Two friends and I stayed at Amsterdam ID for a few nights, it is one of the best places to stay in Amsterdam. Close to Sloterdijk train station, spacious 2 bedroom apartment, very clean, beautifully decorated. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom. They even have their own laundry room. Staff Yes were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend ed.

Stayed here a few times now and wouldn’t go anywhere else, good value for money, helpful staff and takes 10 minutes to get to the city.

(I'm Italian so my English isn't perfect. ) I've been in this Hotel with my girlfriend for 3 days (2 night) during the end of August 2018. The room was really beautiful and wide (we got the room for 4 people instead the ones for that we have booked without paying more), the receptionists are humble and available. The room was clear and ok. It isn't really near to the center, but near the Hotel there is the Tram 19 stop and a lot of different busses, also for the airport. In ITALIAN Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per un complessivo di 3 giorni (due notti), io e la mia ragazza. Siamo arrivati decisamente in anticipo rispetto all'orario di check-in chiedendo semplicemente di lasciare I bagagli, tuttavia ci è stata assegnata una stanza già libera (da 4) senza alcun costo aggiuntivo! Durante il check-in viene consegnato un foglio con le regole ed I servizi dell'hotel. Stanza fornita di smart-tv, Wi-Fi personale (gratis), cucina, tavolo e divano. Unica p.

Lovely Hotel in all respects!

Very nice hotel! They have kitchens in unit and there is a supermarket close by. Also you are close to the train station for easy access to Amsterdam Centraal and the airport.

It's just far enough away to be away from all of the busy city but close enough to get to everything in no time. The room was awesome, lots of space and very clean. Service was outstanding.

Great hotel for a long stay.

Very good Place to stay for several days, even with family. Apartments provided with TT the necessary. Close to Metro and bus. Friendly Staff. Good Bar and Restaurant service within the same hotel. Very comfortable inside Parking. A solution always valid every time we go to Amsterdam.

I was diverted to this aparthotel from the Hotel2stay PQ had overbooking so Q was not bad but it was not the hotel Q had chosen. The reception people are very friendly but to me personally the décor seems awful.

Not very far from the Center, private parking on site paying, friendly staff, well clean.

Really beautiful and practical with its studios! Staff very helpful and courteous, do not speak Italian but help us to understand.

A train stop from Amsterdam Central Station, the apartments very nice, clean and very spacious Ideal to go with family or group of friends.
It had everything very complete.

Nice and clean. Quite good breakfast. The beds are not very comfortable. Very hard and the pillow is like a balloon.

A very good aparthotel, very spacious to us provided an apartment with 2 bathrooms insuite.
The continental breakfast is more than enough.
Perfect location to Tiropiedra from a train station.

Just back from our trip to Amsterdam and I must say I enjoyed the city amazing place and these apartments are fantastic and close to train station to go exploring definitely recommend.

This is the place to stay when visiting Amsterdam. I stayed in a studio apartment and it was absolutely fantastic. Although I was not well on my first night, the Room was lovely and warm. Great view too. I woke up at 3am and was really unwell and couldn't get back to sleep, so I went to reception and they had some medicine available. I managed to get back to sleep and was so grateful for the help. I got up in the morning and made some bacon rolls and had some coffee and took in the view, It honestly felt a home from home. Situated 1 stop from Amsterdam central is handy, however there is local stores outside the hotel where you can stock up on necessities. Beds are really comfortable and shower rooms are a decent size also. Personally I'll be coming back here whenever working in Amsterdam again.

Awesome place, fantastic location. Super friendly staffs, super comfortable bed. Functional kitchenette, good view from bedroom. Airy and have a lot of natural lights. If there is one complaint, the Wi-Fi connection keeps dropping (this usually irk me, but in this case, with other awesome things they get right in this place, I am willing to overlook the Wi-Fi problem)

Friendly and cheerful staff. I accidentally left my bag outside the hotel and they were very helpful in retrieving it. Nice spacious rooms.

The hotel makes a really good and friendly impression. Unfortunately we found the kitchen in a bad condition. Stove and dishes were filthy. The rest of the room is very cosy and clean. You feel very comfortable and have everything you need. Due to its proximity to the Amsterdam Sloterdijk railway station, the city centre was within a few minutes.

Friendly, helpful staff, gorgeous big, clean room, great amenities, lovely restaurant/bar and fantastic vibe. Will definitely stay here again!

