All very well, friendly staff, very good food, very good spa, would definitely go back. To put a catch, that the capacity of the open pool was not respected, there were too many people, it is the only downside.

Very good hotel, cleaning, service, food… of 10. The only thing that would change is the advertising a distorted movie of reality, the page puts a price but if you call and book you find another; even though I have to say that I would pay it again.

Spacious rooms with a good mattress.
Kindness at reception on all four sides.
Two swimming pools both indoors and outdoors to give you a dip.
The library, where my children love it.
Buffet breakfast attended by Covid theme.
All in all, all 10, as usual.
Continuously cleaning everything up.

There's clean and pretty. The heated pool could not enter 2 times because they did not respect the capacity and there was no control either. In the other pool the guy a charm and very professional. Reception of 10. Overall nice and clean. The staff of the buffet very well although on Sunday many people who did not keep the distances.

It's great pleasure to stay in this hotel. I recomend all to stay and your trips in this great hotel.

The customer service is awful. The front desk won't answer the phone, problem with the a. C. That was never fixed and moved to a SMALLER room the next day, they wouldn't allow us to eat food in the lounge off the lobby. Even though there are tables and chairs there (this was after our tour got stuck on the road for two hours and our dinner had to be delivered to the hotel at 8:30. ) get to the room and its over 80°, two phone calls, two trips to the front desk, one maintenance man, midnight and it still didn't work.
It would have been tolerable if they had been just a tiny bit more helpful.
Also don't expect robes, irons, water in the room or the lobby, body lotion, hair conditioner, or good water pressure.

It was a amazing hotel. First class service. Staff was very nice. The food was amazing 10out of 10 we be back Maggie from Ireland.

We spent two days in Granada and stayed at the Gran Hotel Luna. The location is very good, in 15 minutes walking you reach everywhere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Besides, we were able to take our little dog. She also had a bed and her feeder and drinker. For those of us who have pets it is not easy to find a hotel, so that's the cool. To put a but: the balcony is dangerous for small pets, on the sides the gaps are very wide and can fall. And the usual… that we can't get in with our dogs anywhere. And that everyone we crossed paths with at the reception was very, very polite. More than many children we meet in the dining room (let the parents forgive me…).

Un hotel ubiacado en pleno centro de granada, justo al lado de una salida de la autovía, con un acceso inmejorable, las habitaciones estan totalmente actualizadas y muy confortables, dispone de todos lo servicios imaginables, como spa, piscina pistas de paddle… el restaurante está totalmente a la altura. En definitva es una opcion mas que recomendable para pasar unos dias en la ciudad de la Alhambra.

Great hotel in Granada. Great deal. Fantastic visit. We've only had one weekend, but we've been wanting more. Luxurious rooms with a balcony and very nice views. We're running out of time. We promise to return.

Excellent hotel very spacious beds with good mattresses pillows magnificent even with menu so you can choose.
Breakfast very good and varied even with live cooking.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
The pools are small but in a very nice space.
The waiters and staff in general very attentive and helpful, note that at breakfast I have requested that I crush some fruits for the baby and have not put any glue upside down all facilities.

Friendly staff; large breakfast buffet with lots of options to choose from; comfortable and clean rooms; large shopping centre across the street with absolutely everything you'll ever need. All-in-all, luxurious and good feel to it, even for families. Snack bar and pools were great to hang in when it got too hot to explore the city or just to relax.

Het hotel is helemaal super, wel groot, maar met alle faciliteiten die je je kunt wensen en een prima ontbijtbuffet. Absoluut waar voor je geld. De locatie kon beter als je graag het oude centrum wilt bezoeken, maar de bereikbaarheid is top en in de parkeergarage naast het hotel kun je prima parkeren tegen een gereduceerd tarief (reken op ongeveer 15 euro per nacht zoiets). Kamer is ook prima met fijne bedden en een nette badkamer. Al met al zouden we hier zeker weer boeken.

Ideal for a weekend in one of the most beautiful cities in Spain. In front of a shopping center is relatively close to the city centre (a walk is required, but in Granada it is gladly done. ). Basic and tastefully furnished room, spacious, very comfortable bed, and clean and well equipped bathroom. It has a spa and a tiny gym and a heated pool, ideal for relaxing and getting away from the hustle and bustle. With play area for children. Rich Breakfast.

This is a beautiful hotel on the outskirts of downtown. Staff is friendly, the breakfast buffet is awesome with varitey for Europeans and Americans. We stayed in a suite which had a bedroom and seperate sitting room, it was nice to watch TV without interrupting my partner sleeping in the other room. The only complaint is you can hear the commotion in the halls however, the bedroom had a door so closing it blocked the noise. The hotel has a variety of activities, spa treatments, and other options available.

