this time of year. Valet parking is the way to go. Buffet breakfast inclusion is worth it though the central market behind the Hilton has great options of fresh produce. Definitely would stay again.

Excellent place for drinks. The staff are frienely and attentive, and they have sm excellent selection of tap beers.

Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were very nice — the bed especially was extremely comfy. Very convenient location, close to parks, cafes and the metro stops right in front.

Friend and I went to the Lobby after a play, for coffee and afternoon tea. Deli closed, bar prices = $20 for a toasted sandwich with fries, and $6 for a questionable and tepid coffee! Chairs/sofas looked soiled and the area looked very run-down. I remembered this area as lovely! Staff great, but for goodness sake, how about an upgrade of furniture and decent food at a reasonable price.

As you enter this hotel the lobby is exquisite. The restaurant produces some amazing food and service is top notch. The only let down is that the same levels aren't carried through to the rooms. They are decent sized and the bathroom look newly fitted but did not have the same feel as the rest of the hotel.

A quick stay while seeing the events at the Fringe. Comfortable, clean and stylish rooms with very friendly staff. Valet parking was a bit painful on our visit (extremely busy when we arrived), but they were polite and handled the rush well.

Very modern/comfortable room. The service was friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. We found a last minute deal including valet parking, buffet breakfast and late checkout at a very reasonable price. Fantastic.

This hotel should REALLY consider giving some of its staff compulsory lessons in good manners and customer service. The lovely girl that was working at the reception desk this morning at 6:00am should consider a career as an undertaker because she certainly lacks the manners to deal with the living. In contrast, the manager on duty was helpful.