We took a Studio for 2 people, for 3 nights. The location of the hotel is great, a bit eccentric from the Center, but 5 minutes from the train station on foot, to reach the Center in 7 minutes by train. The corner is quiet. On the other hand, we put a downside for the service of the staff, and cleanliness. While taking the room, we immediately noticed that the vacuum cleaner had not been passed, there was a lot of dust on the furniture, and under the bed, as well as marbles and other objects under the bed. We found it a shame to have to go ask for his bath towels, and his toilet paper at the front desk, for the price we paid. Our garbage cans were not emptied in 4 days… We also did not appreciate our departure. The person who made our check out received us on a corner of the counter, made us settle our addition from the day before at the hotel restaurant, and left running without saying goodbye or whatever. Might as well tell you that we didn't even know if we had to leave, or stay to sign papers… We have made other hotels in Amsterdam, and we do not think to recommend this one for small stays.

Hotel Comfortable functional modern and clean excellent value for money.

Awesome hotel and big rooms complete with modern bathrooms. Also, sound proof rooms which is a plus! 5 mins from centre with train. Easy access.

Very nice, clean hotel with plenty of space in the apartments. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant in the hotel was good. Train station basically across the street (10 minutes by train to Centraal Station) along with a small market for some simple items. Good place for families. Good Wi-Fi too.

Good. At the airport Council the card GVB 24 48 72 hours etc. (it Costs much less than the others) that makes you turn on bus and tram h24 and with the 69 you arrive in 30-40 Min at the hotel station Sloterdijk stop With The 22 you go in the center in 25 Min. The Only drawback of the GVB card is that museums are not included.

An amazing hotel! Did go all the way around as we didn't realise the entrance was at the side. Pretty seasonal decorations. Friendly staff upon check in and the friendliness of the staff continued throughout my stay. Always willing to help and make conversation. There were 5 of us staying so we had a 3 bedroom apartment. Apartment was really nice! In order to get your deposit back all you had to do was put the dishes in the dishwasher/wash up the dishes & put the rubbish in the bin, which was obviously no problem. I have already spread the word about how much I loved staying here to friends and family. If I were to go Amsterdam again I'd definitely stay here again!

Had an absolutely amazing time here this week. Found out when we arrived we had a free upgrade and my mate and I got a bedroom and walk in shower each in our room. The rooms are great, lots of artwork on the walls, warm shower and complimentary toiletries. The bottles are small, however, so if staying longer than a few days bring your own or buy some out there. The rooms come equipped with a microwave, safe and a starter coffee/ tea pack with good selection of herbal teas, j…ust wish they had peppermint. We had no issues with Wi-Fi. The two single beds were pushed together to make a double so we both ended up with the equivalent of a double bed each. We had a brilliant view too. Despite the fact nobody had heard of our hotel, it's in a great location. A Spar right across from us and the bus station and train station right beside us. Perfect to explore the City. The staff on reception could have not been helpful enough. Nothing was too much trouble. The first night our TV didn't work and they offered to help us move rooms but as we were shattered, they sent someone to fix it the next morning. They were always smiley and happy to help, whether helping us order room service from a nearby pizza place when the place in the hotel was shut, assisting us with travel cards, ringing taxis and even helping us find the trash room, they were brilliant. A credit to the hotel.

Jolly. Patient, friendly staff who make a difference when you really need a hand. Modern, distinctive, quirky style to suites. Near an artery train station to Amsterdam but also near a nice park.

Great rooms, each room has it's own bathroom, nice kitchen with all utensils that you need, modest living room, great location (just one minute walk to the train station). Very expensive, during the summer expect to pay at least 300 Euros per night.

This was a really nice place to stay at. The location is great. The train station is only a short walk away and it's only one stop to downtown Amsterdam. The staff is great! The restaurant in the lobby is delicious and they have a good weight room and rec room.

Everything has been great. Stored our luggage early to check out the city. Very close to Sloterdijk station for easy transportation. Nice modern room with kitchen. Great restaurant downstairs. Very friendly staff.

Clean apartments with a distinctive hotel feeling. Fairly small for the price. The position is far from the center but close to a big train station easily connected to everything, it depends on what you're looking for.

