Great little hotel realy convenient next to the train station. Beds are comfy and the rooms are realy clean. Will definatly be staying here again!

Excellent value for money. Basic room with clean bed and facilities. Good breakfast options. Connectivity to Amsterdam a big plus point.

Good hotel with working ac in the room. Bar and restaurant serve nice local beers and good selection if food. Brkfst was nice. Not so nice, housekeeping should not enter a room without knocking.

The Hotel is located next to the station and supermarket. The Staff is polite. The Room is small, clean. There are two Russian channels, Wi-Fi, free parking, free safe. Breakfast 600-700 rubles per person. Interesting taps in the shower. The more you do the pressure, the hotter the water. Probably for the economy. But The trick is, if the faucet turn to the stop and slightly more turn, it will stick to the good pressure and the temperature of the water comfortable. The area Itself is more on the outskirts, rather industrial. But If you walk along the canal in 5 minutes walking, there begins a village, a small zoo with pets and a mill. In The supermarket you can find goods PR shares. The Room has a kettle with a set of coffee, cream, tea, sugar and sweetener. The Hotel Is in a good location for visiting Amsterdam. There Is nothing to see in the town.

I stayed at the place for 3 nights and the stay was very comfortable. Rooms are well furnished and have all basic ameneties like kettle, central air conditioning, combination locker, toiletries etc. The staff was courteous and house keeping was good. Located at 5 mins walk from Zaandam station which has good connectivity to Amsterdam central. DEEN supermarket is just besides the hotel. The locality is also safe.

Lovely hotel, great location, nice people but the price was raised extremely high because there was a event, kings day.

The hotel had a modern look and the (Deluxe Family) room was very nice and clean. The location of the hotel was just perfect, it takes only a few minutes to get to the train station. I enjoyed my stay.

Comfortable and clean hotel with friendly and professional staff. Located in a quiet environment next to a very nice little town. Which has the highest quality to have free parking and is located near the train station where you can take the many trains that lead to Amsterdam in +/— 10 min.

Super clean with very kind and international staff. Very good breakfast and very rich buffet. The hall is collected but taken care of. There is a regular suite, soundproof walls and a modern bathroom. Really good.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. The check-in staffs are very helpful in answering our questions regarding traffic to/within Amsterdam. There is a DEEN supermarket within 2-3 min walking distances where you can buy all types of daily supplies, even diapers and wipes since we carried an infant. Zaandan train station is 5 min walking from hotel-very convenient but you barely hear any noise from the trains. Overall very good experience and highly recommend if you are visiting Amsterdam city.

This structure is not recommended despite the attractive price. Apart from the night staff we found no friendly staff. We have booked 6 double rooms and fully paid in advance. Since 2 rooms were not occupied, the hotel wanted to resell these rooms without any minor compensation and made pressure over various emails to delete the rooms. A lot of time and nerves.

Nice hotel, very good connection to public transport, so one is in 10-15 minutes in the centre of Amsterdam (without change) and the railways depart every 15 minutes. We had to get a super deal on Groupon, including parking and breakfast for €59, —. The room was quite clean and very good for the price. The breakfast is also recommended and the staff very friendly. Overall much better and cleaner than many a 4 star hotel at the airport. A much better connection to local transport.

Great hotel! Rooms not too big but absolutely adequate. Clean! The bed "King Size" huge and comfortable. Windows to open and ventilate, so we have been able to do without the climate. A second duvet on request was immediately brought — top!

Breakfast was enough and everything you need to start the day was great! Staff especially in the breakfast room super nice and always in a good mood:-)

Just around the corner large supermarket and the metro can be reached in 1 minute, just 2 stops to Amsterdam Central Station.
All in all: Only recommended!

Very happy with out 3 night stay. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is very good. Staff are helpful but one member of staff shone out above all and she was called inge. Lovely girl always smiling and happy and made our stay that bit better with her great personality. Look forward to our next stay. If you are going to use the rail network buy tickets from the hotel. I bought a 3 day rail ticket which are the blue tickets which dont cover zaandam. They sell the red tickets at the hotel which do cover and you can use the trams and buses with them to which great. Hope this helps others.

We were well received and the staff have all been very friendly. The hotel is also perfectly located, as the main train station is just behind the hotel and Amsterdam is accessible by train 4 or 5 in 10 minutes. Many would now think that the train from the hotel room is audible but you really don't hear mucks. The breakfast was not very varied now, but you had everything you need to become a seed. The hotel is really recommended for 1-2 nights.

Excellent, quiet near the means of locomotion to Amsterdam.

The room looked decent, the bathroom looked decent, the hotel itself looked decent, everything looked decent, nothing more though. Every extra thing you wished for cost you a few bucks, even if the thing itself was a quite ordinary thing to have. The food in the restaurant downstairs was really good though and if you're not planning on staying too long in your room itself, Zaandam has quite a nice shopping street to offer.

A recommended hotel. The equipment and cleanliness are great. In the 4-person room there are 2 remotely as well as kettles, microwave etc.

Very nice hotel and well-kept rooms. Unfortunately very thin walls and you hear a lot from the hallway and next room. Breakfast was great! A lot of choice, all fresh and warm. Dinner at the restaurant is also recommended. There is also a pool table and smoking lounge. Hotel is right next to the train station, from where you can drive to Amsterdam within 15 minutes.

