This place is amazing. Rooms are super large and the view and wind was perfect. I will go back.

Got the the Hotel only to be told I had to pay R 1, 000 for Beverages which I didn't ask for… Checked out and told I had to wait for up to 3 days for money to be refunded to my card? They took it immediately upon check in … why do I have to wait for 3 days. What if I needed that money to go back home… after checking out they send a bill to my travel agent for food that I apparently ordered under room service… this is Fraud at its best as I had already checked out. They took advantage of the corporate booking and wanted to sneak in their own food on customers bill.

Home away from home, Circa provides a great stay. Clean apartments, friendly staff and good rates It's located slap bang in the city centre so walking distance to practically everything Table Mountain is 10 minutes away via car and Waterfront is 5 minutes away via car too Ideal location and spacious living while travelling.

Sweeping and without cleaning the powder well. I will now recommend this hotel to anyone. The maid seems to be angry and does not do anything right. Where have you ever seen washing dishes with soap and water and not just cleaning with wipes and tidying up? If you have supervision everyday for seeing the washing I think that is fine for you clients.

Nice apartments, though lacking some basics to add the 'frills' to qualify it as a 4-star joint. Bottled water was provided on the 1st night only. Couldn't even get a shower cap! Breakfast was TOO basic for my liking. And if it wasn't for ubereats, dinner each evening would be a struggle. The restaurant is closed in the evening and there is only a burger king around the corner.

Be careful of your credit card details of reception staff. Hotel rooms are nice and reasonable price. I only used my credit card at hotel to pay for 1000 Rand deposit. Then, I receive an airline ticket purchase in South Africa after leaving South Africa Reception staff make transaction under table and I think credit card details are stolen or take mobile photo of its details.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were wonderful and so friendly. The apartment was lovely and suited our needs perfectly. Breakfast was scrumptious. Wi-Fi was fast and easy to use. Thank you Assen and staff for a wonderful stay!

Rooms are cozy. Friendly staff. Central but quiet. Comfy beds. Spacious bathroom. I made use of the kitchen (everything worked great! )

Absolutely comfortable stay. Nice balcony with city view. Huge shower. Absolutely clean. Home away from home as it has kitchen n lounge.

My hubby n I have e been there now on three occasions and we are sure going to be coming back. We love everything about the hotel, the staff are super friendly n make u feel right @ home no fuss no bother. It is our home away 4rm home. We will surely be back in the near future. 2 us it is the perfect hotel. A super thumbs up 2 Circa Hotel. U sure have us as guests 4 years 2 come.

Nothing wrong the rooms. But the resturang is a big problem samson I think our waiters name is was very kind to us but the food js terrible. We ordered the Surf and Turf and we got Cold shrimps 2picec. The meat was almost cold and didnt have any flavours. You could call it disqusting but thats a little bit strong language. Last time for us staying here! That is for sure.

My sister and I stayed there for one night. Upon arrival, we found we had to pay R1000 deposit just in case we would drink the beverages provided in the apartment (beverages we never asked for or intended to use). When we left we were told the deposit is refunded immediately, 2 days pass and we call again only to find out that its payable over 2-3 working days. I really think the guest should be asked upon arrival whether they would like to have beverages in their apartment or not. It doesn't make sense to me to pay R1000 for drinks I'm not going to use then wait 2-3 days for my money back… what if I have to use that money to go back home?

Good hotel in the centre of Cape Town.

Good breakfast, Large room but not so clean. Weekend so quiet around hotel. Wonderful view of table mountain from the train station near hotel.

Only Damien knows hes at work and there to work and service customers and maintain excellent global standard of hospitality hes amazing and well mannered extremely proffessional — He kept on raising the bar throughout our stay and we looked forward to his shift because we knew our needs will be met when hes around — other hotel staff pretend like they are doing you a favour by letting you stay at the hotel … took an hour to find someone to make our bed thanks to Damien we were sorted by an extremely lazy Nomvuso which we had to repremand by budging into our hotel room and ignoring to greet us we found her mannerism rude as she came in speakińg on her phone dropped her phone proceeded to our room without greeting … we had to just ensure she fixes only the bed her attitude changed only when we showed her politely how rude it is to walk into someone space and not greet … If id be asked to take your staff through Customer Services Induction id gladly do it as this is a make or break in the Hospitality Industry. Big Ups to Damien for mastering this it was a pleasure being under his watch and shift we thank him so much.

