Friendly and helpful staff, the room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was value for money.

Lacking the basics of a hotel of this price range. Very poorly presented, paid good money for staff accomadation here, lights not working, no milk supplied, every staff member had issues with their rooms.

V helpful and friendly staff. Living out of hotel rooms when working away from home, the room is "your space" so its important to have a nice room and comfortable bed to go to at the end of the day. V convenient location. Would recommend.

Nice enough area just down from New market, new a few good restaurants. Really nice bed and pillows. Big TV. Really comfortable modern motel.

Good place. But I got problem with house keeping looks like they got certain time to do house keeping and I didn't got my room cleaned.

Comfortable, reception service was good. Breakfast was good value, Wifi was generally good although did fluctuate. Restaurant was only open for breakfast however the Thai up the road was good. Only concern, I was on the lower floor and you could hear the people above moving around in the morning.

Spcaious room and only abt 500m to Supermarket and Mc D…

Spacious rooms in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the city centre and convenient getting to the train station.

Great sized room with kitchenette, lounge area and TV in both the bedroom and the lounge. Comfy bed and a great breakfast.

Clean tidy rooms, has everything you need the hot chocolate was yum and loved the power shower and the carpet is so soft — great under ya feet after a long night out … recommended.

A few teething issues on check in, but they were cheerfully rectified! A really fabulous place to stay, exceptionally clean, spacious and well appointed. Staff were very helpful, polite and efficient. I would highly decorated this property.

The location was brilliant, the staff and rooms were lovely. The bed was a bit solid for my tastes.

Very good choice for a short business stay. Spacious clean rooms with a little kitchen facility, excellent free Wi-Fi, large Flatscreen TV (if you need that), and a small but solid breakfast. Bonus for me: excellent coffee machines both for breakfast (Jura! ) and in the room (Nespresso-like).

Nice reasonably priced hotel in central Auckland.

Good and comfortable place. Kitchenette is quite helpful. Not quite closer to train station though.

We just spent 5 nights here. The room was very clean and spacious, comfortable beds also. Highly recommended. We only wish they had a lift, as it was tiring climbing the stairs after long days at the home show. Would def stay here again. Lovely hosts. Thank you Greenland Suites.

Very good for business travel: free high speed unlimited internet, clean, free parking, close to countdown (NZ Woolworth), McDonald's, small Cafe & restaurants. Park nearby.

I stay at Greenlane Suites whenever I travel to Auckland for business. The suites are clean, comfortable and secure. The Hosts are friendly and very accommodating. The Motel is in a great position and suits my needs perfectly. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Lovely place and amazing service lovely pleasant people, great customer service. Very happy will definitely stay again. Also lovely buffet breakfast.

Big nice room, thick comfy bed, so clean, inexpensive, easy access, quick check in and check out, serviced daily.

There are better places to stay that charges less. Rooms are spacious but the room amenties are basic. Been there a few timesand each time I notice that they are very stingy with coffee n tea n sugar. Only 2 pkts of each!. Bring yr own sachets next time!. Views are to other residential homes. Parking available but can be a tight spot if you have a big vehicle. Positive is there is a guest coin operated laundry. One washer n one dryer. So you do have to get in early or else you have to wait for your turn. No lift… u have to walk up the steps. Not good if you have a heavy bulky luggage and your room is on the 3rd floor. Free Wi-Fi. Thats the only bonus.

First class service :) even staff members are too much operative while we stay there with big group of people :) really happy to stay here, I would like stay more if I come back to nz.
