Hands down the most polite and friendly staff we have encountered. Feb, Jen, Mikai, rees, Mariel, Caloy, Greg and Gerald were some of the staff that has helped us throughout our stay and have been very helpful. They even surprised my sister for her birthday which caught us all by surprise. 15/10 stars for the whole staff. The hotel is very comfortable and very clean. 10/10 for the hotel. Will definitely come back!

Wonderful Experience! 🥰🥰 Will definitely recommend Ferra Hotel. The staffs are very accommodating and fantastic. The location is also incredibly good as it is near both Bolabog Beach and White Beach. The room where we stayed is excellent and comfortable. Also, we love the pool in Ferra Garden. Also, their Romantic Dinner is commendable. The ambiance is good and the food is very delish. Will definitely book here again. ❤️

Ferra Hotel is what we consider our home in Boracay. Their staff are like family — warm & caring. Our first visit was in June 2022 during my birthday, and they never ran out of surprises. They gave the best first impression so we decided to come back with the whole family as soon as we can. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early, upgraded our room, and once again managed to suprised my son for his birthday. The sevice has always been exceptional. Kudos to Ms Abby, Ms Daine, and team. Highly commendable! I definitely recommend this hotel and am looking forward to stay again soon 😊 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful experience at the Ferra Hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the check — in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! I really appreciate the extra effort they made decorating our room as a suprise to my husband's birthday and son's moving up without charging us extra. Moreover, we are delighted and so touch that they had put an extra effort to prepared a celebratory cake and sung a birthday song for both my husband's birthday and to my friends upcoming birthday without requesting it. Overall, we are really satisfied during our stay. From the bottom our hearts, thank you for making our stay comfortable. Kudos to team Ferra! ❤️ Will highly recommend Ferra Hotel to my colleagues.

Staff are very nice and super accommodating. We were given the best dinner service and very lovely and romantic set-up. Food is good and serving is large. This place is good for people who are looking for a quiet place to stay in which is not very fair from the beach.

My partner planned for a surprise anniversary celebration. I am not easily impressed but combining their preparation, great food and outstanding staff, I highly recommend this hotel and their events place. Everything is well planned and organized. Jen, Nilo and Airin are the best together with their chef and other staff. I've been in a customer service world for more than 10 years, and I travel a lot but the staff of this hotel is the epitome of the genuine customer service. Kudos to the owners for hiring these people! They are real treasures of your hotel.

On almost all my visits in Boracay, I always stayed in the Bolabog side. Not only it's much cheaper, but it's so much peaceful at night as compared to White Beach. D'Mall is just a 10-15 min walk away, which isn't bad. Ferra, I think, is one of the hidden gems of Bolabog. Most of the hotels in Bolabog are very basic and no-frills — but Ferra is an exception. Their rooms are great, especially when you get the loft. The service from the staff is probably the best thing about this hotel. You can definitely see that the management is really good at motivating their employees. They never fail to greet at you at the door and even remember your names. Breakfast is good at this hotel (something I always look forward to). If you have to checkout early (before the breakfast starts), you can ask them the night before to make you a packed breakfast instead and they'll happily comply. :)

That is one of the BEST Hotels we have ever been at. It is not one specific thing that made it, and it’s not the luxury features in the hotel — it is the entire experience. — Great location. — Beautiful interior design. — Good Breakfasts. — Amazing food at the hotel roof restaurant. And the entire stay wrapped with an Incredible staff that make us feels like we matters — and that was amazing. Thank you for that experience❤️❤️❤️.

Not the closest hotel to the beach but the service and hospitality really makes up for it. 5 stars for all the smiles and courteous service we received each of the 3 days of our visit. Clean hotel rooms, modern decor, great buffet breakfast. The pool could use a cleaning. The rooftop lounge we didn't really take advantage of but it was nice when we walked thru it. I'd definitely stay again.

The breakfast is very good, the room is very quiet, the bed is very comfortable, the room is not very big, but it's not crowded out of the beach, it's about five minutes away from the street area. About two minutes.

The staff were really very very friendly and polite. To its price to measure, the CP value is quite good. Only feel a fly in the ointment is the room a wash basin of the water-hole to live in, there is no way to switch the reaction, over a day and a half to fix. The room inside the Comforter is all turned into a mess of cotton wool, squeezed in together, it does not replace them. After the reaction was over. Location not on the beach, walk to D Mall about three hundred meters, went to the North end of the beach relatively close that can be there to see people practicing Windsurfing.

