Too far and no shuttle bus service.

Food at Tung Lok was alright. However, the experience exiting the carpark overshadowed a potentially nice night out. The carpark system managed by Mack is terrible! I used 3 different cash cards, albeit ezlink-cashcard types, and it didn’t work. When I called the intercom, the lady told me to BORROW from the next driver and return him the money. So now I had to inconvenience the next driver after holding up the traffic for 10-15min, making BOTH of us frustrated. The screen wasn’t showing a fee as it was broken, and when we asked her how much, she hung up on us. All this trouble for about 1.5hr of dining/parking. What a bad experience out while out celebrating father’s day.

It’s a good place to do Wedding.

A hotel manage by the club house, where it comes with nice gym and swimming pool. Room it's clean, but the air conditional unit may not be cool because lack of service.

Worst hotel ever! Actually leave before first night, no food, no breakfast, room are dirty and worned out for many year ago, the only good was poolarea!

This hotel is Nice and quite, the staff are very friendly and helpful the food court next door is reasonable and friendly too.

The hall is spacious. The facilities are good but the toilets were dirty when we were there. Overall it's ok.

I have been here for the 4th time. The best place to relax. I really hope that arena chalet could provide a place for bbq for family gathering. Im sure lots of Singaporean will love to stay there.

The rooms are very cosy although is not spacious… but the facility provided in the room are very helpful …
As we are holding a function … a lift is needed nearby the vacinity … the lift that they have now is not applicable to the function halls. No shelter n a distance to the hall. Lucky the weather was gd … so is not a problem… Poor thing to our aged n wheel chair bound guest … … overall services are good. Tq very much …

Stayed here for over a week. The room itself was clean. Gym had decent equipment for a hotel. Hot water lasted for only a five minute shower. They told me that was normal. About 8 minute walk to the train/mrt station. And then one hour+ to get to the major part of the city. Expect to stand most of that time on the mrt — very crowded. My first day, I waited 20min for a cab and gave up. Front desk told me cabs are difficult to get way out here. The go kart noise is very real. Started yesterday/ Saturday at 7am. It will wake you up. Many times lasts until 10pm. Housekeeping on weekend starts at 9am. It will also wake you up. Expect to get on the MRT to find decent food. Don't rely on the free breakfast. Seems like the hotel rooms are secondary at this location — do not expect much from the front desk, but the were friendly. If I wasn't stuck here because of my client's request I would have changed hotels long ago. Definitely not a place for leisure travel, and I would not stay here again even for business.