Room was large and comfortable. Reception staff were not the friendliest but the service was satisfactory. Basement parking space is quite cramped and difficult to navigate if you have a big car.

Very spacious apartment that said the hotel is located in an unhealthy area, the staff is nonchalant… 2 cans of coca 1 bottle of water 30euros of the never seen!

Great staff, clean room and lots of space. But did any of the design team ever spend a night here? Horrible lighting (that looks good until you need light, then it's interrogation grade), hidden light switches and no place to hang your towel so they don't replace it. So close, but not there.

New management sucks big time. I never thought I'd ever say this but today I am. It was always a pleasure staying at circa, but for the 1st time since the new owners and management this place sucks big time. Service are putrid, no sense of welcome. For a 4 star self catering accommodation you would think they would have the basic things like a drying cloth, dishwasher Witch was provided before new management. Once again TV and a/c remote controls not working only thing good was there was over enough towls this time around. Circa is loosing the plot. I'm not racist what so ever but the unfriendly black (if it was South African black staff it would've been way much more friendly and welcoming and that's a fact) staff treat you like you in a hostel and not a hotel.

What you see in the pictures is really what you get. The apartments are enormous and clean. Only downfall was the construction that was going on at the building right next to them, even till after 12 on the friday night. Would have been nice if we were informed that a new building was constructed next to the hotel. Other that that, the stay was fantastic.

The best place you can be. Nice stretched apartments equipped with everything you need for a holiday.

Yes! Yes Yes!? You have to try this, especially the suite… Beautiful, quiet… It doesn't have pefect views, but it is right in the middle of Cape Town, so you will get to experience The famous table mountain, Waterfront, the markets… Cape Town life!?

Very good location, beautiful — contemporary design apartments, some of them even with a balcony. They have dedicated shuttle / tour service, which is really helpful when you need to be picked up from the Airport or just want to explore Cape Town and surrounding areas. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

They have this amazing chef and what he does with food is magical. His food talks to you honestly. Good company, wonderful wine and magical food. What’s not to like?

Very Cozy and clean. Very affordable. The Muse restaurant was simply awesome. Large apartments with microwave, oven, DSTV, dishwasher, cutlery, fridge, mini bar, bathtub etc. There is no door on the toilet/bathroom though (by design). It may not be suitable for non-couples or couples to whom using the toilet is a very personal affair!

Good experience, very comfortable hotel, well situated, close to city centre, helpful personnel. Had a nice stay.

I spent the weekend there with my partner, we checked in on the 28th of April and checked out on the 30th of April 2017. The apartments are beautiful and spacious at a reasonable cost. Its clean and neat, it is beautiful. I will be sure to book again. Thank you for a beautiful experience.

Very big room and good welcoming service at reception. Comfortable king-size bed. Shower need a maintenance. There isn't side bed lightning. Breakfast was average…

Good location, large rooms, good breakfast. But very noisy (maybe only upper floors) due to ventilation aggregates of neighbour buildings.

The shower wasn't pretty. Didn't look like it did in the pictures. Not much of a view. Shuttle service is expensive. Limited Wi-Fi. I got 1.5 GB per day for 2 devices. Hardly used the Internet and 1.1 GB just disappeared. Got a feeling more than one person gets the same Wi-Fi voucher code. Bed is nice a soft. They lock the pull out couch, quite strange. Don't know if this is standard in the hospitality industry. Breakfast is included but not much to right home about.

Perfect Hotel location in centre of Cape Town CBD but on a quiet square. Great for groups or sports tours. Good rates and value.