What a wonderful hotel! The best, without a doubt, the breakfast. It is a pleasure to be able to take Granada a memory so good, that contributes to this hotel without a doubt.

The bathroom is really chic, but the door does not close but hangs like a Western saloon with a large circumferential slit in the frame. You can hear everything in the bathroom or The toilet. Nothing for the first romantic holiday or not so close friends… You can also see if you go to the hall door or visit. Wonder who builds such a thing. "

The family room is spectacular. In the cafe you can eat well buffet is not bad but better the cafeteria. I don't give 5 stars just for its location but the walk to the center are only 15 minutes real.

4 star hotel in the centre of Granada. Although it is right on the road it is quite okay with the volume. Room is OK, mattresses are OK. Room and bathroom could be cleaner. Every day, house keeping has forgotten something. Fitness area Okay but the extra charge to wellness is already covered. Breakfast buffet Very large and plenty of choice. Staff at reception and restaurant very friendly. However, no high quality products. Unfortunately everything is done on earth. Good value for money.

Hotel brilliant location in Granada. Very convenient for the airport. Quite comfortable and good parking facilities under the hotel. Does not belong to the hotel. Special price possible for Langzeitparker. Ask at the reception. Breakfast buffet is quite ok. Nothing special but there is something for every taste. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very comfortable. What is a little uncomfortable is the group trip, a lot of students are accommodated hir. Very positive is also to mention ring around the hotel there is a lot of possibility to shop and eat. Everything is within walking distance. A few German programs can also be received on TV. If you want to go to the restaurant for lunch or dinner, a tip. You can buy a voucher at the reception and book it in the room. This way you save 2 euros per person compared to the direct payment in the restaurant. Would love to come back. Nice clean house.

A very nice place. Food is good and drinks as well. Complimentary breakfast. Opposite to the hotel shopping mall is available. Gym, swimming pool (indoor), spa free Wi-Fi and internet cafe and conference halls available. Parking would be charged. And drinking water has to be bought. Cannot drink the tap water. Very close to the highway.

A modern renovated hotel recently! We regretted sleeping in a disabled room as it was less suitable for us… good breakfast and diversified buffet.

I only saw the reception and the bar. All right. Well located next to the highway and Corte Ingles. There's a gym in the gutter. It doesn't belong to the hotel but it comes in very well.

The room that we touched was huge. The hotel is designed for families but it is very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not bad and the location is 15 minutes from downtown. They have agreement with the parking which is at the entrance but a bit expensive as it costs €15 per day.

Great accessible location and parking… But… Walls are made of paper. Not thick paper or cardboard, more like toilet or tracing paper. As in gentle coughing next door sounds like it's in the room with you. Some bits look posh but basically it's a shopping mall atrium with a big lobby, small room for food, and some rooms.

We won't be back. Looks like we were in a mousetrap. The reception unprofessional. The first shower with cold water, we apologized, but a 4 * hotel does not deserve apologies plus the booking was made towards a 6personas week with two kids. Never again.

Great value for money. $100 a night for a king bedroom including breakfast and parking. I’ve paid double this for hotels with similar quality. Clean and has a variaty of nice facilities. Breakfast is not the greatest but staff are nice and it’s quiet cheap if you book a room without it, only €8 per day.

Stayed 2 nights. Junior suit 438. It was a bit small but functional. Our bed was a bit small but very comfortable. Fantastic bathroom with a huge amount if complementary items. We had a 10yrs and an 8yrs old with us. It was fine for out whistle stop tour of Granada. Taxi to old town about 7 euro and about the same up to Alhambra Palace. Plenty of breakfast selection.

Clean, has a shopping mall in front and all the transportation nearby, you can go to the center walk, taking a leisurely walk, I did not have breakfast in the hotel because it was not included in the price is I did not use the pool because it still does not Had water and were fixing it, too bad because in June in Granada is hot!

Unfortunately, I have to give this hotel 3 stars only due to the appalling service received. Excluding the welcoming breakfast attendant and a waiter at the restaurant, the receptionists were unwelcoming and looked annoyed at the check in and check out. Misleading information was given about access to the Alhambra in order to sell their tour. Bar attendant next to the reception was rude in telling us the bar was closed. Maybe due to her poor English? She didn't even say it in Spanish and looked annoyed. Room attendants not greeting when passing by, forgot to make my parents' room and did not refill our coffee the next day of our staying. No hair conditioner supplied. Swimming pools small and overcrowded, Wi-Fi not working well, no dedicated space for relaxation for adults. Highlight the stunning room and smiling breakfast attendant. Such a shame, this hotel has so much potential. I wouldn't go back due to the service.

