First of all, their hotel staff is very accommodating and helpful. Fast room service also if in case you have special requests/needs. Lastly, the room’s also nice and clean which fits the classy and relaxed ambiance of the hotel. Will definitely recommend!

I would recommend for. The rooms coz it's really nice place but for the resto Nope. Why? Coz we went there 15 pax with one of their staff but the manager refused us coz as per him staff are not alllowed to inter without the authorization of the manager 1 day before the event… we understood that we should follow ur rule but we tried to talk the manager that maybe he should consider it only for now then next time ndi na but he didn't accept us. Was so disappointed that he rejected us. Imagine 16 pax with dinner and drinks tinanggihan. Well, it's rules. Pero sayang ang income. It wasn't really nice.

Got the Best stay. Accessible from Da mall resto, coffee shop, boutiques, resto bar,, a minute walk from shore. Clean spacious room, delicious breakfast buffet, and a great place to chill at the bar… just adjacent with their pool so inviting to dip in. And Very friendly staff.

Hotel in the middle of the pedestrian zone and close to the beach.

This beautiful but this lay of the beach.

It may not be at the beach front, but a few steps will take you there. If you appreciate being near shopping establishments and fine restaurants and would like to have a quite moment from the crowded and noisy beach front then this is your plac♉

I believe this was my 7th or 8th stay at The Tides Hotel on Boracay Island since my first trip in 2008. If you like excellent Management and friendly Staff; not forgetting to mention, the high quality rooms and superior buffet breakfasts, then consider staying here. Only 3-4 minutes from the white sand beach of Boracay. Can't wait to return to a home away from home.

Room are nice, basic place in the heart of D-mall accessible to all areas.

Location is very good, in the middle of d ' Mall, the price is also cheap, CP value is very high near the bar, restaurant and business district, reservation is very popular hotel itself has a swimming pool, gym and spa, check-in will be to some nearby restaurants and restaurants with spa coupon, as well as the hotel penthouse poolside bar voucher, Very intimate, very practical basically the room is two big bed, and there is a hairdryer, balcony can sunbathe clothes, although the room is not big but two people sleep absolutely more than enough breakfast delicious, the type is not much but can definitely eat full disadvantage is, there is no elevator, live in the high floor to find their own way to carry up, but concealingly, If you get a chance to come, you'll choose to live in this room.

Its raining when we were there and madaming stiars and most of the time laging wet yung floors even outside our room walang nagmemaintain to at least keep it dry may nadulas pa nga kamig kasama other than that the room and reception is okay to stay at.

Beautiful surroundings in the city center a hotel can be shopping, eat 2 minutes walk to the beach!

In the middle of Dmall, so a good location but kind of noicy.

Decent staying location. Directly in d'mall which makes it super convenient. Only bad thing is that checkin took quite some time despite me checking in at like 9pm. A thing to note is the floor is always not fully cleaned as there will be sand and there are lots and lots of mosquitoes in the room. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet tho. Decent spread of food and menu changes everyday.

Loved our stay in Tides Boracay. We stayed in one of their Exceptional Rooms, and we loved it. Bed was very comfy, bathroom was nice. Breakfast at Ka-on was superb. Their staff are also very kind and helpful. Swimming pool at the roof deck was a nice touch :) I wanted to try their boodle fight, but it was just me and hubby that time. Will definitely go back to try that next time.

I would have given zero stars if that was an option.
When my wife and I stayed here we booked the best room they had. The bed was uncomfortable the table and chairs were cheap. The bathroom flooded twice during our stay. Once it flooded so bad it took them well over three hours to clean it up. After an hour of waiting for somebody to come and take care of the problem I went to the front desk and told them that it needed to be taken care of soon or I would need to speak to a manager. I told them that because it was early in the morning and the bathroom was flooded my wife and I couldn't take a shower that's ruining our day. Their response was to let us take a shower in a dirty room that somebody had already left. They never once demonstrated any level of customer service.
They booked a party at the hotel pool and would not let the guests use the pool one evening. The party was so loud the you were unable to sleep or enjoy time at the hotel. Terrible service not very nice rooms and really no redeeming qualities. Stay somewhere else. For the same price point you can do better because it would sure be hard to do worse.

I had high expectations for The Tides Boracay because of the nice and sunny lobby it has. It's quite average but it has some redeeming qualities. The Good It's located in the center of D'Mall which is in the center of Station 2 in Boracay. It's not in the beach front but it will only require a few minutes to get to it. It's beside restaurants and souvenir shops where you can get your necessities. The customer service of the staff is also good. We requested for several stuff like very cold water, scissors, extra mats and they were all given promptly with no excuses. The Tides is also good for groups and they have a nice roof deck place with pool where foam parties and pre-parties happen. The Bad (or my definition of "bad") I really don't like the room. For some weird reason I find it very intrusive and not good for people who are not really close with each other. The beds are spacious and can sleep two people in one bed thus it's good for really close and tight groups. They can actually have parties in the room if they want since it's very spacious. I recommend this for young people and young groups. Family and couples who wants privacy might opt for another place or hotel in Station 1. Room Tip: The first floors are good since they don't have elevators.

Located right in the middle of D Mall, safe, short walking distance to everything like beaches, bank ATMs, restaurants, night life and day activities. Clean rooms and are cleaned daily. Excellent service. Even though its close to the busy shops, you actually don't hear the outside noise or traffic. The Wifi is free but super slow, that's the absolute only fault with Tides Hotel. Easy FIVE STARS *****.

Great location, nice rooms, but the showers and the breakfast were not good at all. Overall a good stay.

Fun location and facility. Pretty clean and close to beach/shops. Little distanced from the main busy area but we like it that way to stay away from the crowd and noise.

My daughter and niece stayed at Tides between Sunday and Wednesday (Oct 27 — 29, 2013). She told me the hotel is clean and nice. But what disturbed me was when they checked out, they were charged extra P6K (around US$140) for a stained pillow case due to henna tattoo. I mean, c'mon, $140 for the stain? That's ridiculous.

Can not say anything, walked past, the mobile app has fixed me here. On Boracay we were on the other side of the island magnificent location, Monaco Suites de Boracay".
