Hands down the most polite and friendly staff we have encountered. Feb, Jen, Mikai, rees, Mariel, Caloy, Greg and Gerald were some of the staff that has helped us throughout our stay and have been very helpful. They even surprised my sister for her birthday which caught us all by surprise. 15/10 stars for the whole staff. The hotel is very comfortable and very clean. 10/10 for the hotel. Will definitely come back!

Wonderful Experience! 🥰🥰 Will definitely recommend Ferra Hotel. The staffs are very accommodating and fantastic. The location is also incredibly good as it is near both Bolabog Beach and White Beach. The room where we stayed is excellent and comfortable. Also, we love the pool in Ferra Garden. Also, their Romantic Dinner is commendable. The ambiance is good and the food is very delish. Will definitely book here again. ❤️

Staff are very nice and super accommodating. We were given the best dinner service and very lovely and romantic set-up. Food is good and serving is large. This place is good for people who are looking for a quiet place to stay in which is not very fair from the beach.

We stayed here for several days and I must say it is one of the best hotel in Boracay, the hotel room we stayed in is very clean and the beds are comfortable to sleep in. I love the pool in the roof deck, great hotel staff and great value for its price per night. Will definitely recommend to friends and family ✨

We had so much fun at Ferra Hotel. The hotel not only made our stay comforble and unforgettable but more importantly, it gave us beyond excellent customer service. Love the hotel's amenities too. One of the best when it comes to their hospitality and how they manage to conduct the requests of their guests (surprise requests). Kudos to Ma’am Jen and the whole team for a very successful surprise. Even I, part or the planning team, was amazed on how they conceptualized and executed the surprise. I was also delighted by the food they served, it was really yummy (can’t wait to go back and to eat again at your resto). I’ve also seen the rooms and it was great, will definitely book a room here once we get back to Bora! All in all, I’m just thankful for Ferra Hotel for a job well done! ❤️🙌🏼

My partner planned for a surprise anniversary celebration. I am not easily impressed but combining their preparation, great food and outstanding staff, I highly recommend this hotel and their events place. Everything is well planned and organized. Jen, Nilo and Airin are the best together with their chef and other staff. I've been in a customer service world for more than 10 years, and I travel a lot but the staff of this hotel is the epitome of the genuine customer service. Kudos to the owners for hiring these people! They are real treasures of your hotel.

Very good rooftop pool bar, clean and beautiful rooms and very kind friendly staff. Best in Boracay.
