Near to public transport. Chinese assent hotel staff but they are really helpful. Compact rooms but they are comfortable and with all the facilities. Comfortable place to for night stay.

For some reason we got our room upgraded to a higher tier one — I'm not the one to complain though. Considering money for value it was surely one of the best stays in Singapore. Great staff and clean, which after staying in Thailand and other Singaporean hotels felt… premium.

The hotel was okay. They got my room upgraded to Superior Room for free, the hotel located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Geylang, and I felt comfortable staying there. But a lot of travelers came to our hotel which made our stay a bit uncomfortable because we could hear people's voices in the hotel aisle and other rooms. Also, the hot water didn't function well. Other than that, it was great for budget trip :)

You have got air-conditioning got life's that are working. We did have Ants in the room they came and spray right away. We can hear water dripping most of the time. The shower was could until we found out you have to but the switch for the heat on. The Wi-Fi is not to bad a little slow for some, stays on all the time. 25-3-2018 We went out about 9am and got back 2:30pm and the room was still not done. My Sister was not happy and we got the room sorted in about 8 minutes. We wanted to come back for 40 winks before going out at night time.

Rooms may be small, but clean, people in reception are highly supportive, good connectivity of buses and trains from hotel to sightseeing places.

Wonderful budget hotel with really nice people from where you can get great advice for touring the city.

Nice and clean, but the bathroom door I stayed in was poorly designed! When pushed open the door will fall down, if the child will be crushed.

Small room and very small bathroom for 1-2 nights but ok you shouldn't expect too much.

Value for money, smart rooms with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, USB wall sockets, shower and toilet. Just big enough to crash at night and store luggage. Breakfast not available. Walkable from Aljunied metro station.

Although geylang may seem to have a different perception for some but we had an awesome stay in this place. It's near to bus station and a bit of walking to the nearest mrt.

Located in Bud Cage Geylang. Food. A lot of food nearby.
Famous plate noodles, frog porridge are all in the vicinity of the area. Price. I live in a family room, 3 rooms.
On average one person is SGD 50 a day. Comfortable? The overall is OK, in addition to the area will be relatively narrow. Then there is the glass door in the bathroom …

The bath room is accompanied by shampoo, body shampoo. Traffic. Near the nearest MRT is ALJUNIED. But you need to walk 10MIN.
So I basically call UBER faster. The reason for 4 stars, I live in this room found a lot of thin and small ants. A sink that is distributed between walls and baths.

Room is alittle dirty but overall it's still alright. Staffs are accommodating and the extension of room is cheaper comparing it to Hotel 81. Will visit again.

Aircon is good. Quality of the coffee provided is good. Toilet of decent size for the price. There are packages for universal studios too. Overall pretty good.

The room has ants up in bed, it is not safe to leave suitcases (we found them open after returning)

Good location. Close to the shops and restaurants. On the corner a nice two-storey shop with low prices. To the Metro about 10min on foot.

For a two star hotel this is exceptional. The room is nice, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and accomodating. We had a nice stay in this hotel. With a lot of choices of food and almost near of everything and anything except for MRT station.

I had a nice stay in Fragrance Hotel mainly because the hotel staff were very helpful, specially Mr. NELSON CHEN of graveyard shift. We came late at night but he was so helpful, we needed the safety deposit box opened and he did, we needed the TV on, but there was a problem so he changed our room with a better view and tv. In short. He made our stay very comfortable WITHOUT accepting any tip. We are so pleased with their service, the room might be a little bit on the smaller side but all in all good enough to stay just for sleeping. I think bring on the green line of MRT, this hotel is very accessible and has very inexpensive restaurants around too. Accessibility to the major tourist spots like the Sentosa island, garden by the bay via MRT Is easy too. I can recommend this hotel to tourists in a budget to stay here.

People working in hôtel are not ver friendly Hotel is quite far from public trabnsport (bus, mrt) hotel is clean, well agenced room. No breakfast Inside at all.

For a two stars hotel, this place is fine. The bed is fairly comfortable, the bathroom looks new and modern and there's space enough for a person. It's also OK clean, though I could have done without the black hairs on the pillows. I slept OK, but a machine making noise in the wall and people coming home and yelling in the hallway woke me up a dozen of times. All in all, an OK place for a few days in Singapore, if you plan to be out most of the day anyway. If you were two people staying there, it would feel too crowded.

A nice, comfortable and clean room. Check in was fast. Value worthy. Alot of choices for food. Will come back again fr nxt visit.

Its around Geylang (Chinese places). Stray dogs around. Be careful.

Excellent experience on this hotel. We got the room very cheap with discount. Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. I can say we are very satisfied. Room is very clean, towels and sheet are changed when we got back from hopping around the city. Also it is few minutes away from famous attractions and airport. Rate this hotel 5☆!

No breakfast. The water is limited and flowing slowly. The price is to expensive. But the employe is kind.

Stay 6 nights, 7 days don't love about the cleaning in the room did not clean a piece I am your new out of nowhere. Open the get to smell the every time the smell from the bathroom, though clean and for some days after Back from vacation. 5. Cold don't come and clean for you, feel bad.

Good value for money loved the hotel! as a single lady traveller wasn't' aware it was red light area a lot of coming and going at night!. That didn't bother me but I did get spat at every time I left the hotel, and a pimp tried to buy me a drink and tell me I was lost, god only knows what was in the drink, I told him my boyfriend was looking for me. Don't let this put you off Singapore. If your a Single lady just don't stay in this area.

Lousy hotel. Not recommended. In a bad area. With bad restaurants, bad environment. The rooms very very very dirty. The walls painted with bolis, the dirty towels. In addition, the rooms very noisy. During the night two times we called reception to send to silence the people screaming in the hallway at two in the morning. We are not made or case. I'm not here for anything in the world. The Fragrance are bad bad bad.
