Not at all recomended They r frauds They charge you very high rates and befitted booking they say breakfast is included after booking the room and payment they give you small room and didn’t give breakfast and argued you and very very rude behaviour …their receptionist is an illerate and very very rude person shameless people never ever book them.

Its a good place to stay and eat your family and friends. Cool & Calm 💚

Very bad experience no take care of toilet rough taps and very bad smell of severage, and I leave the room after half hour I waste my money.

Good All over as well as from top view. With resturant in open area with SOPs having a good sitting arrangement.

We are cabin crew of airblue, we stay in grand palm almost 32 rooms within more than 6 month continues, but the breakfast so boring, pls change breakfast menu, other wise all cabin crew will email to manager request To change to the other hotel. Thanks for your understanding.

The hotel only Pakistani foods, with curry taste and very hot (a lot off chili), no common foods for the other. And late response for the requested from passengers!

Grand Palm Hotel offered my family and I a "Wow" factor experience during our two nights stay at the fourth floor. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The delux room was upgraded for us on request during check-in and had immaculate amenities. Seemed we were in an international hotel while residing in the heart of Lahore.

Very new property and getting set for Grand start in next few months. So far nice location very near to Stadium and commercial markets. Rooms are big and modern. Comfort level is very good. Restuaran is offerring Buffet Dinner only. Pool and Gym at 3 rd floor are good for relaxing.

Had the experience of having awsum iftari, one cannot forget the crispy rolls, kachori. Fruit salad was fresh and juicy. Variety of juices. Ohh not to forget the perfect size aloo samosa and delicious chicken wings… and so on.
Dinner was quite elaborate nihari, chicken karhai, mutton, pulao, macroni cheese, variety of Chinese dishes …
Everything was perfectly done! Highly recommend to have Grand Palm iftarcum dinner… in the end …

Good staff, decent restaurant but I dont like room without window. Transport between hotel and airport is terrible, they will let you wait for a long time without any notice. It happens to me 3 times in just 3 weeks. What a poor service.

A reasonable hotel in its budget range. However, you will feel a continuous vibration in the floors during your stay. Valet parking experience was not so good.

Extremely nice place to stay in the heart of Lahore with close access to all the food and fun places. Staff was very cordial and responsive to the needs. I had to stay a bit longer after check out and they didn't charge me anything extra. Very courteous people. Nice gym as well for people who like to work out. Highly recommended.

Great location. My preferred work accommodation. The most comfortable, spacious and clean room & beds while working away. Love the restaurant and menu is interesting and delicious food. Staff friendly was and attentive. Location is wonderful for shopping after work.
