My ABSOLUTE favorite hotel. The staff was wonderful, the cleanliness was thorough, and the breakfast was amazing. The pancit luglug is MASSIVE, be warned, I couldn’t finish it! 😂 the fries were a favorite ❤️ Get the hotel transfer for sure; it’s more affordable than Layog transfers, a lot more convenient, and more professionally managed. Breakfast buffets are delicious, but avoid it from 9am to 9:45am if you want a table. Just left yesterday but missing Prime already!

Great deal! I stayed here for 18 nights previous month and I consider this place as my home away from home. The highlight of this property aside from luxurious room and signature Henann pools is the customer service, staff are very polite, kind, respectful and professionals from front desk, housekeeping to resto. I think this is the best part of Boracay (station 1) location with in terms to beach quality, super powdered sands, stunning sunset and a truly relaxing beach area which is NOT crowded compare to other stations. The impeccable customer service, safety protocols, great food while availing 60% discount from their original tariff rate MATTERS and such a GREAT DEAL for local tourist.

Fast room service, very accommodating staff, good food. I love hanging by the pool and having a relaxing massage there. The beachfront is also clean and wide. Thanks, Henann Prime fam! 🙂

Though it’s pandemic, HENANN PRIME provided us the optimum hospitality a hotel can offer. We arrived earlier and they let us enjoy our room instantly. Sea Salt resto gave us the best meals ever. The pool is so nice and the massage is impeccable! Standard on covid protocol was observed!

Everything is ok with this place. Staff are very nice. The rooms and the location are exquisite but we had trouble with our original booking. Hopefully the management were able to coordinate with us properly before the trouble occur. We tried to call all the contact number from there website and FB but all of them are unreachable. I also hope they will upgrade their internet both Hennan Prime and Hennan Regency, they only have 2 mbps internet speed. So it is quite a hassle for people who still needs to work while staying in their hotel.

One of best resorts in Station 1! Stayed here for 3 nights in their Premier Room (beach wing) and everything was perfect. The service they have provided was top notch. Food was really good, too! The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was indeed a 5 star experience and will definitely stay here again especially because they are the only Henann resort in Station 1.

Location is good for a quite relaxation, breakfast and dinner buffet food selection is wide, friendly and courteous staff, nice pool.

Such a great experience. We are all pampered. Its definitely worth our money. Stayed here last April 20-22, 2018. Still can't get over. Our room with direct pool access, just WOW! Courteous staff, special mention: Junafer, a guy with a girl's name and a wide smile. Thank you for the unlimited towel and not complaining while taking our 1million photos. The place, the food and the staff, Golden buzzer for you guys.

We checked in for 5 days with my family, so happy to visit before boracay closure. It was a dreamy place. Worth to visit. Courteous staff. We love the pool access room plus buffet breakfast and dinner with a beach view. Definitely worth it for my 3rd visit when Boracay reopens again.

Great beachfront resort by Station 1. Their rooms with direct pool access is best when you have kids/babies. :)

It is a very beautiful hotel with excellent staff and service. I totally loved my time there.

It's okay… Weird having to take a bridge to get to the other side (expensive side). It's about 15 minutes walk to the melting pot of the area. Good food and good price… mostly cheaper compared to outside restaurants. If you have not organised your transfers it is cheaper to get it from the cabin crew (cebu pacific) at 500 pesos or 650 pesos at the arrival section because from the hotel it's over 1, 000 pesos.

Nice modern hotel with own deck chairs a very modern pool. One of the newest hotels in town! Very nice staff and delicious food! Most of all the evening buffet! Super.

Location: Beachfront if you book for Premier Room and up. Not for party people but ideal for those with infant like me or like our family who prefers a quiet place and not so crowdy beach area. Price: You are getting what you paid for. Staff: From Reception, Room Attendants, Pool Personnel, Beachfront Bench Staff, Sea Salt Cafe servers, Transpo Transfers Crew — They are all courteous and easy to approach when you need anything. Teamwork spirit for everyone. … Transpo Transfer: Executed flawlessly and timely. Food: Delicious from Main Course to Dessert. Limited Choice of Dish but enough, no more no less. Pool: Narrow and guests with pool access can be a little awkward sometimes when other guests will use it with no pool access. It is better maybe if there is really a separate one for all hotel guests. But in business perspective space saver and maximization is great! Rooms: Complete and Clean. Great Rooms! We love the shower! We will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again if ever we will go back.

Great place. Staff couldn't do more for you. Beds comfortable and massive. Shame we couldn't stay longer and experience all the perks. Buffet also excellent. Such a variety.

Location Stylish décor, chic rooms, good service, beautiful uniforms! Everything is pleasing to the eye! The hotel is located on both sides of the main road, but there is a bridge connecting both buildings.
The beach is beautiful, clean! Drinking water is included. After noon on the beach treat ice cream. Good location.
The hotel restaurant is super! Original utensils, fast service, tasty interesting dishes! Live music in the evening! They also went to HENANN at Station 2, which is also cool!
It is a 5-minute walk to rent a boat for a sunset ride. We would recommend this hotel to friends!

I did not stay on this hotel: star rating is for the food. We had lunch here on our first day. Food is just ok, I will not recommend the pizza since the crust is not that good. It is also quite a wait for the service plus they undercook the chicken that we ordered so we have to send it back to be grilled again. The prawns are good, its huge. The coconut is cold but there is less meat in it.

A popular hotel on Boracay, but caters for Korean tourists coming for the weekend. A lot of people, all in the pool. Not my option.

Stayed here for 4 nights in their Premier room with direct pool access, beach wing (highly recommended). Everything was smooth from the time of booking months ago until actual stay. From the transfers alone, we were handled courteously. We arrived early like 6:30 am and check in was a breeze. I would like to thank the resort for giving us the room as early as 6:40 am. We had to get up by 1:30 am to reach the airport by 3 am so we were really tired and sleepy. Tagged along our 2 kids so it was a really great thing we got to rest and recharge upon reaching the hotel. Staffs were all so friendly and warm. Security was always in sight looking after all the guests and our stuff left on the sun beds. Food was great. If you can provide free shuttle service going to d mall, better. Another suggestion is to set up a cold water station near the sun beds where guests can get cold water anytime. Overall we had a great stay.

Room was on the smaller size. We were on the 1st floor with direct pool access. There were so many mosquitoes in our room. We must have gotten 10 bites during our stay. Location is on the quieter side of the beach. 3 star experience.

Personal touch to everything from towels that greets you in different variations when you enter your room to the staff whom are super accommodating. Perfect vacation.

Really it's 4.5 stars. The hotel experience was 5 stars, but the restaurant brings it down. The restaurant does a great breakfast, but everything else is just okay. The hotel staff are great, and the rooms were perfect. The beach area is immaculate and they brought us plenty of drinks to our spot on the beach. It was an excellent stay.
