We have gone through 3 of them, Lima, Puno and Cuzco, spacious rooms, all same design, well-stocked breakfast buffets, and we only dined once at Puno's and it was good what we ate.
It can be recommended.

The staff was very helpful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Two details lacked to be perfect, in the room the water came out very cold or hot, and the air conditioner only threw heat, not cold natural ventilation.

Not too central. A 15 minute walk about from the center. Good hotel Although a little dated. Good breakfast. In front there is a market of craft products at low price though not high quality.

There is actually only good things to report. The beds are excellent, the rooms are large and friendly. Breakfast is very good. The coffee unbeatable. Only downer: The main road. However, the windows are very well sounded insulated.

A really nice hotel, close to shopping but a bit of a walk to the historic downtown. Staff was great!

Standard nice hotel, nice rooms (not fancy great but nice standards), nice bathroom, lobby is good, breakfast was also good (closed at 10AM). At night it looks like the hotel is closed (lights are off in the lobby). We had room facing the main street so that was nice.

&ace 4 anios atras que fui la ultima vez. En esa oportunidad muy buena atencion de los muchachos de el lobby y las muchachas que limpian los cuartos y como alguien dijo por ahi un poquito mas de atencuon con la limpieza de los banos. Antes de mi ultima vez fui tres veces antes y cada vez que e hido a mejorado mas. Esta vez no voy yo. Va un amigo con su familia ojala y le vaya bien y se lleve una buena experiencia del hotel.

Good Care and Service.

Friendly, helpful and attentive. Good bedroom and good bed although the toilet of the bathroom can be improved. Also can improve the fruit to breakfast with more variety. To the front there is a traditional restaurant; but the dishes are more or less and the desserts came out at least to us quite ill. There are much better restaurants. We do not recommend this restaurant.
