The hotel is next to the clinic we arrived, the rooms are small 25 square the hotel Itself is clean and tidy, the food in the restaurant we did not like no such variety as in other
Sheraton, just to eat in the restaurant is very expensive, so went to the shopping centre where the ground floor many restaurants and cafes
The SPA did not go, but visited the pool very much. About the hotel close to shopping center, metro station which is very convenient
The staff was very helpful. A Smoking area on the street, a special place, the hotel is no Smoking.

Really good location. Close to subways and one of the biggest departments in Seoul and shopping mall. The room is quite clean but it is good for solo traveller. It feels tiny for two persons. The facility such as Sauna and gym is rather good. The staff is very helpful.

Highly recommend this hotel for biz-men who need to stay in West Gangnam. Reasonable price, great location and nice modern decorated rooms. Also lounge in 13th floor is good for meetings.

Great location for shopping and transit. A short walk to the Han River. The rooms are clean but pretty small. The gym, pool, and hot tub are nice.

Perfect service on check in and check out. Staff very friendly. Atmosphere at club lounge is very nice. Conference rooms looks a little bit old style. But everything is very clean and quite. Also lunch is recommended. Breakfast have a lot of selection. Asian and western food. Recommended for business trip and conference.

Hotel offers nice stay & delicious food. But we cannot check in early than 12. Receptionist said it is fully booked.

Overall comfortable, bed very good sleep, friendly service. Near the public transport point.
Although not in the area like the east gate, but near the department store is enough to stroll. The Maple Leaf opposite the autumn is very beautiful, opposite street corner has the public bicycle station.

The staff is very friendly and the facilities are very good the only bad thing is that it is a bit far from the tourist attractions.

Long before it was a Sheraton, this hotel had a friendly and warm atmosphere. Rooms are good and the hotel is a short walk to the original French Settlement of Seocho, which has bars, restaurants and some boutique shops. By taxi on a good day it's 15 mins to Gangnam shopping area. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the extremely extensive and efficient Seoul Subway system.

This place used to be an old local hotel. But, ever since Sheraton purchased this property and upgraded it, it became one of the finest hotels in the area. It’s much better than the Marriott across the street.

Good place to stay with a reasonable price~swimming pool and sauna to enjoy but hotel restaurant is quite pricy based on quality.

Great variety of food and quality. The place was nice and quiet which is different from other buffets. The place was clean and organized and overall had a good atmosphere. I would definitely come again.

Very friendly staff. Very spacious room. Close to Metro station, central and city buses at hand. Also the airport limousine picks you up at the front door of the hotel. The only thing I didn't love is that Sunday breakfast ends at 10; I didn't reach it.

Amazingly professional yet extremely polite and helpful. A large and varied arrangement of bars and restaurants, which serve fantastic food. VERY close to numerous transport services. All this with a good price of rooms. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Both traveller and business persons.

Reasonable price to stay the center of city. Nice food and beverage at club lounge. U can have breakfast, lunch and dinnee at club lounge.

Room was not super comfortable as per price. A/c in my room wasn't functioning well… breakfast is great for day or two but not exciting for week long stay.

1. Tiny rooms — queen bed took up whole room 2. Claustrophobic bathrooms — fan also didn't work in bathroom 3. No top sheet used on beds 4. View out window of neighboring dirty apartment building was far from scenic 5. Gym was not impressive 6. Limited access to swimming pool — once per day during pre-defined time period 7. Worst hotel customer service experience ever — essentially called me a liar over a room service issue. I can't help but wonder if I would have been treated differently if I was male and/or spoke Korean.

Very comfortable stay. They have all the essential facilities, with friendly staffs always there for you. The room was very modern and stylish and I liked that they had bluetooth speaker as well. The best thing about the hotel was that there's a huge department store/more/station that had literally everyyyything I needed. The neighborhood was really nice with french bakeries and all gourmet restaurants surrounded. If you're looking for a calm, stylish, swimming pool included place, I certainly recommend here!

Decent hotel. The service is the best part as every staff member we dealt with was extremely helpful, even after my stay when I realized I had lost something in my room and needed to come back a week later to reclaim it. Other than that, the rooms were fine and decent, nothing special to write about. The bathroom showers had an annoying layout and didn't close completely resulting in water splashing out onto the floor all the time — poor design. I only managed to try the breakfast in the club lounge and for a club lounge breakfast it wasn't bad, at least there were some hot items rather than a standard continental breakfast. However, the spread was small and a proper restaurant breakfast would have been much better. The location is ok if for whatever reason you want to stay in Gangnam, but it's not really that close to anything most tourists would be interested in. It's also somewhat annoyingly located between two subway stops so the walk to the subway could be a touch long. If you are trying to get here directly from the airport via transit it will take a few transfers.

Small rooms and over priced restaurant.

Polite staff. Great breakfast. Exceptionally clean, well appointed room. Extremely sound proof. Efficient elevators. Close to a great shopping center. Added bonus: great track for walking across the road.

Modern hotel korea good is the bed ok big the hotel.

I liked when I went to stay a few days, and somewhat more South Korea very good is very cute.
