Well organized. Outstanding service.

Perfect though I stretch my car the parking is too small.

We visit every year, it's a great place for families. We love their apartments they are homely.

Nice place bit the receptionist who is on dutny today is bad. I asked her 3 questions and she visibility annoyed. I will return if she's not there.

The price was good and the rooms well appointed. Upon arrival no one not even the manager leaning on the counter and watching loud YouTube videos could assist. The invoice promised for following morning was not able to be printed. I called 3x to ask how to lock safe as no instructions were on outer or inside an after 24 minutes still no assistance. The porter was thecredeeming staff member of the venue and was helpfull and efficient. Next am at checkout we waited at reception for 15 minutes for regular coffee which arrived with cling wrap over each cup an milk which was absurd. No one at reception was able to recommend restaurants in the area except Macdonalds… really. We were very disappointed in staff urgency and efficiency which otherwise could have been a super stay.

Very nice place. Beautifull and room mhhh perfect, the smell is Devine. Id recommend to anyone anytime.

The rooms are decent but their meals for a hotel leave alot to be desired. They do t seem to have a kitchen on site or at least that's what it seems like from their services. I would not stay here again…

Apartments are mixed with hotel rooms and in that case apartments residents makes noise cause they feel at home. As a result you hotel resident u a caught in that noise.

This time I'm really disappointed. Not happy at all, ive been given a room with two beds as if I've come along with my kids. I really felt undermined, especially after having friends and other ten couples booked in the same hotel with me. Found two half botles bath soaps No coffee only tea bags. I deed made a reservation quite long but that shows nothing was prepared for me about the room. I'm not used to complain Thanks in advanced Yours trully Isaac Segoe.

Staff members are excellent always ready and smillin, rooms are great. I think they need to up their game on the meals besides that its a place to be in PTA.
Oh one last thing, Shirley kèep it up my angel your hospitality is out of this world.

We had a very good experience. Stayed for two days n two nights with my family.

I was accommodated for about two weeks… their manager and staff is very friendly. I was just not happy with their lunch and supper… room service is not so consistent, the first week everything was up to date, the second week I timeously struggled to be offered drinking water, I stood six days with the same sheets, they mostly make up the room late in the afternoon. What angered me is the way I got searched yesterday, I was never told I'll be searched, they did it in public where everyone could see everything that's in my bags… like I was a theft suspect, my right to privacy was disrespected!
They could've searched my things from the room but no they chose to do it near the gate in front of everyone…

I checked in on 25/06/2017. The reception was good. In particular one guy called Vincent made me feel at home. He made sure I have everything I needed. Dinner was perfect. The problem arose in the morning of the 26/06/2017 at about 02h300 at 2nd floor when a group of drunk students came and made a lot of hullabaloo. They disrupted our sleep and I had to wake up and confront them. I think it's high time the hotel management conscientise guests that this is not a shebeen but a place to rest. We come here on different engagements, on studies, on business, etc and not to party. Thank u.

The rooms are neat and comfortable but the noise on the 1st floor that I was occupying made my stay very uncomfortable. I even had to sleep with the T. V. On in order to block out the noise in the passage and from the room adjacent to mine. I couldn't believe that people could be so disregarding of others. Apart from the noise, the place is neat.

The place is beautiful; new and clean. The staff are friendly and easy to approach.

The hotel is nice, room service is perfect, the staff is so friendly until I get fed-up with their food department :the breakfast is perfect but the lunch n supper it's a disaster, they limit food, one if my colleagues it's a vegeterian but they forgot to prepare food for her. Chef don't know how to play with the food sometimes others can't eat bcoz of the limited food they cook but we paid them full amount… I never been so pissed like that…

I would say park lodge is the best compare to the hotels I've visites around Pretoria out of 5 hotels dat I've checked and stayed in I can give u guys 95% pending dat yo lifts causes an inconvinience sometimes but thanx for the supportive staff in dat case especially Teboho he is so humble. I thank you.

I sleep here every weekend. They have great breakfast, their rooms are clean, friendly staff, great service all in all. Nothing beats this hotel in Pretoria in terms of value-for-money.
