It is the second time we stayed at this hotel, the service has been great, the rooms very well enabled. We went with our little dog and they put us a bed and a feeder, a detail!. Thank you very much for the courtesy details! Repeat.

Brilliant value for money. We had a one night stay and couldn't praise this hotel highly enough especially when you consider the price. You would pay double in the UK for this standard of hotel. Staff were great and facilities were more than adequate. Enjoyed our stay and will return when in this region.

A correct hotel with good value for money. It hurts the very unsuitable breakfast hours. We had to have a drink outside because the cafeteria opened too late. Incomprehensible.

We did an event and both the site and the attention of all the staff was superb, attentive to everything, there was nothing missing and the treatment of maximum level. From the responsible for events Monica, to the team of waiters a 20 over 10. Congratulations.

The room temperature can not be manipulated, you tell the reception that you are cold and say they can not do anything. In the bathroom I find hairs, the bed lasts… The only good thing the attention received at night in the restaurant by the waitress.

Very quiet Hotel in a nice area. Not very large rooms for a 4 star.

Painful customer service. Very poor breakfast. There are better hotels with equal price. I have stayed several times and for a mistake in booking I tried to correct in 5 minutes with them, I billed the 100% of the room. For 5 minutes It took me to detect the error. They refused to try to even give a solution. Bad attention and lousy customer service policy. I hope you never have a problem with them because they leave you lying. There are other hotels nearby.

Good 4 *. Some rooms sin of leisure space and the buffet now is somewhat smaller than before but still good.

Great for the category in the price quality ratio. Well located, quiet and modern. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is fine but the services it offers are very limited. During our stay the restaurant was closed, it seems to be only open from Monday to Thursday. Cafeteria hours for breakfasts are also not respected. On Sunday eleven o'clock was already closed but the schedule announced was until eleven thirty. If you are traveling with children this is a problem as you have to leave the hotel for all meals of the day. This should be announced before you book, at least.

The receptionist of ten. They have no problem at all. We arrived at a group of ten and wanted coffee and they did not hesitate to serve us, even when the cafeteria was closed.
The hotel, well, although a half hour walk from the center, Q is no problem at the time of. Eat. There are many bars on the perimeter.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, cerca del Alcampo y varios supermercados. Es bastante moderno y limpio. La habitación era normal, ni muy grande ni muy pequeña, la cama comoda y tele de plasma. El baño estaba limpio pero lo único es que el desagüe de la bañera estaba roto y costaba sacarlo. De todas formas las chicas de la limpieza nos ayudaron a sacarlo muy amablemente.

Spacious rooms and modern decor. It has a minibar in the room and the beds are comfortable. Noise from the corridors can be heard a little and it can be a bit annoying especially if guests are dragging their luggage early in the morning. Ideal for stays for work. Good Buffet breakfast.

In my opinion, too much of a star. That does not give you the room 15 of each plant, the chimney of the kitchen passes by her and makes a noise unbearable. Should change the pillows and mattresses. In addition, I striped the whole car in their parking lot and the hotel did not want to know anything.

The spacious room, very comfortable bed, friendly staff, unbeatable. We would return to stay there. To the side there is a mall if you need to do some shopping and bars for tapas.

A good hotel 4 *, ideal for those who do not want to stay in Central Park without problems. I paid €46 breakfast included, and this seemed like a great price for the quality of the hotel. Large rooms, large TV, Wi-Fi, etc.

The stay was wonderful. I've been hosted for work and for pleasure, and the truth is that the Hotel is in compliance for both. Room is great and comfortable, the staff wonderful and friendly and the restaurant is as well (also on the terrace is this happy). Certainly the best choice for a stay in Almeria.