We've been with my kids this weekend in a WONDERFUL family room. Spacious, clean, comfortable, no noise, very well equipped. The breakfast buffet was very good. My celiac son was given a fancy gluten-free breakfast. Thank you to the hotel staff. We will definitely come back!

Good structure with indoor and outdoor pool and spa. Great breakfast with a wide selection of brioche and salty. To improve the Wi-Fi that is unusable.

Still here as I write this review. It is a very smart and modern hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is very large and there are a lot of guests here as it is Easter holidays. Breakfast had a lot of choice and there was a restaurant manager present, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and stocks were replenished. Mini bar is a rip off, with cans of drink costing €3.50 each. Why hotels don't charge a more reasonable amount I don't know, they must end up throwing lots of it out as it goes past the best before date. The air con was switched off in our room, which may not bother the locals but 25°C at night for us Brits is too stuffy. The centre of town is about a 15 minutes walk away. There is an underground car park which the hotel can provide a slightly discounted rate for. It is costing us €44 for 3 nights. Overall, happy with the hotel.

Great Hotel.
The rooms are spacious and clean with two single and half beds and a sofa bed, two TVs, a mini fridge, and a clean bathroom. Dinner was composed of appetizer buffets, first, second and desserts. The facilities, like the Wi-Fi and the indoor pool, are great.

The hotel was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, with a wide variety. The espresso was fantastic. The gym was clean and the beds were comfortable. Only complaint is the room keys got demagnetized and didn't work, of course it happened was when I was in a rush. But they fixed it quickly no problem. I would recommend this hotel.

A 10 minutos andando del centro. La atención inmejorable, la comida bastante buena y la comodidad y servicios también geniales. Me hizo falta un fisio y había diaponibilidad para 1 hora después. Me quitó la lesión en 2 días. Tienen una piscina climatizada, pista de padel y ludoteca para los niños. Además hay un corte inglés con hipercor justo en frente.

Overall nice hotel, some little things don't work, like the hair dryer in our room, and our AC isn't as cold as it could be. You can tell it's a little older. There's a few small damages in our room. The service is great though, and it's really good value for what you get.

Nice hotel, modern amenities. Good location. Comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. My only complaint is that the walls are so thin you can hear everything going on in the hallway & rooms next door. So loud that my friend and I thought someone had entered our room to use the bathroom. Otherwise very nice.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are classy and are roomy. However, they become pretty hit if more then 2 people are in one room (our rooms were only meant for 2 though). Spanish hotel, bug most staff members speak at least a little English. Would recommend.

Good relationship price/quality, impeccable attention on the part of reception. Features Gym, heated pool, spa and solarium. Room and bathroom spacious. Good combination of buses and taxis to the city centre. The only downside has been having to pay for the spa and the swimming cap. Should be free services.

Hotel very well located, with easy access to / from the motorway and 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Spacious room. To stay there I took advantage of an offer, Booking,, but what I did not like is that they did not include the breakfast.

Very nice hotel in Granada. I bit out of the way from the tourist attractions but totally walkable (except perhaps for the Alhambra). Also, right off the highway and good (if pricey) parking.

Between the 5, and left on 8 December 2015. We were my wife, two children of 6 and 13 years old and I, half board. Room 1st floor looking at Hipercor. Fee: €747 + €44 parking spaces.
I can not say that not liked, so only check the "okay", but not much more.
Food much but not what is expected for a 4 star hotel.
The room, although air conditioning all night, had to sleep with pajamas, and cast blankets, because if did not a bit cold… Room isn't well-damped, cars from the highway that passes across are heard, and if you pass the police or ambulance, nor tell you…
Windows as in almost all hotels, does a watertight closing curtains, and you have light of lanterns at night in the room, or light of dawn… Come on you if you're demanding in dark room to sleep, bad vibes. Here is not a good place.
The parking… 1.32 €/ h. Charge you the day €16 (rounded), be festive, bridge or day save… Depends on how you look at, it is expensive cheap… If you leave it on the street, you know, go constantly to lend money, and you don't plan… That if you find blue zone.
Behind the hotel, there is a stretch of road which, if you're lucky to catch hollow, you save the parking, but with the car to weathering, etc… etc…
In the end… A hotel that if I can avoid the next time visiting Granada, I will do it, I will avoid…

Modern Hotel (both the room and the facilities), good treatment, and a breakfast buffet correct. As always, it doesn't matter to them about space, the garage what they charge. The gym is very small, not to the height of the rest of facilities.