Nice cozy hotel. We stayed in a room with loft which I like but may not be suitable if you hsve small children. Friendly and very attentivr staff. Location is a good 15-20 minute walk to the beach. Road is a bit small and could be flooded during rainy season.

Great attentive staff. Breakfast was good. Hotel well located away from madness but close enough to white beach so you can get there very easily. Room was specious (one bedroom loft) we really enjoyed our stay. The roof top bar was a also really great with some great deals on drinks! Happy hour, ladies night (free drinks) and men’s night!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ferra Hotel Boracay. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. Especially breakfast, dinner and the cocktails. It was our honeymoon while we were there and they surprised us with a bottle of wine, which was so nice. Also it was such a good location to the shops and beaches. We will definitely be coming back again.

Like what was said in reviews elsewhere, this place is awesome! Super courteous staff, great service, nice room for the price and good breakfast. They go the extra mile to keep your stay as comfortable and personalized (they treat you like you're always there! ) as possible.

It was my second time in Boracay when I checked in to Ferra hotel. I must say that the location is great! Right in the middle of it all but still in a quiet area. How’s that possible? Well, it’s just a few minutes walk from D’mall which is located in the main beach area, in station 2. But, the hotel is not beach front where all the parties are so you can easily go back to your room after partying or chillin’ at the beach to your quiet zone and relax. We had massage almost every-night! It’s so cheap, that it should be a crime not to have it. Ha-ha. We stayed at the loft which is a huge 2-level room with a bed on the upper floor, and a living room at the bottom. It was super close to the pool and breakfast area, so in some of the days we brought our coffee back to the room and enjoyed it there. The staff was amazingly friendly, we were offered beach towels every time we went out of the hotel. By the way, when you’re there I recommend trying the coconut coffee restaurant right next to Ferra hotel. The hotel has shuttle which drove us to Diniwid beach which is a bit far from the center of Boracay but still a nice place to go to for lunch or dinner. Spider House is a great restaurant and bar where you can chill through the day. The beach and sun really made us tired so we dined in at Ruf Resto bar occasionally which is at the rooftop of the hotel. The food there was absolutely great! Thank you Ferra hotel for a great time and see you again soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at ferra. Very good value for money. Service and staff are very friendly and attentive, attending to our every needs. The rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable, shower was very good. Tv in both rooms and is ideally located between two beaches away from all the noise. 5 min walk from station 2, 3 min walk to Bulabog beach Guaranteed a good night sleep and special thanks to our good friendly Visayan security guard. We’ll sure be back next year.

They have been very accommodating in the one day I have been here. This is our first time to Boracay so we don't have a comparison, but they seem very generous and hospitible here at Ferra. The hotel staff is super nice. The room is pretty nice too. Update: the wife wasn't feeling well and they brought her some tea unexpectantly! Amazing service.

Excellent hotel and service staff. The only complaint is that it is rather far from the beach stations and the walk back is quite dark at night. On the plus side, it is quiet at night. Recommend the rooftop bar and the pool as well.

We had a lovely stay at Ferra Hotel Boracay. Situated far away from the crowd and noisy bars yet only a few minutes walk to D'Mall, White Beach Station 2 and Bulabug Beach. The staff are very accommodating, warm and friendly. One of the most outstanding hotel customer service I've experienced so far. The beds in our room are so comfortable. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool. And the food at the Ruf Restobar are absolutely delicious while the complimentary drinks are so refreshing. Thank you so much Ferra Hotel and keep up the excellent service!

Lots of factors contribute why I love this place, the staff are lively and will always greet you. Good breakfast buffet food every morning. Above and beyond support staff to attend your needs always.

The best 3* hotel I have ever been. Very friendly and proactive staff, nice rooms and good food. It's a 500m walk to the white beach, so a little bit outside of the busy area, but still near enough to walk everything.

Good clean cozy hotel. Hotel team very attentive and welcoming. Location away from noisy traffic but within walking distance to beach, shopping and eateries. Hotel restaurant serves good food and in the evening chill out on rooftop bar.
