Highly recommend! We really enjoyed our stay there. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and service. 🫶🏻

Great hotel specially for those who would want to be near the back beaches where all the activities are located. The staff are very accommodating and we were shocked about the birthday surprise they gave us. They really took care of us during the 3 days we went to Boracay. I will definitely book this same hotel again in the near future with the entire family. Will recommend this hotel to all my friends and will mention this to my vlogs.

Excellent rating. Very affordable room rates and the service is so nice. From the warm welcoming, friendly and very accommodating hotel staffs, to the delicious foods, amenities, and the hotel room which is really clean and spacious. Definitely to be recommended. Where to begin? 😍 The staff were just so friendly and accommodating. You always felt welcome every time you encounter any of them! Feels like your family away from home. The rooms were just beautiful! We had a corner suite while my brother-in-law had a garden suite. So glad of our room choices! Both rooms were gorgeous. Big beds! Comfy sheets and pillows! Very tasteful interiors. The rooftop pool was a bonus! Glad that it was only 4-feet in depth cos we did not have a hard time when our baby was swimming with us. They have an elevator! So convenient especially when carrying a toddler or having older companions. Situated smack in the middle of the island. Closer to Bulabog Beach but D'mall entrance is just a stone's throw away. Only a 5min walk to the main highway. Overall, our stay was 10 out of 10. Will still chose Ferra over the beach-front or other 5-star hotels because of the staff and the amenities. ♥️ Until our next visit to Boracay, Ferra! 🥰

A hotel perfect for a family. The manager who offered us to took our family photo and the staff are most hospitable. The room, food and amenities (rooftop pool with photographic view, free Wi-Fi) is superb. The location is very much accessible, near the beach and dmall. This hotel exceeded my expectations. We will surely comeback and enjoy the island. ❤️

We had our honeymoon here and we really enjoyed the privacy and quiet atmosphere in Ferra. The staff is accommodating and specially nilo plus the food, they have a good chef! ♥️ If ever we will go back to bora will definitely choose Ferra again!

Boracay is almost my 2nd home, I visit boracay almost every month and yes I can say I have been everywhere to hotels resorts and restaurants. One of my favorite resorts in boracay is Shangrila, and I could say this ferra’s customer service is as good as shangrila a 5 star service with a not so expensive price. The food is superb! I love their pizza! Kebabs! The best! I love everything here! Sometimes its not the place that makes the stay worthwhile but the people Thank you ferra for making my stay extra more homey ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I don't normally leave reviews but the staffs deserve all the praises, thank you for your outstanding service which is better than 5 star hotels. From the reception to the driver, to the people at the pool bar and breakfast. You are all amazing. Thank you! I will definitely come back with my family. Very friendly staff, at first we didn’t like our room because it’s like a newly build room mejo dusty but after namin mg concern sa staff the next day they upgrade our room for free, very thoughtful and generous hotel. Super friendly ng staff and always silang naka smile, very near to DMALL. Like 5 mins walk. I love their welcome drinks so refreshing ❤️☺️ GODBLESS!

The service of this hotel is exemplary. Aside from well maintained facilities and ammenities, they have an amazing staff that would really go out of their way to give you the best of service. They have an amazing food too that became part of our top list compared to all the meals we had in Boracay. This place would really make you feel hospitality at its best. They even surprised me for my birthday.

Been traveling a lot, checked in to countless hotels and this is by far the best I experienced in terms of hospitality and friendliness of staff. I was with my grand parents and stayed at Ferra for 3 nights. They did a great job in taking care all 3 of us. They attended to our requests quickly, went very extra when Mr Cruz even initiated to drive us to the back beach when it rained. They even had a surprise for my grand parents and decorated our room. The amenities, food and the hotel itself are worth every peso. Thank you Mr Cruz and Ferra staff!