Clean and nice Hotel.

On checkout staff member put our bags in a meeting room, not bag storage room, so of course when we returned could not find our bags and got rude when we tried to tell them where they were. Staff not polite and push/promote meals in restaurant that we did not see any customers. Rooms small/basic with kettle, fridge. ⚠ Shower floor very slippery Supermarket next door. Hotel itself is other side of main city with short walk down escalator/stairs keep right past shops then through the supermarket, hotel other side of car park. Zaan Inn sadly I will not be returning. @BestWestern should be embarrassed to put their name on this hotel. Easy Hotel was a much better hotel even without a fridge or kettle.

Good location.

This was an easy and nice place to stay just outside of Amsterdam. The hotel was nice and clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was great. It is only a couple minutes to the train station which is only about 20 minutes to Amsterdam Centraal. There is also a grocery store right across the street that is nice.

What a beautiful place, the past and the future together. Its stunning architecture. Essential spend to get to know you.

We come back again, that Breakfast is very tasty, something for everyone, the rooms are missing small but fine (there are only hooks for the towels). Friendly Staff. The train station is no 5 minutes, you hear nothing of the trains. By train, it takes about 22 minutes to Amsterdam
Zaandam itself is already a landmark value. Our 2 days were definitely too short.

Decent hotel. No included amenities. If you want a single bed you have to pay for the king room. Clean. Staff were friendly. Much better hotels in the area. UPDATE: Changed to a 2 star. There is no toilet paper rolls, only those thin square toilet paper Kleenex dispensers that are common in airports. The towels are old, one had an old blood spot on it, the blankets didn't fit the bed. Internet barely streams Netflix. You can hear people in the next room banging around.

A little hard to find with a local sending us in completely the wrong direction as most didn't seem to know where it was. Lovely clean spacious well equipped room with nice bathroom. Breakfast was very good with some hot servings of bacon, egg and baked beans.

I came here to accompany friends who were guests at the hotel. The public areas and rooms were very clean, with pretty fresh decor. The staff were kind. There is plenty of information about the surrounding area available in the lobby. The location is good since it is very near the station, with a frequent train service to Amsterdam (12 minutes) and walking distance to the town center. There is parking available and the room key operates the barrier.

Good rooms, 5 min from the station it's a perfect base to visit Amsterdam, it also has a supermarket nearby. Free parking lot too… great.

Away for a few days to Amsterdam with my chum and we had booked a twin comfort room. When we got to the room there was one kingsize bed. As we had arrived early afternoon we went out for a wander and went past reception to ask about having 2 beds. The girl at reception's response was no. She told me that we had been up graded to a suite and the bed couldn't be split. Asked for another room but none available. The room had a sofa bed so said I would use this then to which she told me there was a nightly charge of €30. Now I live my friend to bits but sharing a bed with her for 4 nights was not what we had planned. After the first night I spent the next 3 nights sleeping on the sofa without actually making up the sofa bed as there was no spare bedding. Other then that hotel was good. Location suited us, great access to train station etc.

Nice, clean, quiet, friendly staff also during the night always helpful. Great breakfast, but the restaurant is not good at all and expensive. No room for fitness or sauna. Good for catching trains to Ams. Locally there is not much going on.

It is a very good hotel and nothing expensive. It has everything in the room and everything very clean. Bar, salon, game (pool table, piano, maquima recreational, etc. ), smoking room, restaurant, …

Very nice Hotel. Within 12 minutes you are at Amsterdam Central station. Breakfast is also good. To recommend a total!

Good Hotel for car travelers.

Everything about the hotel was nice except the shower drained exceptionally slowly. Good location, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Nice place and I would definitely consider it if I planned on staying in the city again.

Perfect for a short stay in the area. Diverse breakfast and clean and comfy rooms.

Really cozy hotel, close to sprinter station and about 10 minutes walk to city center. I prefer this localisation than Amsterdam, sprinter takes about 15 minutes to get there. Breakfasts are really good, everything is fresh. Beds, showers, cabinets are always steryl clean.

Everything is to my satisfaction, it could only be more for Hanging in the bathroom.

Conveniently located next to train station. Nice atmosphere. Okay food and drinks.

At the beginning of it on the phone a lot of turmoil because our reservation was not supposedly to be found. Later, the reservation was found. Then, a wrong room was allocated (we had booked a king size bed). At the end we had the right room. The rooms are nice and modern, lots of TV channels, climate control. The bathroom is however quite small and due to glass wall and not a poet sliding door and little privacy. The air conditioning is quite noisy, as well as the squeak awakens at the end of the sliding door (at night, on a toilet the other in any case). The stay was overall very positive and enjoyable, the connection to Amsterdam is very good and also zaandam is a surprisingly nice place.

The rooms were nice and spacious with a great array of items and commodities. They were all clean and tidy. The staff are all excellent and happy to help. The restaurant is smart and the bar is classy, if a little expensive. A very nice hotel that's not too far from Amsterdam (15 mins by train and less than a min to the station).

Fantastic Hotel more comfortable and accessible, has a supermarket in front to itself and the station that is s doorstep makes you reach the city centre in no time. Highly recommended.
