It’s a vey nice place to stay with friendly and helpful staff.

I have stayed in many of the crown plaza hotels in different countries and this is not up to par. Customer service is horrible, the food is just ok. I really do not recommend it.

Rooms comfortable and clean, all staff friendly and attentive. Excellent location. Excellent temperature. The food is delicious. The valet parking attentive at all times. Definitely come back.

The location is great, room is nice, clean, room location was nice and quite, customer service was excellent. Across the street had several places to grab a late snack. I absolutely love Crown Plaza Hotels.

Spacious and very well located Hotel for executives in Panama city, close to the quiet and quiet financial center area. Large parking areas with valet parking. Private security. Quick and amsble service. It has a bar, restaurant — there are beer promotions and food promos like Spicy Alitas — pool area.

Excellent location near El Carmen metro station and about 10 minutes walk from the banking area. For seminars is very good, has good valet parking and the catering is plentiful.

Starting to look tired. Nice enough hotel and well located. Need to change the menu in the restaurant and bar. It’s been the same limited choice for at least the past two years!

Breakfast was horrible, elevators smelled like sweat and vinegar, the bathtub and the heater didnt work.

The people are incredible and the rooms are very nice and comfortable.

Good hotel, good food. I do not give you the 5 stars because the rooms have a strange smell of storage… I don't know if that's the way all the hotels are near the sea.

This was a great place to stay. I spent a week in Panama, and the rooms were very nice and the service was great. The front desk people (Frank & Nilka), as well as the breakfast staff (Portugal and the rest of the guys) were really nice. The location is really close to restaurants and casinos.

Taking into account the price, I rank this a 3: Positives: — Clean very comfortable bed and pillows 5 stars — Airport shuttle, convenient — Nice pool 5 stars — Friendly, helpful front desk staff — 5 stars Negatves: — The food (1 star), is really bad. Do not have the breakfast buffet included in your room rate and is expensive. Buy what you want in the restaurant. It sucks: I was there early so that can not be their excuse. Dry scrambled eggs, the sausages are cheap hotdog nitrate tubes cut into medallions. Bacon tasted old and greasy, there was not anything cooked in the buffet worth chewing. Even the coffee was only lukecwarm. The night before I bought the chicken sandwich: I think it must have been sitting there for hours. The bun was rock hard, the chicken had died a long time ago. I bought the fruit and granola parfait as an alternative: the granola was soggy. Eat at your own risk. — No hot water in the 3 days I was there. Shower was dirty. — Location is quite far from everthing but the airport.

It has a covenient location, parking, friendly service, a pleasant sports bar with good enough food, a good enough restaurant with acceptable food, and it's great for meetings.

I stayed in crowne plaza Panama city on my to joining ship in balboa. Hotel was nicely located 30 min ride from airport. Lobby was big check in was fast. Rooms are spacious and good. Clean. Although I only stayed for a day. Food options Were not to my liking. Managed to have chicken stake. Breakfast was good. In room Wi-Fi was ok. Lots of shop and restaurants outside however didn't venture out due to being tired by jetlag.

Good clean Hotel. Downside was the shower in my room. Not designed for people over 6 feet (1m80)

I can't say enough good things about this hotel especially the staff at the front desk. Very helpful, friendly and amazing people. At one point I had left my phone in a street taxi and thought I would never see it again. I had the front desk text my phone in Spanish, within 20 minutes they were in contact with the taxi driver and the phone was returned to me at Crowne Plaza (I, of course, gave the driver a handsome tip). Everything here was perfect, I miss them!

I stayed at the Crown Plaza for a total of 23 days in June and July 2016. The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel has excellent facilities, however the pool is smaller than it looks in the photo. I used their gym on multiple occasions. I also used their self serve laundry on the fifth floor, a much better solution to sending it out. The hotel is also centrally located, making it easy to get around. There are many different types of restaurants within easy walking distance.

Good place to stay, comfortable rooms, cheerful staff. For evening happy hours they offered usually 3 hot options, usually all somehow chicken done in different ways. Good breakfast to start the day with.

Stayed there for a week with the Breakfast buffet included. The location of the hotel is just PERFECT! downtown Panama City near the restaurants, grocery stores, banks, etc … The people at the lobby are all professional, speak English very well, very nice. The rooms are nice and clean. Has a nice swimming pool with a beautiful view, a bar and a restaurant. No complaints what's so ever.

I love this place, Panama. Its such a beautiful and a wonderful place to be.

Room 516, ok, overlooking the road and Cathedral, has a Apartments to other rooms, you hear every noise from the neighbor. Small Pool and some Sunbeds, a fitness room, nice staff. Wi-Fi costs, you can always negotiate about the price. The new metro station is located nearby.

Recommended 100%. Excellent antecion and location.

Very bad phone service, was calling on several occasions to ask for quote for an event and booking of rooms and no one attends the phone, attending dangle.
If it is to receive calls how will not be in treatment to the client.