We stayed in one of the executive studios. Fantastic location just over the road from the station. Lovely staff who all speak great english. Breakfast was buffet style, definitely worth the price with lovely touches like fresh juice and mini pancakes. Only minutes by train from the centre. Really highly recommend.

Even through the staff here is so nice and friendly, the room is so cosy, equipments of cooking are satisfying, there is one drawback. On the wall of shower space shows "In this room hot water is provided by a large boiler. If the water temperature lower, please be patient for at least 30 minutes to reheat the water", which means when you're washing your hair, the water is getting cold, you can no longer keep washing, and being forced to either endure freezing water or actually take a rest for 30 mins. And that's what happened to me, waiting for another half an hour. So if you do not mind the cold water, it's an excellent place to live.

Rooms are a fair size and comfortable, not cleaned to the highest standard — but good enough I suppose. The gym is well equipped and almost always quiet and their sauna (an infra red one) tends to be quiet too, but sadly is not quite large enough for me to lay down comfortably on the rack. Very conveniently located near the train station (under a 5 minute walk), but not in the most exciting part of town. Still it's only a 10 minute train ride to Amsterdam city centre or 15 minutes from the airport so it won't take long to get to something more interesting.

Expected much better room (cleaner, at least) for the price. Staff at the desk were great though. Ground floor parking is very convenient.

The Overnight stay at Amsterdam ID Aparthotel I booked through a travel agent in the Hessen-Center. The price was pretty good and the photos were promising. We took upon arrival, the size of the hotel, first of all, it is a large high is quasi-house. As we entered it, we were impressed by the Modern and the Design. It is also a nice Restaurant (+Bar) on the ground floor. We received a very friendly and warm and my in the room forgotten hair straighteners has returned :)
Please note that guests under the age of 20-30 to check in there. A point I have to deduct for the cleanliness in the room okay, but not good.

I have been to Amsterdam 3 times previously and this is by far the best location and room I have stayed in. Its great if you are in a group because you are all together in an apartment, they have a bar and restaurant down stairs and pool tables! The rooms have Wi-Fi, and you can connect to YouTube or Netflix on the tv! It's one stop on the train station to central. The staff were lovely, I would 100% recommended this hotel/apartment to anyone. We accidentally caused damaged to the room and they were so understanding and even refunded me the difference when I got back to uk! I'll definitely be returning next year! Thank you id aparthotel!

The rooms were comfortable for me, neat and clean and the bathrooms were very nice. The location is close enough to the station. Because there is a kitchen so I could cook in the room, cooking liking. The service is very good.

Staff were all friendly and very helpful. We had 3 bedroom apartment which was perfect for us. Quick walk to train.

Bad Room Mold! No hot water!

Good atmosphere n location. Stayed in studio executive room. Kitchen is an advantage to prepare native food if you stay longer period. Room clean will be taken once per week. Based on request we can get cleaning, toaster, electric cooker. Etc. Overall good experience with this apartment hotel.

The apartments are very clean, very modern and the staff are more than accommodating, I've gone out of my way to book this hotel as people should! The hotel is right beside Sloterdijk trainstation which can bring you anywhere! Looking forward to my next stay here.

Apartments are clean, modern, spacious and have everything needed for a few nights stay. Excellent transport links to the city Centre just accross the road (especially good if you have an I Amsterdam card as it has metro, tram bus and train). Loads of amenities at the hotel including a nice bar, sauna and laundry room. Hotel staff friendly and accommodating. Wi-Fi in room and accross hotel has strong signal. Only thing that I would change is all the beds are twin with no doubles. Reasonably priced. Would recommend and stay here again when returning to Amsterdam. Hint: buy your own coffee pods for the machine from the Albert Heijn supermarket for 4 euros for 36, rather than a euro a pod at reception!

Recommend this place to stay the location is just 15-20 mins by train to central. Very spacious rooms and apartment size and the staff were very helpful!

