Liked the place and the whole vintage feels but if you're a foodie like me, this place won't please you. The 205 room we occupied had a TV but most channels only have audio no video output, wo you'll jus imagine THE RESIDENTS on the first channel. Plus the Wi-Fi reception is poor when you're inside the room.

The food is not excellent. It's salty. However, the front desk people, are accomodating and helpful.

We stayed at there biggest room available for 2 days. PROS: — The room is big and spacious with one king size bed and two single beds. — The staff is repectful and helpful. — The pool is wonderful with a dedicated place for kids. So you wouldn’t worry about your child going to a more deeper part of the pool. — The restaurant serves delicious foods. CONS: — The toilet is in a very bad shape… we used a dirty toilet bowl (and even if they clean it all day long it still would not look good. The thing looks 30+ years old. ) The faucet is broken, the shower is rusty… We are very disappointed… They need to replace them ASAP. — No room service and you are not allowed to eat inside your room. You have to go to the restaurant to eat. — Pretty slow Wi-Fi Connection — You are not allowed to use the pool after 6:00PM. Say bye-bye to night swimming. — Everytime we use the pool we have to ask for a “slip” in the front desk. It’s basically a waver that if you drown they wouldn’t pay anything. — NO LIFEGUARD! So… watch your kids carefully. Overall its an old hotel with a nice view but we will not be going back again. So, would I RECOMMEND this hotel to my family and friends? The answer is NO.

I am a swimmer in the pool the pool is nice but sometimes its dirty and lot of molds and lastly the shower room the water is so slow please do action from it. I ensure more costumers will go in this hotel.

The place smells like mold. Also seems like no cleaning is being done. Lots of dust everywhere. Showers do not work. Swimming very dirty with mold. Looks nice on the outside only.

Food has much to be desired the place is run down with no plans of updating. It is also under staffed so you are always waiting. Just plan CHEAP…

Poolen var lite dyr (expensive) if you just want to use the pool…

It took a them a long time to serve the breakfast meal. I think they should improve on the food service since most of the guests were expecting to have their breakfast as early as 7am. On the other hand, the room is clean and spacious. The pool is also nice.

Policy too strict, no visitor's allowed, no drinks allowed, can only eat their resto as no food allowed in room, not the best tasting food. One of the oldest hotel in cdo that still follows their traditional rules.

Great value for money rooms. But do try out the food selections at their in house resto/cafe (Adolfos and Geos Cafe). My personal chart toppers: Kinilaw (city's best! ), Crispy Pata, Pinakbet, Kare kare and Kaldereta.

This place is so awful, disgusting poor management and staff. I highly recommend not to stay in this hotel!

Not impressed. Very slow service. Management is so cheap there are no complimentary items in the room. Had to ask for toilet paper. The free breakfast was so bad I could not eat it. The restaurant is way overpriced. The pool had so much chemicals in it that we didn't risk going in. We asked them 3 or 4 times to turn on the whirlpool but they did not. Definitely not worth the price of a room.

Love their pool but they dont have elevator.

The pools needs resurfacing and the hotel doesn't resemble the pictures posted. I stayed in the hotel for two weeks & the breakfast consisted of the same each day. An egg, 2 Vienna sausages or tuna chunks, or corned beef. A slice of bread was also included. When ordering food service, your breakfast was served in tin foil. Room service was horrible. I had to continuously request toilet tissue & clean towels. The hotel constantly hosted birthday parties & other functions which at times lasted past nine & could be heard throughout the hotel. The staff was rude at times and not very helpful. However, my worst experience was bed bugs. I was bit constantly during my sleep. When I notified staff of the problem, they just sprayed bug killer on the mattress. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Daniel, USA.

It is an old hotel but if you get the discouted rates it starts at 800 peso double occupancy. The pool is nice. Aircon is weak and noisy in the cheaper rooms. Suite rooms are big and have much better air conditioning. The breakfast is simple Filipino breakfast they also have bread instead of rice but mostof the time the bread is out of stock. So better tell them the day before if you like bread.

This hotel is in need of a makeover. The aircon does not work well. The shower fixtures and the lavatory needs replacement. The room floors are blah. There is an airpot provided but it has no water and no cups for coffee. And when you pay, they do not readily issue Official Receipt. You need to ask for it.
