The staff is amazing! It's a great Hotel with a true Peruvian feel. They went above and beyond our expectations to help us with everything we needed. For example, We had an extremely early tour scheduled with a 4am pick up and to our surprise they were kind enough to pack us a morning breakfast to go. Mind you their kitchen opens at 6am and we made no such request. It was a wonderful surprise. Special thanks to Francisco for all his great recommendations around town and ensuring we had everything we needed.

I like the hotel very much, nice room, clean, good staff. Only the restaurant is not good. Breakfast is okay, but you even do not get real coffee. For the free dinner I was not allowed to get alpaca and the beef I ordered was chicken… Everything took long and it's unprofessional.

Perfect atmosphere, clean room and very kind staff! And location also very good. Especially I impressed the design of the room made by wood.

The staff at reception was very helpful. My husband was hospitalized for severe dehydration and the hotel staff was very understanding. They helped me with calling taxis to and from the clinic, and adjusted housekeeping times to suit my husband's resting schedules once he was released.

Sasquia, Francisco, Paul, Melisa, Jorge y las mucamas del hotel son gente verdaderamente agradable y unos magníficos anfitriones. Diferente al estilo simpático y mecánico de los europeos. Aquí fue con auténtica calidez humana. Gracias peruanos, amigos, por hacernos sentir como en casa. Ya volveremos.

All of the service during my stay was excellent in all senses. Even thank them very much for the support when I enviie an e-mail asking them to send me the scanned passport of my wife, when we suffer the theft of your bag when you arrive to Lima. Send the scanned passport helped us raise the complaint and police to get the new passport in the Embassy of Mexico and in the office of Migrations. We would have liked to enjoy more of the hotel because it seemed very nice, but we went all the way running from one side to another to get to know Cuzco, Machu Picchu and other wonderful sites of this region.

Friendly staff and cute clean rooms! Loved it! I left my camera in my room and the staff saved it for me, upon my return 3 days later they had it for me. Awesome.

Excellent hotel for individual and family travellers. Quite location but very central to discover Cusco. Can only recommand it.