Stayed here for 2 months. At first my impressions were positive but over time (2 months) it has been quite a negative experience. The negatives, well to start off with the customer service provided by the staff. You really have to push to get things attended to. And a please/thank you gets simply ignored. Of all the staff the indian/surinamese girl with her colleague at the reception seem to be the only pleasant guys there, always greeting us with a smile! But others seem like they are just there for the pay cheque. And an occurrence of negative attitude from one of the staff members before I put her in her place — totally put me off this apartment. Poor service! During our stay there the cleaning was done once a week (which was hotel policy), but that is just a quick hoover and sweep and then on to the next apartment — just not good enough. There is no other option to clean your place other than wait for the weekly cleaning. Not handy when you have a child living with you. Annoyance! The hotel amenities include Gym, social area (pool table), and a bar. Gym has basic equipment which should fit ones needs. Plus point! The other downside factor was the room temp which cannot be controlled. Night time gets a wee bit cold so no way of controlling this apart from wearing layers when sleeping. Last but not least, do ignore the Smart TV facilities and internet. Very slow internet and at times no internet would be the norm.

Staying here currently, and planning to do so for another few more weeks. It is a perfect hotel for all ones needs. Each apartment room has its own kitchenette area, living room, open show and a nice big double bed. Perfect for travellers looking to reside long term either for work/business or pleasure. Ideally location opposite station, which makes travelling to work much simpler. Inside hotel amenities include Gym, social area (pool table), and a bar. Doesnt get too rowdy, and the hotel staff always on hand to help/assist at your needs. My only downside factor is the room temp which cannot be controlled. Sometimes one likes to sleep in warm temp, but quite restricted trying to increase room temp as there is no way to. But otherwise perfect.

We were very impressed by the Apartment. Top Location! Compared to (practically on the other side of the street) is a railway station. Go there 5/6 trains towards Central Station. The Apartment was nicely decorated. The only thing that bothered us, that the cleaning lady never came during our 4-day stay.

It was verry clean and nice place. Verry kind staff and near to city. 15 min to central station. Recommend for everyone.

Beautiful, modern apartments, equipped with everything you need, even a smart TV! Very clean and smartly designed. Just a few minutes to a train station where you can get a train/tram/bus to anywhere you want. Highly recommended!

Overall disappointed. Expensive place, we expected more fore the price. When you ask for something they usually tell you it will cost more. Once we asked for a pillow and the reply was 'ill check if we have any left in the hotel and if so we'll bring it' — very strange. We didn't feel valued, quite the opposite we had a constant feeling of being a burden on the staff. We wont be staying here again.

I recommend this hotel it's more like 5* it's so modern very good communication from the staff come and stay you won't be disappointed … From the kurdish boy.

Make sure you pay your incidentals deposit in cash, these guys failed to clear the authorisation from my bank account and sat on my money for weeks after my stay.

The hotel is a performance bargain. The staff are very forestall and friendly without intruding but too much. The rooms are large and are sufficiently equipped with a kitchenette.
From the hotel, you need no 5 min to the bus/train/tram Stadium and from here you can explore all over Amsterdam.
Should we again plan a visit to Amsterdam, we the hotel would use again.

We absolutely loved our stay there, the building is literally across the road from the station, and we had the friendliest receptionists greeting us. It is situated in a business district so its super quiet (perfect for a good night sleep) and only 10 minutes by train to Centraal station (2 euros one way). We had a 2 bedrooms apartment which suits perfectly for a group of 4 as there is an en-suite bathroom in each bedroom. If I ever go back to Amsterdam, which is likely, I will definitely stay there again.

It was excellent! Beautiful place, only a short walk away from the train station, this place even gives you the things you need to cook up a meal for your family — if you're trying to save money on meals.

Delivers what it promises: the photos are truthful (perhaps someone at wide angle) but PHOTOGRAPHING the great cleaning this apart-hotel from towels soft and white, from the double doors with magnetic card (security is well cared for, seen serving card also to access corridors of rooms). The lobby is large, spacious, cosy and equipped with more salt, with a tea/coffee available and various games. The small gym is well equipped, but the corner sauna is a gem: everything is new and sa (also all hotel is new. And given a year). The rooms are pluriaccessoriate for long stays, hi-tech and innovative appliances (such as a TV with internet connection included). Cleanliness is palpable (even in corners). The neighborhood isn't that great either. But at 6 ' train ride you arrive in amsterdam Central. And at 11 at the airport. (if there is even a slow bus included in your subscription). Also convenient tram to the Museum area. Comfortable beds. Young and cute (they speak a very good English and even Italian). I am happy to have chosen this solution though not central makes it easy to get around (there is also the metro! ). There is a meal service from hotels around. But it is perfect for preparing everything — home — makes you feel at home.
