For me the number 1 4-star hotel with 5 stars earned. Good location, rooms and beds. Personally I never use breakfast in these kind of hotels, as the prices are huge. But you'll find enough breakfast fasciluties in the area, where you can take a tipical Spanish breakfast for around €7. That's including a drink.

Room are big and quite, nice sleep. Access to the car park via lift.

Everything as expected from a 4* hotel.
Spacious. Small terrace that overlooks a quiet park (in my case). Perfect bathroom. To repeat if you needed.

Comfortable beds and near to mediterraneo shopping centre.

Not a bad hotel to stay for 1-2 nights. Modern rooms, good cleaning. Of the cons: disgusting soundproofing, scant breakfasts.

Nice sized rooms, hotel is a bit out of the way from main town but is surrouned by streets containing many tucked away bars and restaurants. Clean with friendly staff and comprehensive breakfast.

A great stay at this hotel! All the staff friendly and attentive, the rooms comfortable and decorated with great taste, the restaurant excellent. Everything was perfect! We will definitely return!

Large spacious rooms, clean, sober. A typical working hotel with friendly staff, nothing to say about it. Only one snag, the bathroom facilities that had taken a shot, only my room apparently. Breakfast not bad, they have bizarre formulas but they never check so I do not know what it serves them.

A hotel that has its more and less. Specifically, it is practically new, the staff is very friendly and they knew to partially solve the problems that I found in the room. They have electric kettles for those who ask for them and it is easy to park in the area. The negative part, we got a room with dirty sheets and bathroom, when we reported the front desk we were moved 2 times from room on the same floor, all just as bad. Finally the receptionist changed us to another floor, better. I didn't ask for upgrade, but it was one of the times when the hotel should have offered it by trade.

Not a hotel to go on vacation. To be a 4estrellas leaves a little Q wanting breakfast, the facilities are good, hotel calm PR The air does not work in the rooms and you do not get solution… In conclusion Hotel to N return…

Comfortable and functional Hotel, maybe a bit secluded from the center, but here the taxis have a laugh price. The rooms meet for a four star and the staff very nice. The breakfast is good, and we had a dinner event inside the hotel and it was all terrific. I would repeat if I returned to Almería.

The hotel is very good, the room is very nice, it is air conditioned and you don't hear a street noise, the beds are very comfortable, it is very well located on a main street and there is plenty of room to park. Also the price is very good. I would repeat without hesitation.

Good location very close to everything in general and the rooms very clean.

It is a very quiet place with spacious rooms. I stay three nights in a room with balcony and the truth that I was super comfortable and there was no street noise. In the morning a little by the cleaners. The cleanliness is better, under the bed was not well clean. The bathroom was good. TV with channels like free Fox. And the service was rooms and the breakfasts were super good.

We have repeated five months later, same room, because we love the hotel and the area. Easy to get to the wondering center. Things that allow you to find thousands of bars with various tapas or bars with tarts and coffee! Staff.

Very good facilities. A Wi-Fi that goes great. Good quality soundproofing. Competitive prices and very centrally located.

The hotel "Avenida Hotel" * * * * in Almerìa has also become a delight for me.
And the place with Old Town-core and new parts of the city also appeals to me very well.

Perfect stay. All clean. Taking care of details. The only fault Q would put it, is that in the bathtub has shower curtain. On a personal level, it gives me a bit of grime. I prefer a bulkhead. Otherwise, great.

Well-located Hotel with spacious garages and very large and quiet rooms. The beds are very comfortable and the staff very attentive and friendly. Full and varied breakfast.

Took my granddaughters age 3 and 6 yrs we had the family room that was basically an apartment. Breakfast was excellent of fried eggs bacon and sausage also the Spanish continental and coffee, orange juice you name it it was available. Staff were amazing very friendly and spoke perfect English.
I would definitely be returning. Thank you avenida for making our holiday good X.

Great hotel in Almeria. Recommended.

Smoking should NOT be permitted in the hotel. We stayed in this hotel for seven nights on the 21st of October and the location/rooms/service is good! But the room stunk of smoke, it was terrible, I reported it to a female member of staff and she did not know if it smoking was permitted rooms. The safe was not working on the first day of arrival again we reported to a member of staff and they said it would be repaired that afternoon but never was. Very disappointed and smoking should NOT be permitted in the rooms or anywhere in the hotel.

Clean, spacious rooms, easy to get to. Breakfast OK.
