Incidental fee which was charged to my credit card is not yet refunded to date. We stayed last december and the refund is still not processed even after almost 4 months after. Tried to email them but not getting any response.

Great hotel! We’ll be back definitely.

Safe feeling during earthquake, no cracks and not to tall building. Very friendly staff, good location. Battrty pack that will pull the elevator to the nederst floor in case of power cut.

A great find. Never expect that the hotel would be so nice. With walkerng distance from every thing you need. Just great.

Fast Wi-Fi, location is near the malls, public transport is easy to find, the place is clean as well.

I like the service and the design of the place but it has only two flaws:the breakfast and the views. First is breakfast because it only has a small amount of food in it amd it should have more food if you want people to eat there you know diffrent food and next is the views when you look out of the buffet room the view is amazing but when you have a room that is like in a enclosed square like when you look out you just see gravel amd cement they should really make it more presentable and beautiful and thats my report.

It's good because its just in between sm premiere and ayala centrio mall.

It's near malls and gasoline station. It's just 1 ride away from the market. They have very friendly staff members. They have accessible laudry shop, convenience store, salon, massage, and etc. It's just that they don't have enough parking space that made my rating 4.

Great Hotel
The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom had a pleasant size and was clean. Breakfast was enough good. Staff very nice and helpful. Location good, around everything you need for shopping.

Stayed in a room in the 3rd floor with the family. Room is clean and well-maintained. Its modern, minimal design is refreshing to the eyes. Room size is adequate, toilet and bath area is relatively large. Hot and cold shower is available. Reception and cleaning staff are courteous, warm and well-trained. They are quick to respond to our requests. Wi-Fi is available. Its greatest advantage is its location. It's a short walk to Centrio Ayala Mall and SM Premier Downtown Mall for your shopping and dining needs. It is also easily accessible via public and private transport.

The 1A Express Hotel is great hotel to stay in while in Cagayan de Oro. The room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The staff is so helpful and the morning breakfast is really good.

Its worth the price. The room is very good, the accomodation is warm, the place is comfy, the breakfast is well served. The only thing I find negative is their parking space. Its better if they'll provide enough space for vehicles… but all in all, this place is never bad for a transient…

This is the 3rd hotel I've stayed here in CDO and I love it. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room is clean and complete with all guests basic needs like toothbrushes, tooth paste, drinking glass, mug, heater, facial tissue and toilet tissue, and also slippers. The bathroom is clean and odorless. I love to stay here… Highly recommended to friends.

Clean room, comfortable bed, peaceful environment, fast internet, delicious complimentary breakfast (especially the pancakes), convenient location and courteous hotel staff are the things I like in this hotel. Will surely recommend this place to my friends!

My kids and I stayed at this hotel and it was an awesome experience! I love the minimalist and modern style of the room. The earth colors are cool to my eyes. I love the bed and pillows, it's soft and comfortable. They also have a hot shower that can relax you from the tiring day you had. Another thing that I really, really love about the room we stayed in (we got the superior deluxe room) is the work desk and the chair. It is perfect for business people or travelers that need to work during their stay at the hotel. The internet connection is astoundingly fast! Plus, a convenience store is on the ground floor of the hotel. If you need your clothes to be washed, a laundry shop is available and it's affordable compared to other shops. Centrio Ayala Mall, Gaisano Mall and SM Premier CDO (soon to open) are just a few minutes walk. There's a Korean restaurant beside the hotel, a Catholic church nearby and food establishments too. The hotel staffs are friendly, polite and responded immediately to the things that you need. I'm really satisfied with their customer service. My kids really enjoyed their stay at the hotel for 2 nights. They don't want to leave the room and my youngest daughter even wants to stay there for a year (lol! ). Also, you can ask for another set of slippers at the front desk when you're traveling with someone. When you need a place situated at the heart of the city, 1A Express Hotel is the place to stay.
