De place is wonderful. I like de setup n de location of de hotel. Is wonderful.

Warm and assisting staff, nice clean rooms, quiet place and of course the food is great.

Small TV and most channels are not available hense on the gust directory they say the have dstv channels.

The service is great, chef michael and d lady chef, the lady with dreadlocks in the laundry,, your service was excellent. Friendly, patient with the navy guys even though we wer givin them headache, but we got nothing but a great service.

Well situated in a pristine area surrounded by excellent flora, booking made easy by professional well informed staff with superb economic advice. Greatest communication skills and after sales service. Food, menu and refreshments above expected standard where u made to feel like their only customer. Tv the channels need to be upgraded no etv and no mzansi magic I mean the most popular channel that is watched in mzansi it's mzansi magic. Please improve on that and also add etv… premium the play series n we won't know wat happened on the previous episodes…

The security is tight and friendly with spacious and convenient car parking. Fast Wi-Fi and clean rooms. Not necessarily upscale, but good enough, in a quiet area.

It's a lovely place. I always enjoy having breakfast here. The staff is very friendly. Good food, especially on weekends.

Not the best experience. The double beds are hard with a thin single duvet over it. There was too much noise (in the corridors and outside) and I barely had a good nights sleep. For a few days the breakfast was overbooked and under-catered for. Parking for larger vehicles is a nightmare. On the up side the staff are friendly and helpful and housekeeping is satisfactory.

The apartment was neat, equipped with a stunning kitchen and in a quiet neighbourhood. We had a pleasant stay!

Had a lovely stay here over the weekend, they are good. The rooms are cosy enough for a two, maybe three-day staycation. Nothing ostensibly large and spacious, but just the basics that a traveller will need. The catering is really nice. Breakfast especially. The bar, the sitting area. The hotel is generally clean and quiet nice.

The hotel in general is clean, elegant and classy. The room was ok, compact but also neat and comfortable; all things a traveler needed for the night.

Everything in that place is on point. High quality and the staff is also friendly… I love the place…

For little money, we get a fully mature hotel including secure parking, TV and breakfast.

The morning after I stayed at the Hotel (which I swiped my bank card at the reception before heading to my room, the night before) I received a notification from my bank telling me that Morning Star has debited the amount again.

I am an employee with Edcon and was booked at your hotel from Monday till Thursday (15 — 18 July). My employer booked a shuttle service for me to and from the hotel to work but while the driver was driving me to the training venue, he told me that he would be unable to collect me in the afternoon because he had other people to collect and that where I was delivering the training was just a walking distance. Firstly whether it’s a walking distance or not does not matter the fact is my company paid for me to enjoy this service, secondly Edcon booked me a shuttle service because I carry company equipment (Laptop etc. ) that contains sensitive company information. My second complain is that my company paid for me to receive a lunch pack, freshly prepared by the way but yesterday my lunch was made up of the previous night’s supper; rice, steak, pumpkin and gravy and the rice was going bad. I am very unhappy with your service and will advise our procurement department to never book me at your hotel again and to consider an another service provider. In addition to that I am going to complain on Hello Peter and will consult the relevant hotel regulatory bodies and rating agencies regarding this this.

My experience with the Morning star express hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff is super friendly and always there to offer assistance. The rooms are super clean and they are very welcoming. The needs of my own special request was met and my mom also cant stop praising the staff's humbleness and their cute smiles. Definitely recommending this hotel to all my friends. Pity my friends don't travel to Pretoria much.
