This hotel was amazing. They had the most attentive, friendly staff ive ever encountered. They accommodated and helped us with all of our requests and went above ans beyond to make our stay there truly incredible. The rooms are large, comfortable and quiet. The courtyard is beautiful and the restaurant and food was lovely. I cannot say enough good things about their staff though-they made it special. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco-well worth it!

The spa was fantastic! Beautiful setting, great service, amazing massage. Use of hot tub, sauna, and gym included with spa packages. Well worth the money over the annoying massages advertised in the streets of cusco.

Loved Casa Cartagena! Very clean hotel with friendly staff! Very accommodating in everything we needed. The pictures dont do this beautiful place justice. They have a stunning courtyard, the food in the restaurant is delicious, pool/hot tub was relaxing after a 40 mile hike. Massages are the best in cusco. We enjoyed their free pisco sour lessons at the bar. We definitely recommend staying at Casa Cartagena when in Cusco!
